It was nice but the hot water didn't heat up until i was out of the shower and I had it all the way up. Breakfast selection was a little limited but overall ok! The sheets smelled a bit too much like bleach but at least they were clean.

Great updated room,nice quality bedding, great price.

Checked into to hotel, employee stated may not be clean quite yet, get to the room there are still people in the room. get another room from front desk, was not cleaned yet. overall stay was not too bad. Felt like food was lacking for breakfast and it was only 8:30 when we got there.

Clean rooms, convenient location, would stay there again

We had to make a last minute reservation due to snowy conditions. I've stayed in comparable hotels in the area before and this was the cleanest and nicest hotel for this price range. The beds were comfortable and the pool was clean. Will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We were only there for one night while visiting a friend who was in the Springs for medical treatment. The only problem we had was trying to reach the hotel from Lake Ave., as the street leading to it was not marked as being the turn-off. It is a busy commercial area and we were not familiar with it, so ended up on I 25 until we could turn around at […] the next exit. Of course we could see the hotel from I 25. We needed a room for an evening in Colorado Springs and looked around. After reviewing several different locations we decided upon this hotel. We arrived a little bit early and were greeted and given our room. We went to the room and I must say it was much nicer than expected especially for the price. We left to get something to eat and the front desk […] clerk asked if the room was to our satisfaction which was nice to have them ask. The pool area was clean and nice and the hot tub was very nice and relaxing. In the morning the breakfast was standard, kinda buffet like with the normal food selections, toast, bagels, cereal, waffles. It was a god breakfast for us and we were on our way. If we every find ourselves in the area again i would definitely consider this hotel again. 더 보기

Stayed at this hotel October 27th to October 30, 2011. The hotel was held up in the early morining hours of I believe October 28th. While that is not the hotel's fault, was bothered me was that there was no security guard present at the hotel after the robery. When I spoke with the hotel receptionist, she said "these things happen from time to time." […] If they happen from time to time, shouldn't they have full time security at the hotel? Definitely did not sleep well after that. Other than that, the hotel was located in a convenient area, and was generally clean and well maintained -- about what you would expect for a hotel of this class. Would not stay there again however, because I found their complete lack for the security of their guests completely unacceptable. 더 보기

Great room, great service. If you don't have a car it may be too far out for you but otherwise central to all road hubs.

The service was excellent, the room was comfy, but it had a strange smell...

We were very happy with our stay here. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. Great value for money! Thank you!

I thought this hotel was great! Very clean. The man working the front desk, Chuck, was very nice and called the room shortly after check in to make sure we were satisifed with our room. My only complaint is not about Fairfeild Inn, but the Dominos Pizza they advertised on their door keys. When arriving, check-in was fast. We got to our room and the carpet was all wet from being cleaned which was not mentioned at check-in. Refrigerator wined where you had to unplug it at night. Had some noisy neighbors one morning where you could hear them like they were standing next to you one morning while getting ready and we were trying to sleep […] at 4:00 a.m. Other than these 3 things, the hotel was well kept, continential breakfast had a nice assortment, and we didn't have any major problems. This hotel is better then what people may think. I highly recommend it and will be giveing them my business in the future.

This is a great hotel and we enjoyed staying there. Comfortable rooms, good mattresses, excellent breakfast - BUT: please warm up the pool and cool down the hot tub; then it's the perfect place to stay.

Great hotel/motel, terrific location near Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain. Nice staff, near all kinds of stores, restaurants, entertainment. Will stay there again when working overnights.

Everything was great except the hot tub. It was supposed to be no hotter than 104 degrees but the thermometer read more like 108+ and it was so hot that I was barely able to put my feet in. Was disappointing, but the rest of the hotel was nice. Fridge in room was not cold.

The only problem with our stay at the hotel was that the water in the pool was Cold and the hot tub was very HOT. If they could of mixed the two the stay would of been perferct.

The hotel was very convenient to find off the highway and was near the facility we had to go to the next morning. Rooms were spotless and friendly. I would stay at this facility again, and the room rate was very reasonable.

Everything was fabulous here! This is the place to stay if you're going to a game/ event in CO Springs. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with the most amazing beds! I didn't want to leave. Pool was nice too. Breakfast was an extra bonus. Great room rates. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great hotel! Recently updated. Rooms fresh and clean. Bathrooms have black granite counter. Each room has a fridge and microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

I was very satisfied w/ the Fairfield Inn...after staying a few other places on C-Springs...I have to admit the price had me a little worried. What a relief when we pulled up and the area wasn't the ghetto. Great place, will stay there again. Breakfast was more then I expected...very clean...can't say enough. Perfect for our family.

When we first checked into the room, it appeared that the room had not been vacuumed as there were bits of dirt clumps around the bathroom door. I think the air conditioner unit was leaking as there were wet spots on the floor just below the unit. Continental breakfast was decent. Pool was small but clean and comfortable.

This was a great hotel. Great location and very clean. The customer service was great. I will definitley stay here again. The only thing that could use improvement would be the breakfast. But there is a great bagel place a couple of blocks away.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was well worth the price.

We had a very plesant stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The floors are a bit thin and I could hear someone walking around above us.

We had a great stay. The beds were a touch hard but certainly were fine overall. That's pretty subjective anyway. My only other thing would be that the fridge in the breakfast area was not very cold so the milk and the yogurt inside were actually warm. We had to ask for milk straight from the kitchen fridge to be safe for my kids. Otherwise, employees […] were so friendly, the pool was great, my kids wanted to be at the hotel more than do the fun things we planned! Restaurants were within walking distance but we also ordered in food one night and the concierge allowed us to eat in the breakfast nook as long as we cleaned up after ourselves. This was an EXCELLENT perk since our kids were so worn out. We actually enjoyed our dinner instead of fighting the chaos at a restaurant with tired, hungry kids. The location is great. We had quick and easy access to Canon City and Manitou Springs. We would definitely go there again. 더 보기

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. My kids LOVE making their own waffles and the food was very good for a continental breakfast. This was a very easy and stress free stay. Love the colors in the rooms!

This hotel is very clean, and very modern. The decor is great, very colorful. Our room was clean, and the microwave and refrigerator came in quite handy. The hotel has a pool, which is pretty small, but was prefect for my husband and I, along with our three kids, to swim in, as long as we were the only ones...and we were. My only complaints are the […] breakfast, and the beds. We stayed on a weekday, and didn't realize breaskfast is only served until 9. Since it was our last day of vacation, we slept in a bit, and by the time we got down to eat at 8:45, they had already shut off the juice machines, and there was no breakfast left. So our kids were quite hungry, but my husband said he had went down there earlier and the breakfast didn't look too good anyway. SO, they could definitely improve on that part. As for the beds, they're hard...not firm, hard. But we still slept ok. All in all, this is a great hotel, and since we booked through hotels.com, we saved $30.00! 더 보기

Quick and easy check in, which I appreciated. I was put into a handicapped room so the shower was a little wierd but it worked fine, plenty of hot water. Bed was great, memory foam and very comfortable. AC worked beautifully which I liked because it was over 90 that day. Breakfast was quick and easy and satisfying.
