Our large superior room was okay, but the outside was scuzzy. The inside is ran down and not kept up. The ice machine was broken on the third floor and our drain in the tub was clogged. The place was dirty and I didnt want to touch anything. I kept picking someone's else's hairs off my towels self and room. Not good at all. It kinda ruined my stay in […] San Antonio. LOUD A/C but otherwise pretty boring room.

It was a great experienced. Room was very clean AC was ice cold, which I loved. Friendly staff. No problem checking-in just gave them my name and had reservation ready in minutes. Plenty of parking and security monitoring building were very visible during the night.

Except for the stained bathtub and the hairs from previous guests, the hotel was ok for the $, the staff was friendly.

My bed had a Tick on the pillow and blood stains on the sheets they were also uncomfortable and loud. The room was the cheapest I could find I will sPend a extra 25 dollars to get a good night sleep.

The hotel over all was great for the amount of money. No hairdryers in the room you did have to check it out from the front desk. Location was close to restaurants. I would recommend if you were just sleeping there. The staff was friendly just very slow. Had to wait 25 minutes to check in and then went to eat and came back and room key did not work. […] So, I had to wait another 20 minutes to get key recoded. This was at 11pm. 더 보기

I guess for the price we paid it was ok. However, we are not planning on staying there again.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken! Went to the 2nd looking for ice and they didn't even have a machine had to go to the lobby for ice. It was almost 90 degrees and my kids wanted to swim but the pool was closed because they didn't have anyone to clean the leaves out!

Nothing special nothing amazing you get what you paid for and that's it, the customer service is good employees very nice and professiinal

Right price for a basic needs motel. U-turn access from freeway, recently redone interior, pleasant staff, quiet room with window unit AC/heat. No laundry facilities, yet. No breakfast included. Enjoyed my stay.

This is a clean, well kept property. From the outside, the place might not look that good, however the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The upholstered chairs could have been cleaned, or junked for new ones. Bring your own Kleenex! Good value for price.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nnice and clean, but the tub was stained a grey color and the bathroom ceiling was grey from mold.

I was surprised to see water all over the bathroom when I entered the room. The lady in the counter was good and helped me shift to another room which was better than the earlier one. A night club next to the hotel makes the place little crowded and inappropriate for families to stay in the hotel. A perfect no for families. We booked last minute and so I was not sure what to expect. The hotel was great. It was clean and quiet. We were about 10 minutes from Sea World. The location is perfect. The hotel is right by a mall and plenty of food choices. I would stay here again.

For the cost of the room we were satisfied with the overall stay. Hot water and awesome water pressure. Would stay again for the convenient location close to my family.

Good location if you are planning on going to Lackland for an Air Force graduation. Room was pretty clean. No microwave but there is one downstairs in the lobby.

Sarah, Assistant inTraining, was dynamic! She was courteous, kind, and went out of her way to accomoodate.

The good - My pet was able to stay for free. The bad - Room did not inclue simple things, microwave, mini fridge, cofee, maker. Sheets seemed dirty, left card on bed to have them changed and they were not. Towels were dirty. Area was not nice, people smoking outside hotel, laying around on the ground, beer bottles everywhere. My husband would not […] even let me go outside by myself to walk the dog. Even though we were only in the room to sleep I was very uncomfotable for that short time. the only thing i did not like about the hotel is that there is a fairly ghetto-style club immediately next to the hotel, which really made me feel unsafe about parking accomodations. Also, leaving the hotel was tough, since it was along the highway and traffic tended to be heavy at times.

The overall appearance of the hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the room. No coffee maker, smoke alarm falling off the wall, Bed linens were extremely out of date and need to be replace, and the beds were really hard. Hotel was clean and for the price I would stay there again. Room was clean and all we needed was a clean place to bathe and sleep and that is what we got. Decent place for the price.

The hotel is right next to a Club..thats what they need to advertise and not the hotel being close to Seaworld. It is close to Seaworld but the people that came from the Club hang out right infront of your room..talking,yelling at each other at 2:00 in the morning. CANT SLEEP! I only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The bed was a king sized bed and was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Let's see... When we got there, our initial room, yes I said initial, smelled of cigarette smoke HORRIBLY! So, the front desk switched us to another room and the TV wasn't working properly in that room. With a shortage of rooms, the front desk switched us back to our original room ensuring that it no longer smelled of smoke. They were right, but the […] fumes from the chemicals that were sprayed to cover up the smoke smell nearly choked us! We had to leave the room for a few hours in order not to pass out! When we got back, all seemed well, until around midnight, after going "potty" and flushing I noticed water around my feet... yep, the toilet overflowed! Great customer service, very clean rooms, and very.close to Sea World.

I flew to San Antonio for the first time. I chose this hotel based on the location (as it relates to Seaworld). I was about 10 minutes or so away and conviently located within about 20 minutes from the Rivermarket. The staff was nice. I never tried breakfast (I think there was one) because I stayed on the go. The hotel was always clean although a little […] older, but for the price it was great. They also had 2 security people at night and I was given a parking sticker to ensure no unauthorized vehicles were on the lot. I had some trouble with the air conditioning unit as it seemed to not cool as good sometimes but I adjusted the settings a few times and I got through it. There were restaurants such as Starbucks,Dennys,Texas Roadhouse and stores such as Ross and others and convience stores within a 5 minute drive. Overall very satisfied with everything related to the hotel and staff, problem on Saturday night with parking, nightclub used hotel parking spaces and had a difficult time finding a parking space, had to park in handicap parking space overnight. They need to have a guard posted to keep the club customers from parking in the hotel spaces.

No breakfast proposed. blood stains on bed sheets Night Club next to the hotel, with lot of traffic thru the parking lot. Just good for 1 short night

Spend a little more money, it will be worth it. The comforter had hairs stuck in it and when taken off the bed you could see all the stains on the back side...gross. There was hair in the bathtub. The bathtub was also very slick, I was worried my child would fall so I put a towel in the bottom. There seemed to be mold in the bathroom, there was no exhast […] fan. The night stand next to the beds was sticky. Although the room had two beds there was only one chair in the room. I will not stay there the next time I go to Sea World.
