The check in was easy. You can park outside your room. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had a downstairs room so that was convenient. I had a handicap room and the only thing I would have added was a bar by the commode. Overall a very nice stay. When we first attempted to enter our room we could not get the key card to work. Door handle was loose. We were moved to a different room where there was next to no water pressure from the faucet. "Our one day in tyler"
We stayed a night in Tyler after camping. We just wanted to take a shower and enjoy a soft bed. Our reservations were set up around 1pm. We walked in and I was told that we would have to wait until 3pm without even attempting to accommodate the 2 hours we had to wait. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like about the room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom itself. Was very pleased with the room (TV, microwave, refrigerator). The lobby of the hotel and eating area was very well decorated in red. Had a wonderful indoor heated pool. Came in handy to keep the kids occupied. Was located close to numerous restaurants and even hospitals. The room was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. The wallpaper in the bathroom was somewhat discolored in spots, but clean. My daughter used the hot tub and pool. They were clean and pleasant. Only fireants were in one area near the hot tub and stung our feet before we saw them.
