Overall we enjoyed our stay, however, the pillows were very small, and the bed was a little hard to sleep on, and our room location might have been better, i.e., we were at the end of a first floor hallway, and could hear all the traffic going by on the nearby freeway. But, this is a relatively minor thing, as we didn't spend much time there, except […] to sleep. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with information about local events, and directions, and even recommended what turned out to be a wonderful visit the local zoo on our last day (to which they were able to give us tickets at a discount). Aside from the couple minor things mentioned above, we were very pleased with our stay there, and would recommend it to our friends without hesitation. 더 보기

I was very happy with my stay at the Comfort Inn the staff was very attentive to my requests and always very happy. I wish I would have stayed here a long time ago when I was traveling to Duluth. I would have avoided horrible experiences that I had encountered with other hotels. The atmosphere was very family oriented and friendly. It was truly a joy […] to stay at the hotel. Some places you stay at it is either a dump and people who stay there you don't want to be around. Or it is so stuffy being surrounded by people who think they are so righteous and better then everyone else on the planet. The Comfort Inn in Duluth was neither, it was an inviting place one that gave you a warm and fuzzy feeling of home a place you would want to come back to. Hotels.com said "no breakfast"...but, yes there was...even on Christmas morning! Yes, it was just the usual fare..but fresh and tasty. Served till 10 A.M.

Breakfast was fantastic! Locaion could have been better, more residential area. Poolm and hot tub were both great and maintained. Hospitality hour was nice perk, hot sandwiches. Would definetly recommend this hotel.

Always seem to get consistent results staying here. It is VERY clean and comfortable.. Staff is pleasant and accomodating and the price is reasonable! No surprises staying here!! Only wish it was closer to better shopping areas!. Wouldn't hesitate to stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.. Connie

As soon as we arrived, the staff was very helpful. We had lost our paperwork and they helped us out by confirming we were in the right place. Always cheerful, never crabby people. Very nice indeed.

I liked the happy hour and convenience to downtown (about 4 miles) without the downtown pricetag. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and bright. Desk staff was helpful with directions and nice to talk to.

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at Comfort Inn West in Duluth, MN. The hotel was very clean and pleasant looking. We were especially pleased with the pool and whirlpool. The water in both was crystal clear! The hotel was also very quiet and staff was helpful. We would recommend the hotel and would stay at this hotel again.

I read some not so nice reviews about this hotel, but we stayed here anyway and we loved it! When we go back to Duluth, we'll definitely stay here again. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were very comfortable,the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Great experience to stay here.

I was very impressed with this hotel, for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable, the free wireless was reasonably fast, the breakfast was decent. This is not a great location if you want to access tourist destinations downtown, but I was here on a business trip and it was near where I was working, so it was perfect.

Staff was very friendly both at check in and out room was clean nice pool area and hot breakfast . Even had food and drinks at check in. Would be nice to have had fridge and microwave in room kinda noisy in the early morning hours with work going on in the area but otherwise perfectly satisfactory. Good price.

Easy access to routes to the lake/canal/harbor, zoo, train station, downtown. Did not have to go through the interstate construction areas to get to these places.

During the week, a hospitality hour has drink specials and a light meal. 24 hour coffee - Excellent stay!

Let us check out at 12 instead of 11. Very helpful with calling cab. Very flexible when my sister & I switch rooms. Nice location-short cab ride from Canal Park.

This had to be the best hotel experience I've had. Warm, welcoming staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.. Clean spacious room, nice pool area, and an excellent breakfast! Will definitely stay here when in the Duluth area again. Very impressed!

We might return. The price wasn't bad, but the we have stayed in nicer for the same money in Duluth. Add more vending machines and keep them stocked. Only a short drive to the fun part of Duluth. The listing on Hotel.com was not accurate. I might return.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the comfort of the bed. The continental breakfast was wonderful including hot eggs and bacon. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient for one night stay to get back on the freeway without difficulty in the morning. I would stay again.

simply put this is a "5 star" 2 star hotel. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable.

Nice cleen hotel, friendly staff. Hotel has an egg and bacon breakfest every morning, along with the dognuts bagels and cerials. in the evenings they has a happy 2 hours with chilli and beverages. I had read the reviews online before choosing this hotel. I chose it because the reviews stated that it was clean and had a good breakfast. For this price range and considering it is a two star hotel, it did meet my expectations and I would agree with other reviews. It is in a more industrial park area, but the neighborhood seemed okay. Hotels like this are usually overrun with kids on a weekend, and while there were many families with kids, I am impressed the hotel addressed that not everyone wants other peoples kids running around all the time. The pool had special 'Adults Only' time and enforced 'parents must accompany children at the free breakfast.' Kudos

The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. It was a little farther away from the lake then we would have liked but it was right off off 35. However the free dinner (even though it was just hot dogs), drinks and breakfast made up for that! Overall it was a great value.

The location of the hotel was a bit under my satisfaction, as it was not the best part of town. But it was very easy to get to the mall from this hotel. The hotel itself was very nice. Very clean, good service, loved the free breakfast. My only complaint is that the pool did not open til nine which is inconvient since checkout is at eleven. I guess it would not have mattered as much if we had stayed more than one night.
