Over all a nice place to stay. Very clean. a little far. Bathroom was small would be my only dislike.

Very family friendly!

The hotel staff was friendly, just didn't want to do anything extra to accommodate us. 2 requests for extra pillows: Ignored. 2 other requests: Completely ignored

If you'd like to get treated like a bothersome child, stay at this hotel.

The hotel was quiet, clean, & conveniently nestled in a lovely Memphis suburb with restaurants, stores, & other local amenities within a few minutes drive. You are about 20 minutes from downtown Graceland, but the commute is easy. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family.

The room smelled like mold. The AC rattled, one elevator was down causing the elevator to be crammed full every time it was used. Despite the elevator being full the staff would not get out of the way of the hallway to allow people to exit. Staff was sub-par for. Stay away

Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park comfort was as expected,comfortable and well within budget! The breakfast is absolutly amazing! Coffee could use some choices for creamers but that is the only unkind words I can think of! We will definitley come back to this Hotel again!

What could make it better is better mattress on the beds and better breakfast....

Third time to stay at this hotel. Location is great, two block away from a half dozen really good restaurants.

The room was very nice with plenty of space and perfectly comfortable. Friendly but not invasive staff. Breakfast was above expectation for a free meal, during the busy time you may have to wait for the breakfast sandwiches to be made but fresh fruit, oatmeal, and the typical assorted other items are available. I was very pleased with everything except the selected availability of the food during certain times.

Loved my stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was awesome for the money. Was more like a suite with a huge couch (a bit worn, but clean) and a huge flat screen TV. Loved the room. I'd highly recommend.

Massive rooms. Great rates. Modern design. Responsive staff. Pretty much all I can ask for. Even the breakfast wasn't bad. Next time i'm in town, this place is at the top of my list.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was very pleasant, clean room, spacious room, very convenient just off I-240. We will stay here again.

Clean spacious updated rooms

Hotel was quiet the weekend I was there. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants. Good freeway access.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Had a very enjoyable stay. Neighborhood is also very nice. About $30.00 from Beale St. 7mi. from stadium

Although it's not the easiest location to get to, the overall aspect of the trip was great. Memphis is not the best laid out city anyways. But the staff was great and the rooms were clean and fresh. A lot in the area to do and minutes away from the Liberty Bowl.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was amazing i recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Memphis. Location is easy access to local shops and resturants. I will difinetly go back!

I was impressed with my room. Beautiful! Employees were super nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. I enjoyed the fitness room. There was a business room, as well. The room was very nice and accommodated the 6 of us very well (3 adults ad 3 children). There were two full beds and a sleeper sofa/sectional, The only issue I had was that our trash did not get emptied as we were told it would be. They had a limited staff because of the Thanksgiving Holiday (even though we were there Fri-Sat nights) and would only […] provide clean towels and pull the trash. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable and the layout was very relaxing! The AC/heating unit seemed a bit older than what you'd expect for a hotel of this caliber, but it worked just fine. Would stay there again!

My wife and I recently stayed at the hyatt. We had booked a king bed weeks in advance. When we arrived, they informed us that they had no king beds available. They had given them all away. Instead, we were given a room with two small beds big enough only for one person.They apologized and offered us a voucher for a free night's stay for giving our room […] away. They said it would be mailed to us. The manager emailed me and said the voucher was on its way within the week. I waited a week and it never came. I emailed him back and verified my address. He said he would send it out that day. Here it is nearly two weeks later and no voucher for a free night's stay. I was lied to. If this happens to you, demand the voucher on the spot. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. My room had a spa feel to it with retro design, which was very delightful to the eye, I truly felt at peace there and wish that I could have stayed longer. The staff was very professional and friendly, as well as the other guest that I encountered while there. I appreciated the quick check-in and checkout at the hotel as well as the convenience of the in house coffee shop. The room was spacious with great electronic conveniences - great TV, computer connections, and more.

I highly recommend the Hyatt Place in Memphis. It is located in a nice neighborhood and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The standard room was the size of a suite and was not arranged like a typical hotel room. The sitting area and office area were enormous. The room was nice and very modern. It is definitely a great value.

This was my frist stay here, We normally go to another chain but this weekend that chain was booked up. So upon seeing the picture of the Hyatt we decided to stay there. This hotel was far more than I expected for what we paid. The continental breakfast was average, but they have a kitchen that you can order from (extra charge) if the free breakfast doesn't suit you. The only complaint I do have was the bed. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, some cheaper, some more expensive, and I have never slept in a more uncomfortable […] bed. That is the only change that I would make about this hotel. It is in a nice location with lots of stores/restaurants close by. When I booked the rspv, I had asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds and a pull-out bed in each room, next 2 each other, and a late arrival. None of these request were made. I understand the it wasn't completely the hotels fault but they did NOT do anything to make the situation better. They lady at the front desk was not caring for needs.
