The bed was not comfortable--it was lumpy. Someone in the room above was very noisy, pacing across the room and it sounding like jumping and pounding. This kept me awake at least 3 of the 7 nights we were there from midnight until about 4 AM. The housekeeping staff was excellent. There was only one elevator and at times, it was very slow. Arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, so really didn't experience much in the way of hotel service, but we were certainly satisfied with our room and stay there.

I have stayed at this hotel three times. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful. They knew me and I was able to get lots of extra help to alleviate my problems with a bad back. Linens and mattress are top rate. There is a plexiglass bar in the tub which I rarely see in most hotels. It made it easy for me to take a bath (to relax my muscles) and […] get out of the tub safely...sometimes a scary challenge in a hotel without bars in the bathroom. They graciously took me back and forth to the airport and rental car agency and I got immediate service for anything in my room that needed attention. I do find the rooms a little dark, but you cannot beat the location. You can get anywhere from this hotel...and I did. I go to seminars here on a quarterly basis. Our group is very well accommodated. I wish that they provided yogurt at breakfast (which is free) but my room had a fridge and microwave so I could buy what I really wanted to eat. I don't know how they can charge such low rates and keep going but I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat. 더 보기

Clean, decent breakfast, arrived late, pizza place next door was very good.

The included breakfast was very nice and the Wednesday "happy hour" was an unexpected treat. The staff was extremely helpful and the 24 hr internet access was greatly appreciated. It's proximity to the airpot was a big plus. The only negative to my experience was not knowing I had to call the hotel for the shuttle to take me from the Albuquerque Sunport […] to the hotel so I had about a 30 minute delay in arriving at the hotel. I was dissatisfied with the fact that the ironing board was broken and when i called the front desk to get another one they said it would be ten minutes. Once about 20 minutes passed we had plans so took off and informed the front desk we would be back later she said they would have it done. Upon my arrival 6 hours later nothing was done. When i rang […] the front desk again they brought another one right up that was also broken. I was also not satisfied with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. the Breakfast was horrible. I'm glad i had a muffin I had bought the previous evening. The breakfast consisted of burnt tater tots. Some egg product scrambled eggs & dry whole oats that had to be mixed with mix ect. not even packaged envelopes of oatmeal. The coffee was also just terrible. Good thing the room was clean enough. overall, good place to stay.....easy to find.....easy access to all places we wanted to visit......bed was not very comfortable.......will try it again when in Albq

If you are looking for a normal Hawthorn Suites, this isn't it. The exterior needs lots of work, as do some of the rooms. The carpeting in my room, had stains I couldn't figure out. Also, the free internet, should be free in that room, as there wasn't enough strengh to fire up my computer's internet. Breakfast was alright. We had problems with our keys and they had to be redone three times. Only got one key to work. The staff was helpful with this but it was frustrating.

Good bargain. Clean rooms, close to eating establishments.

We stay at the Hawthorne a few times a year. My husband is a Veteran and it's close to the VA Hospital. The staff is friendly and the rooms are really nice.

Just want to say their breakfast was better that expected. Scrambled eggs, hash browned potatoes, country gravy......what more can you ask for!!

Very nice, clean, friendly staff.

They were greeat about my dogs, very welcoming. The room was comfortable. Mattress need upgrading but overall for the price it was great

The hotel was a good distance away from the bust downtown area which provided quiet at night, which was a must. But the location was too far away from places we wanted to go so it was perfect.

Reserved this hotel to see the New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque. Chose it since it was close to the stadium. Hotel was OK, nothing fancy, but met all our needs. Very nice warm breakfast. Hotel was clean, but could use some updating. Was nice and quiet. Walking distance to the stadium. Gas station right in the lot and food nearby. Easy on/off access to […] I-25. The color of everything just seemed very dirty. It wasn't convenient in getting around. But, the people in the hotel was very nice though

We have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions now and it has been great. Good service and room was location is great.

Very friendly employees, breakfast ok.

Bathroom shower area inconvenient, need more shelving space for clothes and items that should remain dry. Washcloths are in other bath area, have to stop and go back for them. No local tv channel guide available that is correct. The desk person was most gracious

The bed was ultra comfortable and we found the room to be quite clean. The breakfast was decent, but definitely not the best we have had. My biggest complaint was the noise; I honestly don't think there is insultion between floors; we literally heard every footstep of the people above us. Hotel was close to the "Pit" where we enjoy seeing the LOBOS play. Stay was very comfortable and easy access to the interstate.
