Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Room cards frequently stopped working, pool too small and crowded, frequently out of towels at pool, shower handle in bathroom came off during each shower.

This is where I stay when in Cincy. Decent price and a very nice hotel.

The family and I enjoyed our vacation thanks to your hotel. Not only was the location perfect, the service and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. The manager's reception and breakfast were unbelievable perks. I have already recommended your hotel to others and will truly seek Embassy Suites wherever we go.

The view was great, the location was perfect for Newport and Cincy, the two rooms set up was nice, and everything went fine. The breakfast was good, except the made-to-order omelets took awhile.

We really like the Embassy - good location, great breakfast, and love the separate living/sleeping areas. We had to move rooms because the air was not working in our first room. This was a pain because we were only there for 2 nights and have a young child.

We really liked the room, but chose a bad weekend. We had nice views of the river and Cincinnati but here was a boys soccer tournament in town so the hotel was very noisy with kids. Couldn't get near the pool and hot tub there were so many kids. Once in the bedroom, it was ok, but in the living room you can really hear all the echoing screams from the […] courtyard. Great location, clean comfortable rooms and a Nice view. Staff was great and helpful, good valet service as well.

The manager's reception contained a more stocked bar than what I would've expected. Homemade sangria, margaritas, and a small selection of spirits. Would definitely stay here again. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's comparable to a clean and comfortable Courtyard by Marriott.

The Embassy has always been a good place to stay but this time we were given a room that had horrible reddish brown stains going across the carpet right outside of the bathroom and there was a black stain on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. Once we saw this we started really looking around and in the bedroom area every corner was filled with […] cobwebs and there were even some on the walls. We called the front desk clerk and asked for another room because of the problems and she was genuinely embarrassed and came to our room within 5 minutes with another room key right down the hall from the one we had been in. She walked into that room with us and made sure everything was as it should be. About 10 minutes after that, room service came to our door with a fruit and cheese tray which they said was for the inconvenience of being moved. When we went down to the managers reception that they have every evening' we were sitting at a table and the manager approached us to ask if we would be able to use a gift certificate to their Behle Street Cafe. She apologized again for the condition of the first room and gave us a gift certificate for 40.00. The staff are wonderful at that hotel and even with the one bad room experience we will go back. The hotel rooms are becoming a little dated and they really could use a little more humidity in the rooms since the air from the ventilation system never shuts off and it becomes very dry. Embassy Suites is known for its manager's reception, cooked-to-order breakfast, beautiful atriums, spacious suites, and good customer service. Embassy Suites - Rivercenter did not disappoint. Our room had a wonderful view of the Cincinnati skyline that was gorgeous at night and daybreak. We would definitely stay again.

Customer service was top notch, could not have asked for anything better, they anticipated needs before we asked. Will definitely stay there again. All staff were friendly & courteous. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean, large bath towels, great breakfast buffet & made to order omlets every day. Exceeded expectations every day. Had a wonderful time! History right outside your window! Roebling Bridge is truly a slice of Americana history. Very comfy hotel! Great breakfast! Will be there again soon, we hope!

Not the cleanest place. The personnel were wonderful. The bathroom had alot to be desired.

we ove the Embassy Suites Rivercenter. This is the only place we stay when we are in the Cincinnati area

We had a room on the west end of the hotel, which over looked the river and Bengal's stadium. Very cool. The hotel is very nice and the complimentary cocktail time in the evening as well as the wonderful, complete breakfast in the morning, make this chain of hotels an excellent deal! We look forward to staying here again!!!

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We left an article of clothing in the room. After several unreturned calls, we have given up on its return--unfortunately.

Hotel was nice. Check in staff was excellent. Room was comfortable & spacious. Very nice for the traveler who is spending a few days in a hotel. Check out staff could use a few customer service tips. Could use some signage for getting around - the garage, lobby & check in are all on different levels without a lot of signs.

Very nice hotel. The only thing I would warn is that the parking is $25 for valet or $10 in the lot.

Hotel advertises "jetted tubs" NOT! The desk says they never had and don't presently have jetted tubs. The only reason we chose this hotel as a getaway from the kids! Oh well the managers reception, bed and breakfast were awesome, and we would stay again. Just disappointed bout the relaxing tub.

This is a goodspot to stay before a football game. Short walk across bridge to game. Room was huge and breakfast bar more than just muffins and coffee. Good time.

Exceptional service and an amazing breakfast. Everything we needed ! If you don't want children running rampant, this is the hotel for you.

I stayed here because of a wedding at the hotel. I was very pleased with the room and the service. There was a manager's reception with a free drink and snacks and a fabulous hot breakfast buffet in the morning. They even validated the parking ticket so that the garage parking was free.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. No matter the time or the request, the staff always completed the task without complaint. There are times in our travels where requests are met with a sigh or a roll of the eyes and you are made to feel as if you are putting them out to ask them to do their job. Perfect for events at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. You can tell it is a bit dated from some of the normal wear and tear, but clean and comfortable and wonderful service.

Loved everything!! Kids had a great time. Complimentary breadfast and afternoon cocktail save us money and was great. All my futures hotel stays will be at Embassys Suites.

Nice roomy suites. Nice facilities in room and hotel. Hotel staff were excellent. Hot breakfast was free; the omelet station was wonderful and the omelet-chef woman was amazing. Great Service and staff!

The location is good for Reds fans/attendees and it's proximity to Newport, however the hotel rooms still haven't recovered from their recent A/C outage. The room was somewhat cool but still damp and musty which made for an uncomfortable stay. Front desk staff pleasant but not overly helpful.

But our room was very musty smelling. That was disappointing. The suite was tucked in a corner off the main hallway so it was very quiet. The staff was very nice.

This hotel was just what I needed after a 5 hour drive from Chicago . We were there for the 2011 Macy's Music festival and being able to rest up and then walk across the river to Ohio was nice . Of course if you don't want to walk you can always take the Trolley for $1.00 per ride from Covingston to Cinn. Ilke having a refrig. and microwave oven at […] your disposal. Very disappointed in my most recent stay. This stay was in stark contrast to my other experience with the hotel. When we checked in, we noticed it was warm in the lobby and in our room. My wife called down to the front desk and they told her due to extreme temperatures their air conditioner was having a hard time keeping up. Completely believable when […] the Heat Index is 110. Turns out the air conditioner had broken the day before. It would have been nice for them to share that bit of information when we were checking in for the evening.
