This hotel was awesome! Hot tub was so nice and pool room did not have strong chlorine odor like most indoor pools because they had windows open a little for ventilation. Hotel staff was great and very accommodating. We got a free upgrade to room with a balcony and sliding doors that opened. We stayed here in February during the Newport winterfest. The hotel was clean, had a nice indoor pool, the staff was nice and the hotel was in a good location. You couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel but compared to prices you would pay in downtown Newport, we felt the lower price was worth the few extra miles we had to drive to get to where we wanted […] to be. 더 보기

This hotel is a little far away from downtown Newport, but not bad with a car. Hotel was clean and staff was professional. My only complaint was that my hotel room was hot, even trying to put the a/c on, the room remained hot. Woke up a lot as a result. Oh yes, I needed to be up and gone by 5:30am and I could not get a wake up call after several tries […] to the front desk, my call was either redirected or simply not answered. Very nice, modern hotel. Nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed in. They had free internet, nice cafe, and was very attractive.

Stay was nice, convenient location, nice short drive to mansions and beaches. Room is good,clean and room service everyday.

I have daughter live in middletown . I will stay there anytime location great to go to the beach ,or newport. plenty of resturant in the area. Hotel staff is helpful. ihop down the street for breakfast.

We had a very nice stay. It was very clean. The kids loved the pool...*When booking our room we booked the double queens which included "kids eat free". We have 3 kids under 12 so thought this was a great deal. When ordering breakfast we gave them our room number and told them about our deal. They did not know anything about it and called the front […] desk. He also did not know anything about it and he did not look up our reservation to confirm. I had to leave the line, go to the computer and print out my email and show the guy at the front desk then get back in line and reorder our breakfast...So if you get a deal print it out and have it on you. Other then that we had a great time and would go back again. Also it was cheaper then Holiday inn, Days inn among others. 더 보기

This hotel is great for the money. New, modern, clean and convenient. Pool area is very nice. The shower heads were a bit low for a 6'3" man and mattresses were a little hard. We would definitely stay again.

While the hotel is old, the rooms are clean. The location is good-very close to the sights in Newport.

Room was immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful Why you can spend a third of the price and have WiFi in your room but here I'll never understand Printer on the computer in the lobby needed service so the people behind the desk had to print out my boarding pass.
