벨라지오 호텔과 통하는 Tram이 있어서 아주 편리하고 나가면 M&M월드 코카콜라팩토리 뉴욕뉴욕호텔 근접해 있어 좋다 호텔은 약간 낡은 느낌이 나지만 그냥 싼 맛에 머물긴 좋다 하지만 Buffet는 최악이었다 절대 Buffet는 다른 곳으로 가시길 다른 호텔에 비해 조용한 느낌이었다

전반전으로 평이한 수준.... 비즈니스 목적이면 별로이고.... 개인적으로 돈을 아꺼야하는 입자이면 강추...주위환경은 괜찮음....

라스베가스의 중심은 벨라지오와 파리스호텔인데, 벨라지오호텔과는 트램을 통해서 이동이 편하고 MGM그랜드호텔과도 도보로 편하여 가격대비 위치는 상당히 좋아요!!! 강추입니다!!

라스베거스의 다른 호텔에 비해 규모도 작고 어트렉션도 별로 없지만 깔끔하고 편안한 호텔. 트램, 버스 등 교통이 편리하다. 스트립뷰 객실로 잡았는데.. 뷰는 좀 실망 스러웠다

Great service, location, selection of restaurants etc.

I generally don't write comments but I felt I should share a few points in this situation. Frstly, upon arrival at approximately 10:00 p.m. our room was not cleaned and were asked to wait approximately half an hour, which after a long flight seemed like an eternity. Secondly, the pounding base which came from the music made it difficult to read and […] relax. Music is fun but tone it down somewhat. Also, not being allowed to enter with an empty water bottle or even a coffee to enjoy by the pool is a bit unnecessary. Afterall we are all adults. Then there is the issue of purchasing water for $4.00 per bottle and renting an inter-tube for $10.00 per day. I think it is a money grab and any guests staying at the hotel should be able to leave a damage deposit and be given the use of towels and the inter tubes. For our stay in Vegas we choose to spend our money and time elsewhere. 더 보기

I booked a Kig size bed, and paid extra for an up grade, but when we checked in they said they only had queen size. Not happy!

It was good did not like the shower other than that it was okay

I did not appreciate going in and finding out I still had another fee to pay I feel like I paid more than I should have had I just gone through them and not through you

The hotel was disgusting. The bed sheets had torn edges and it looked like a rat had eaten away at the edges. The comforter had black stains on it and the bottome bedspread had multiple white stains on it. The water pressure in the shower was not adjustable and it felt like someone was hitting my body with rocks. The hotel was "shabbier" than I expected. The lobby and pool area were very nice although i think its ridiculous not being able to bring in a bottle of water. We spent time at the New York New York hotel - we enjoyed the casino there better.

Loved our room and thought the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the price was right, the rooms were clean (not high end but not low end either), the pool area was satisfactory (altho I can do without the midday drinking games and loud obnoxious music). It was in a great location to reach city center and Bellagio to see the fountains. The Brand Steakhouse was really great and D.Vino (italian) […] was good too. Only part we missed out on was Jabbawookeez was not playing that week. Renting a car was easy and we used it to drive out into the Valley of Fire area. Also, Monte Carlo isn't huge like most places so the distance getting around the place was very easy. 더 보기

Bed was VERY comfortable. Hotel was right in the middle of the strip & was very convient to access restaurants & shops. All of the staff was very friendly. Concierge was excellent with specific details & directions to ride the "duece" express. House keeping threw away my shower cap but quickly replaced it when I noticed it was gone. Great location. Good price/value. From the room we could hear too much noise from the Strip.

stay was awesome. great room, friendly helpful staff! Hotel located right on strip and everything is in walking distance.

I had to call housekeeping after two days of not having my room cleaned. The garbage cans were overflowing. I was told my room wasn't cleaned because I had a Do Not Distrub sign on my door. This was not true. Also, the drain in the shower was very slow. By the end of a shower, the water was up to my calves. One negative was the daily fee required for internet, newspaper, etc. You might as well just add $20 per day to your rate.

I had requested a king size bed and was told none were available. They ask if I would like to be moved the following night, to which I replied "yes". I was never contacted about the issue the following day. The first room I was checked into smelled so bad I had to request to be moved. The hotel staff was very accommodating with this issue. Hoped to find a reasonable price hotel in pretty good condition and decor but especially a low smoke level - it met all our needs - just not enough drawer space in room. Valet, Front Desk and other workers all very friendly and helpful

Stay somewhere else. Anywhere. Else.

For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more. I was surprisngly dissapointed . MGM was much more comfortable and other offers for the customers

The one horribly annoying thing that happened, is that at like everyday at 8:30 am some person would come around and check the locks by first tapping on the door, and then opening the door a few inches, and then closing it. The first time this happened I was near the door, and asked what was going on. A women said she had to check the locks. I then […] put a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. And this continued to happen to for the duration of our stay. At 8:30 am in Vegas!? I was in a rush to leave so I had no time to speak to the front desk about it. Our stay was great. There was a mix up with our room and some people tried to walk into our room while my husband was showering. We also requested a king bed and was in a room with two beds. Wife and I were on a romantic getaway. Stayed here 1 night and another hotel. Should have stayed here the whole time! Got a great rate. Excellent location. Free valet parking. Beautiful hotel. Only negative is the bathroom floor was a little slipperly, but I'd still stay here again!

the carpet could probably stand to be replaced in the room. other then that no problems with this hotel. i would recommend to my friends and family.
