Vibe에 두번째 묵는것으로 첫번째 만큼이나 똑같이 즐거웠다. 만약 멜버른에서 footy 활동을 할 계획이라면, 이 곳은 최상의 장소로 길을 건너면 Docklands이고, MCG가 트램으로 몇정거장 위치이다. 뛰어난 금전적 가치가 있다.

비록 우리는 이 호텔이 높은 평가 보다 3.5 또는 4 성급이라고 느꼈지만 우리가 원하는 것에 대해서는 충분한 위치라는 것이 증명되었다. Southern Cross 기차역의 맞은편으로 간단히 도로를 건너면 Overland 기차를 탈 수 있었다. 또한 시내 어디든 갈 수 있는 트랩 정류장과도 가까웠다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 시설들은 멜버른의 단기 체류자들에게 꽤 적합했다.

This is a lovely and comfortable hotel in a convenient location at a good price. The staff was particularly helpful. Our room was a bit smaller than our friends' who we traveled with, but both were very nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to unpack if we were so inclined. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable but a little noisy from the street, even on the 8th floor. Typical of a city hotel. Would and will, DEFINATELY stay again. The location was ideal for airport shuttle, trains, trams, shops and restaurants.

Perfect for access to southern Cross station and to skybus and well served by variety of trams lines . Helpful reception staff. Would definitely choose again esp. for early or late airport connections

The staff at this hotel know how hotel service should be. I actually can't find any negatives about this place. the breakfast was also awesome; just a bit different from the usual and good coffee for a change!

Hotel is close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Food in Alexanders Bay is excellent.

Loved my room(s), loved the comfort, loved the convenience to Southern Cross station, loved the breakfast, and loved the quality of your staff. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Ideal location adjacent to transport hub and easy walk to CBD centre. Some rooms dated but clean with good customer service.

Our first night we ended up in a room with a broken bed so had a pretty terrible noght sleep. We were moved to another room the next day. Overall it's a nice location and hotel but seems to be poorly maintained.

It is a hotel located in central area with short distance and convenience to all public transportation. Helpful and friendly staff, good services from front desk.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel crew was polite. The bed was comfortable and made nicely. Convenient location. However, the house cleaning was not satisfying. Not vacuuming room for couple of days, vacuum only when requested. Not even throw away the rubbish sometimes. Never dust the table for more than a week. Friendly staff, decent price. Not the most modern hotel rooms, but clean. Odd layout of room & bathroom was a bit outdated. Ex: If you wanted to watch TV from your bed you had to do it at an angle b/c TV was located in cabinet to the right of the bed. Had to valet my car which was a nuisance and very, very expensive. I only stayed there 3 days, (two […] nights) and they charged me for 3 days for parking ($97US) when I truthfully only was there (having arrived late on the first night) for less than 2 1/2 days. The room was small but the service was fantastic and the location made it very easy to get around.

Received A good welcome from reception the room was a good size clean and comfortable the hotel was in a good location for all transport. The staff were very cheerful and helpful the breakfast was good there was acharge but worth it, would recommend this hotel

Good value, clean, very helpful staff, initially gave a 2 x single room, was changed to double on request, no problems, will stay again, and recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the carpet needed to be vacuumed, since there were some nails on the carpet. Location is excellent. However, there is a problem with the way the use the credit card. Usually the credit card is run as a security or for their protection in case the Mini Bar is used, but they actually charged […] our credit card with 50 dollars. They said the bank will return the money within the next 5 days. After discussing with the manager he offered to return to us the 50 dollars and leave the credit card with the charge of 50 dollars. This was also an inconvenience since now we have to deposit the money into our account, for something that we never used. Also when checking-in, the young male person was checking in the computer( for 45 minutes, before giving us a room). Upon check there was a problem in locating my prepaid booking, problem was delt with quickly & Janet offered a complimenmtary BF for the delay. After one night we had not a freindly mattress after expaining this to Lisa this was corrected & we were located in a another room later that day. We weren't sure what to expect, but were SO happy that we booked this hotel. The location is perfect - right next to Southern Cross Station so getting around was a breeze. The neighborhood is clean, safe and charming, and the hotel itself splendid. Good and comfortable - very convenient for airport Skybus, train station and CBD.

Overall this hotel was ok, was in a good location and staff were helpful and friendly, however the room service left a lot to be desired.

Not bad at all. It was advertised as a 4* Hotel but actually is a 3* hotel

The hotel and rooms felt a little old. However, it is at a convenient location, and the prices are fair.

Very convenient to Southern Cross Station for country travellers. Friendly, no-frills staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good value. The Vibe is always my first choice to stay in Melbourne. I have told many others about it and I always stress the great location opposite Southern Cross Station. The staff are friendly and helpful and I love the way the rooms are decorated. The breakfast is amazing with a tastefully designed dining area. What else could you ask for??

I booked 1 room for 4 adults. paid the surcharge, and upon arriving to the hotel we find out they do not accomadate 4 adults in the one room, even though they offer the service online.The other couple were forced to stay else where !and they offered a refund on the surcharge once we checked out in the morning. So we get to check out and the boy on the […] front desk refused to pay us the money OWED to us. He was very very rude. So we had to speak to the manager and finally the matter was solved. Stayed at the Vibe Savoy Dec 3-5. Phoned ahead to arrange flowers and champagne to propose to my girlfriend - the front office staff arranged everything and even gave us the champagne as a gift which was totally unexpected. Thanks to Handy and a Pakistani man whom I can't remember his name - sorry. As far as the room goes - fairly good value. Bed was […] great, TV was modern - but old fridge, old kettle (very long boil time) and the bathroom is clean but very old - unlike the rest of the hotel which has a modern fit out. Very good location within short walk of the main bus and train terminal and also relatively close to the shops and restaurants along the Yarra River. Room was nice and comfortable but perhaps a bit small.

We were very pleased to be given a quiet room, it was very comfortable. The reception staff were helpful when we decided to stay an extra night. We would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a central position close to the station.

We arrived before check in time and were told by the staff that we would be called when our room was ready. We were never called. We booked a twin room with two single beds and open our doors to a double bed. Although they did change the bedding for us it was an inconvenience to wait. We never received our complimentary paper. The tables and shelves […] didnt seem to have been dusted in quite some time. Not a hotel for those who are wanting to be close to the action of melbourne's finest shopping and restaurants.
