My only problem with the hotel is that it took all day to get your room cleaned and then it was hit and miss. Somedays it got cleaned and other days just the bed was made.

Everyone was extremely helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean. Some construction so a little noise, nothing too dramatic. We were only there for 2 nights and the weather did not cooperate at all. Did not get to enjoy the pool, beach and too much of the surrounding area. But from drving around Jacksonville Beach has come a long way since we lived there 12 years ago! […] Nice area to spend a few days. 더 보기

The time I spent at the motel was relaxing, pool was a nice place to kick back and enjoy the afternoon. Great breakfast lots to choose from. Very friendly employes. The ONLY bad point was the rooms weren't cleaned until the afternoon they should be done no later that 12 noon.

The room and the hotel were very clean. The staff was also very nice. Best feature of this hotel is the heated pool and the spa/hot tob.

Overall our experience at his location was good. The room although large had just a little too much furniture to navigate. Although there was a lovely chair with ottoman, it was almost impossible to use it. If you did move it away from it's position to use it you could not get around it easily to get to the balcony. It was freezing in Jacksonville the night we were there. We had no heat in our room. Maintenance was there within minutes and we were in another room that was heated. Outstanding service - plus they gave us a complimentary drink at the bar for our trouble.

We took our family to this hotel on the way home from a trip to Disney World. Our children had never seen the ocean and we wanted to spend the morning watching the sunrise on the ocean with them for the first time before we drove the rest of the way home. The view from our oceanfront room was excellent and right out the back door of the hotel was easy […] access to the ocean. The kids had a great time and we shared a memory we'll never forget. The front desk workers at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and attentive. If you're visiting the hotel for the luxuries inside there are probably better options. It was adequate, but not luxurious. Yet, we were there to sleep and for what was outside the back door and it suited the purpose perfectly. 더 보기

Rooms are nice especially for the price compared to some others in the area the bed seemed hard to me. The pool area was clean I didn't go to the hot tub area. Breakfasts were good for the ones included with rooms scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles,cereal, fruit juices, yogurt, bread and bagels,etc. I have two minor issues to complain about first on the […] seventh floor it takes 3 minutes I timed it the second day to get hot water for the shower. The desk clerk said that it takes a long time when there are not many rooms filled on the floor. I don't buy that, most commercial buildings have to have circulating hot water systems. It must be broken. Second is that the hotel bills automatically bills you for the use of the safe in the room. They will remove the charge if you notice it and ask them to. There is a sign on the registration desk that states that but if you don't see it you pay for something that you may not have used. I still liked the hotel on the whole. 더 보기

To start with the positive, the staff members at the hotel were personable, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby area was attractive and clean. The beach, pool, and tiki bar areas were nice as well. The furnishings in the room were fine, and the mini fridge was larger than I expected. The carpet, however, was in really bad shape. In all three rooms, the […] carpet was covered with stains. The dirty appearance made us feel the need to wear our flip flops even in our room. The hotel puts out a pretty good continental breakfast. On our first morning, it was great. On the second morning, even though went down for breakfast more than a half hour before it was scheduled to end, they were out of almost everything, including coffee. To my disappointment, items were not restocked before the breakfast hour ended. Overall, I would say this hotel is okay. It met our needs for our short stay (a bachelorette party). I do, however, feel that it is overpriced and the rooms are in need of a face lift. Next time, I would opt to spend a little bit more to stay at a neighboring hotel that is in a little better shape. 더 보기

Great location on the beach. Excellent staff who made sure all our needs were met.

Trying to park was inconvenient and noisy as they were working right in front of hotel. The tiki bar was a let-down. Hard to access from pool side and was no music of any kind. Stayed earlier with a previous reservation and they allowed me to keep the same room I had been in and my room was not cleaned until I made a phone call at 4:30 and we needed […] towels to clean up and go out. 더 보기

It was a short, but wonderful stay. Attractive large, quiet room. Beautiful pool area with right on the beach access. A bountiful, great breakfast offering with delicious made to order large waffles. Very nice, competent, friendly staff. Convenient location.

As soon as we entered the room, there was a musty smell. We asked to change rooms, but were treated to an odor eliminator spray. That night we could barely shower due to cold water, which were told was a temporary condition. The next day we still didn't have hot water, and after three calls to the desk, we were moved to a cleaner room on a higher floor. […] A maintainance worker told us the hotel is headed for new carpet and furniture. Otherwise, the beach is great, and the breakfast is excellent. Until the maintainance issues are resolved, we can't recommend this hotel. 더 보기

3rd time staying there, but b aware, it no longer has smoking rooms. Otherwise, its a very nice medium size hotel. I love the pool, hot tub, and restaurant area w bar set up, and tiki bar outside too. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Having the beach so close is an added attraction.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The people were friendly and the hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was very spacious and they have a fablous view from any room in the hotel. We were less than impressed with this hotel - from the balcony door that we couldn't unlock to the constantly running (more than dripping) tub faucet, to the elevator that wouldn't come for us at all one night, to the uncomfortable beds. BUT, the location is wonderful - oceanfront, walk right out onto the beach, excellent views. The staff were helpful […] and came to assist us with issues. It was just unfortunate that we had so many. We would consider staying at this hotel again, just for the location. I'd just hope our room next time was a bit better maintained. 더 보기

If you would like a hotel that offers a complimentary breakfast and a balcony view of the pool, city/ocean, or oceanfront and offers free wireless internet access then this is the hotel for you. For me, the accomodations were nice, the staff was friendly, the maid service was thorough and nice, and the beds were comfortable. I would have to say that […] the best part about this hotel is the pool. It offers 3 ft, 4ft, 5ft, & 6 ft and it has a waterfall. Also, it offers easy access to the beach. The only problem that I had with the hotel is the gate to the pool area coming in from the beach had a padlock on it and one of the water faucets coming in from the beach to rinse feet off didn't work half the time but other than that it was a really nice hotel. This is a nice hotel with a great location. If you get an oceanfront room you will not want to be on the first or second floors as your view will be obscured by palm trees. The beach and outdoor pool are very nice. They have a nice restroom / changing room by the outdoor pool. My wife and I stayed here, with our six children, for one night on our way […] to Disney World so that they could experience the ocean (due to the size of our family we had two rooms). We checked in on a Thursday evening. Friday morning at 9:00 we checked out because we were done with our rooms. Prior to checking out I asked the front desk if it would be ok for us to stay and swim in the ocean and pool until about 3:00. They said yes. I didn't expect this to be a problem since new guests would not check in until 4:00. We swam in the ocean until 1:00 and then came in to swim in the pool for a little while. At 1:30 a man came around with a clipboard and asked me what room we were in. I told him both of my room numbers and he said he didn't have anyone checked into those rooms. I told him we stayed last night and we had checked out this morning. He told us we were trespassing and had to leave immediately. I had to get all of my kids out of the pool and take them down the road to a public restroom to dry off and change clothes. It was a traumatic experience for the children. They talk about how we were kicked out of the hotel. It's a nice hotel with a location that can't be beat, but be aware that you can only stay there between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the next day unless you book more than 1 night. 더 보기

This is a great hotel on the ocean. Very clean. Pool and whirpool were secluded yet a few hundred feet from the ocean, attractive and well maintained. We stay there whenever in town.

There should be some supervision of the pool area.hildren as young as 3 were running around at 8-10 at night with no adult. Children watching children. No room in hot tub for adults because of kids.

Ocean front view was spectular, very nice pool, only problem air conditioner was not working properly, and had to wait forever for hot water. Definitely will stay there again.

The only complaint that I had about this hotel was on the day that I arrived, the house keeping staff was short handed and it took until 5pm before my room was ready. However, they did give me an access card so I could go to the pool and bar with no problem during the wait. During my time there, the hotel staff was very helpfull.
