Stayed there for two days. My double bed was two single beds pushed together, one of my lamps didn't work, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, the lamp that didn't work was right in my way sticking out of the wall as I walk past the bed to the desk (narrow walk). I enjoyed the little hotel room. I had some business to d in the area including some preparation within my room. The hotel was perfectly located for me. It had free internet access in the room, which was very useful, it had a small table where I could work, a complimentary cup of coffee that I enjoyed in the morning. Many nice small restaurants were […] in the surrounding areas so that I could easily get food for lunch and dinner whereas down the street in a little square there was a nice coffee shop where I went to have breakfast. The rooms are quite small but this didn't affect me much and the elevator is small too. The people at the reception were always very kind. I chose this hotel as I had a meeting just round the corner, so it was perfectly located and within easy reach of the metro stop, some lovely bars and restaurants and the Place d'Italie shopping centre. Room was small but had everything you need, including free wi-fi. Only problem was it was very hot even in mid-May (28 degrees C in my room at night […] with the window closed). With the window open it was better but a bit noisy with deliveries outside on the street below at 3am, and still 25 degrees in my room. It must be stifling in mid-summer - could really do with some aircon. breakfast was perfectly adequate, not a huge selection but the usual cereal, yoghurt, breads, pastries, and good coffee. Service was very friendly if you speak French (I had no problems), or even if you try. My colleague who didn't speak French had a few problems with checking in though. 더 보기

Nice hotel for a cheap stay in paris, it´s not in the center of the city, but there´s a metro station, around 500 meters (not that close).... but no complains... good service on front desk

The hotel is clean, comfortable, probably in not too touristic area, but it makes more real the experience of living there, plus all the important historical places are easily reachable, so there is no problem with location at all. The only thing probably is that there not so many caffes around, so it is hard to get a fresh croissant in the morning. […] All the rest is lovely. My windows were to the not that interesting panorama of the city, but I've heard that the view from the top (6th floor) is amazing. Close to the metro. There is no a/c at all so it was way to hot. The tv had english channels YEAH. Bathroom was normal for Paris is a cheap hotel plus it was clean. The internet is wireless and is in the lobby or the first floor the rest of the hotel rooms do not have internet.

Loopafstand van Place d'Italie, vanwaar alle OV-mogelijkheden perfect bereikbaar zijn, 24u per dag te gebruiken. Leuke buurt met theaters, café's, zelfs kroegen, en restaurants in alle prijsklassen. De straat waarin het hotel ligt is erg stijl, maar er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt, zelfs voor op straat. Warme bakker en zondagmarkt met […] heerlijke lekkernijen, second hand juweeltjes en gezelligheid om de hoek, alsmede supermarkt. Butte aux Cailles, heel mooi. Er is een lift aanwezig, maar die is ongeveer een halve vierkante meter groot, mocht je gebruik maken van een rolstoel dan kan die daar dus niet in en zal die met de trap naar boven getild moeten worden. Anders geen probleem. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Laat je niet tegenhouden door de ligging. Met het OV is heel Parijs binnen 20min te bereiken. De bus is (zeker als rolstoelgebruiker) een aanrader, want dan zie je de hele stad, in plaats van alleen maar metrobuizen. 더 보기

A besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain minuscule. Literie confortable. Personnel souriant. Pas d'autre hôtel à ce prix dans cette zone

Chambre sale, odeur de moisi, serviettes de propreté douteuse... Salle d'eau pas très bien nettoyée. Chambres très mal insonorisées. Double vitrage sur rue qui ferme mal (bruits et courants d'air). A éviter. Ne mérite même pas une étoile...

Hotel très bien situé près du métro, dans une rue calme et dans un quartier tranquille. Accueil très sympathique, proprété excellente, choisir plutôt une chambre donnant à l'arrière de l'hotel car très calme, petit ascenseur pour monter au 6ème étage, petit dékeuner copieux, rapport qualité/prix excellent A recommander

Pulizia e dimensioni della camera (visti gli standard di Parigi...) più che decorosi. Abbastanza silenzioso. Gli addetti alla reception, tuttavia, sono un po' distratti e non molto collaborativi (abbiamo chiesto perchè un canale televisivo fosse oscurato e di poter avere un bollitore in camera ma non è successo nulla). IL posizionamento è decisamente […] fuori mano, però va detto che a tre minuti c'è la fermata della metro, con la quale si può andare dovunque... Se si sta a Parigi pochi giorni, rimanendo tutto il tempo in giro e non si hanno troppe pretese, va benissimo grazie all'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. 더 보기

chambre et confort très corrects

Un hôtel calme, idéalement situé, avec un bon confort. Petit déjeuner perfectible.

Chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais réservé: chambre 3 petits lits au lieu d'une chambre simple lit double. Il y avait une odeur de tabac froid et de poussière dans la chambre (moquette au sol) et la décoration est vétuste. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Habitant en province, voyageant souvent sur Paris, Je ne me rends que vers 21h à l'hotel ou j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit double. L'accueil est parfait, mais... La seule chambre qui reste est une chambre simple, à un lit pour une personne. Je fais part de mon désagrément ; la personne chargée de l'accueil me confirme que l'hôtel est complet, […] et qu'elle ne peut rien faire. Comme je suis - en fait - seul, ma compagne ne m'ayant pas accompagné, et faute d'autres solutions, j'accepte. Dans ma chambre, avant de rentrer dans mon lit étriqué, je consulte sur mon ordinateur ma réservation : il s'agit bien d'une double, payée au prix d'une double, ce qui représente un écart de prix d'un tiers entre les deux types de chambre. Le lendemain en partant, j'en fais part à l'hôtelier, qui ne commente pas. A quoi ça servirait, c'est trop tard... Il m'indique qu'il me fait cadeau du petit déjeuner. Conclusion : et si on avait été deux personnes, comme prévu ? Ou est l'erreur ? 더 보기

senza pretese , ma sempre pulito e personale molto gentile , comodissimo alla metro e nei dintorni ci sono farmacie , supermercati, bar ...per un soggiorno di 4\5 gg direi che è perfetto! se devo proprio fare una critica è la mancanza di aria condizionata che nelle giornate piu' calde sarebbe una manna!
