Great place - neat and clean and attractively furnished....very quiet despite close proximity to highway -

Clean, quiet, new, comfortable. Great free Belfast eggs, sausage , fresh waffles, fruit oatmeal. Staff was great. Denny's and Cracker Barrel next door.

Convenient location to Albany. My breakfast was not specatular like previous reviewers, but maybe I missed something. Bathroom needed some updating, but overall clean, fair price, staff was accomodating, and good location.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean and convenient to the Empire State Plaza. Breakfast is very good and well staffed.

In this day and age to not have a work out area at the hotel is unacceptable. No one wants to drive down the road to a gym, change clothes, work out, change clothes drive back to the hotel all, after you have checked in and are tired. Then to do it all over again to go get something to eat.

We will be using this accommodation a lot if it continues to be this affordable and high-quality.

Perfectly good generic business-travel-type hotel, maybe a little pricey if you're paying your own way, but clean and well kept. Usual generic hotel continental breakfast (although having a nice man to make the waffle for me was nice), wireless internet was fine, not much noise, close to the Rensselaer School District campus and presumably lots of other […] stuff around there. :) 더 보기

This hotel had everything we expected. It was very comfortable, and clean. Only 10 minutes away from Albany if you wanted to shop. The hotel pool was great! This was our 6th and last night of our family vacation, and by far, this was also the best breakfast of all. MY FRIEND AND I FOUND THIS HOTEL AND BOOKED IT BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS. This hotel was the best, superior staff, excellent location; cracker barrell walking distance. great proximity to the Times Union Center and the highway and the restaurants. Perfect! Nice Decor, great breakfast. Highly Reccommend!

Room was right next to the elevator on the 4th floor. I didn't hear the elevator opening and closing at all during all three nights I stayed there. I was really impressed by that. Good location, decent price and friendly staff.

Everything was fine but it was hard to see it from the road and the driveway didn't seem to be for the actual hotel. They need more signage and the word "entrance" at the driveway would be helpful. My GPS said we were there about 200 yards before the actual driveway.

We only stayed on one night but the staff was very pleasant, gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant, Chez Mike. Breakfast the next morning was much more than the average continetal breakfast. . . . nothing fancy, but very good.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott East Greenbush was acceptable, but I did expect more. The grout between the tiles on the bathroom floor could seriously use some bleach. I stayed for three nights whilt taking the NY bar exam. The hotel was quiet and clean and they called a cab for me (on time) every day. There were cookies and coffee always available and the continental breakfast was a life saver. I'd definitely stay there again.

Staff was very helpful in telling us how to find it (our garmin was not enough) The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast had a wide range of items including eggs and sausage and a waffle maker. Excellent place for a very reasonable price. We decided to stay in East Greenbush as a stop between Connecticut and Rochester and the Fairfield Inn was a welcome sight when we made it there after a long day of winter weather travel! We were welcomed and check-in was efficient. The room was standard, but clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast had some hot items (eggs, sausage, oatmeal) and was perfectly […] adequate. We had a lovely stay at the Fairfield Inn, rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The mattress was a little more firm then I like but it was definitely a great stay. Clean, nice rooms but hard to find. I was happy that I had read on a previous review that you have to go through a bank parking lot to get to the hotel.

The signage as we approached the hotel was difficult to see...you are supposed to pull into a bank parking lot and then drive to the left, but it's very poorly marked. Once we found the hotel, though, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The clerk at the desk was able to recommend a good restaurant and give clear directions as well. Hotels in and around Albany, NY, tend to be of poor quality, expensive, or both poor quality and expensive. When we stayed there in July, 2010, the Fairfield Inn in East Greenbush was more reasonably priced, with pleasantly furnished rooms and a helpful and friendly staff. East Greenbush is on the other side of the Hudson River from Albany, but it's […] just a 10 minute drive on I-90 to downtown, the state offices or the SUNY campus. Nice room, great breakfast (very helpful attendant), friendly desk service.

Excellent service, nice big airy room and close to food....Cracker Barrel and Denny's within walking distance...right off the interstate!! Is a place we have used several times and will again!!

Management very pleasant and accommodating. Need to exert noise control over younger guests at least after 10 PM. A bus load of noisy soccer players ( early teens) were running up and down our hall way til around 11 PM. Breakfast was great. The person in charge was very friendly, greeted every one in a warm manner. Coffee was perfect.

Het hotel is mooi, netjes en heeft schone kamers met prima bedden. Ontbijt is gratis zoals ook wifi en parkeren. Wij hebben hier gelogeerd voor de doorreis door NO-USA en waren zeer tevreden.
