For some reason the phone was unplugged in the room. Heard a few doors slamming in the middle of the night.Other than that, the room was good, the service providers were friendly and efficient. The hotel was conveniently located to the shopping areas that I was visiting, and it was easy to get to from the higway.

Hotel is close to restaurants on highway 28 as well as the Rockinham Mall. Price is great and a few minutes from the Manchester airport. Room cleanliness was as expected for a 2/12 star hotel. This hotel was excellent and so much cheaper than anything closer to Boston that it wasn't even funny. Although there's almost nothing around except one restaurant across the street, in town two miles away there are a bunch of excellent restaurants, including The Weathervane, a seafood place where I stuffed my face on two lobsters for $24.95. a hotel clerk stated that santizers for the exercise equipment was not something that the hotel provided. unhealthy. other than that a lovely accommodation.

Convenient to Restaurants

Convenient location. Staff was attentive. Elevator was broken for the entire stay. BAthroom door had a poorly repaired hole in it. Paint in the bathroom was peeling. Overall, okay for the price.

People were nice and receptive. Problem we had was a Guest that was staying there woke us up at 4am yelling outside our room He was very abusive toward me once I went to coffee room since we couldn't sleep.He wAS AFTER MANY CUSTOMERS The day shift finally called Police and they took him away. Would love to stay at LaQuinta again. Rate 3 1/2. However, the Fitness Center lacks appropriate hygienical maintenance which is hazardous for individuals. Suggest that some form of sanitizers are made available for each person to clean up after themselves.

We were looking for a 1 night stay near Boston while we looked at colleges for my daughter in the Boston area. This worked out very well, convenient, clean, and a decent price. To stay right in Boston would have cost more than double.

Once arriving to motel located in Salem, NH was pleased. Person at front desk very friendly and there is always someone in loby in case you are like my situation with late arrival. Room clean with newer TV, coffee maker, alarm clock and even a hair dryer. For stay longer than 1 day bring a cooler. Stay away from this hotel, this was the third hotel we stayed because of the Noreaster we had in October 2011. I will start with the good and finish with the bad. The room was very clean; the people were very friendly checking us in. The mattresses were as old as I am. That's NOT good. I squeaked and creaked all night long; there was a "well" in the middle so I sunk in; the pillows were old and disgusting. Want to feel really drained in the morning - then this is your choice hotel. Beds are uncomfortable. No refrigerators in the room (big problem when you need it for medication), the bathtub is stained on the bottom so forget about a bath and the list goes on and on. Staying at a hotel should make you feel refreshed in the morning but not this place. The […] walls are paper thin so you can hear everytime some turns on the water in your area of the hotel and worst of all, each and every time someone opens and shuts their door. Forget about getting any form of restful sleep. Keep in mind, I'm a fan of La Quinta inns and I chose this hotel based on my previous expereiences with La Quinta in Boston, Orlando and Denver. The hotel staff was rude and non-responsive. Upon check-in, I had to wait 10 minutes while the manager went on break. Another typical La Quinta with above average service, cleanliness and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable, towels were soft and the facilities were clean. We spent three days here while seeing the New England colors. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very poorly managed. elevator floor had drink spills and I had to get them to clean. !Next day, the elevator was out of service for a few hours. Poor breakfast quality. very poorly maintained and managed hotel.

The hotel needsl update on matteress. Breakfast area should always have attendent wiping the tables.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Room needed a good dusting especially the Heater/AC unit. Shower head holder was broken. No fan in bath. Bath door needed to be slammed to shut tight. we received what we paid for, no more no less...generally speaking we tend to stay in more upscale places, to repeat this served our purpose.. the staff was friendly...however it would be nice if they spoke english in our company!!!

This hotel was OK. Not the cleanest ever but not that bad.

We reserved a king and it was not available. The floor where we stayed smelled like an ashtray. The hotel was generally dirty, the room was not properly vacuumed and the elevator was filthy.

Very nice room and an excellent location near the highway. Many nice places to eat nearby. La Quinta was great friendly clean and had a good continental breakfast so convenient. Free Wi Fi and flat screen tv. Loved it

For the great rate we paid, we were amazed at the awesome room we got!!! Very clean, very updated, nice staff, free breakfast, nice outdoor pool! Would definitely stay again...in fact we are looking forward to the next opportunity to stay at LaQuinta...especially this location!

We had Just come from a hopeless tel in Niagara Falls This place was clean,comfortabl and welcoming You do need a car to say here ,but it is worth while as there are many places to visit . 4/5 If they had wine glasses and an in house restrauant it wold be 5 /5 Great mexican accross the road and many more within 15min drive

It's at least as good as the Holiday Inn across the street where we have stayed previously. The La Quinta is quieter and has a better price. We notified the desk staff that we would be arriving late (after midnight) and they held our room. This is a geat hotel. A bit noisy but real nice at all

The shower head was broken and shot water out side ways. No shampoo or extra towels. Also the alarm clock did not work. I informed the desk upon checking out of these conditions. They seemed like it was no big deal. I did not spend a fortune but the value of my money was not meant.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great and the price is right... Got more than I paid for really...no complaints at all... thanks!

All was as expected and maybe better....elevator was broken but things happen. Overall for price it was very well done.

Not the cleanest (hair in bed and shower) or quietest but for the price beyond expectation. Basic amenities but same quality room as comparable hotels that are twice the price

Clean room, friendly staff, decent price and good breakfast. What more could you expect? Not the best hotel in the world but a good hotel for the price. I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10
