it was ok except for geting in and out of hotel parking lot. it was on a very busey street, espaclley durning rush hour which started at noon on firday

best for a long time!I plan on going out to Edmond Ok.later this summer & i hope to find another hotel just as great as yours is when i go.Thanks again for your service.

First time booking rooms at the Quality Inn & Suites Lacey. We had three sales reps in for a training. Received complants from one of the reps, the dirty towels were picked up after the first night but not replenished. The bed looked like the sheets and comforter had just been pulled back into place. The evidence of any other cleaning.

Our room was not cleaned and when we asked to have it cleaned they had to move us to another room. Also the TV - cable was not working. The breakfast was also very poor. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. There are other quality hotels in the area that I will choose.

Very basic, but clean with all the essentials.

Clean and comfortable accommodations for a reasonable price. Great location near Cabelas.

On our stay here, the room next to ours the music blaired from 12am until 2am. The room above ours on Christmas night the occupants were yelling and arguing and fighting until 4:30am. I reported excessive noise to front desk and he said he would take care of it, but nothing was done. I would not stay here again..

We have friends & family in the area; this is the hotel we stay at. It is conveniently located, the staff is friendly & helpful. We have stayed here 4-6 times in the last year & will continue to book here.The breakfast they offer is one of the better ones, since we are retired we stay at least once a month at a hotel. I was at this hotel for a 1 nigth stay. Is the worst motel that i ever stayed. To expensive for nothing. Is like a prostitutes place a lot of noise ALL nigth long i did not feld safe. For me and my family. Is very close to freeway a lot of noise i did not sleep at all. And the staf. Not friendly. I'll never go back. Ever

While the hotel itself was a bit dingy and rundown looking, the staff here were absolutely the nicest I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. The maintenane guy even tried to help me with getting my laptop connected to wifi, all staff were just incredibly nice human beings.

While this hotel is a little aged, it was very comfortable and friendly. Our bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Pet friendly and helpful!

The business center is nothing more than a computer in the lobby. No fax, no printer or scanner. Easy access to the highway but too close to the highway. Could hear trucks driving past all night long. Rooms were clean and it was affordable.

It was a very nice hotel. I would recommend.

One of the cheaper options but not quite worth the few bucks you save. The mattresses were dirty and sheets did not look or feel clean. Bathroom walls had mold on them and were discolored. Not a great experience but if you are only looking for a bed, might be for you. I suggest spending a few extra dollars to get a good night's sleep.

Went for an interview in Seattle and stayed out of town. Was a nice, comfortable hotel. Would stay again.

With the small room and skimpy towels, I felt like I was in a Motel 6 and not a Quality Inn.

Great location, nice breakfast, clean rooms, right off the freeway and very friendly staff.

The hotel wasn't too bad. It was easy enough to get to off of the freeway and comfortable enough. The guy at the front desk had no idea how to fix anything. I spent a long time trying to figure out the wifi to get some work done and finally gave up because there was no way to get any answears out of him. The bed was pretty comfortable except for the […] pillows which were about the size of throw pillows and very soft. I felt like I didn't get any support out of them. I wish they would have given us two normal sized pillows instead of four tiny ones that sucked. I would stay there agin but only out of necessity. 더 보기

i couldn't get the shower beyond luke warm the bed had four little square pillows about the size of throw pillows, instead of regular pillows and i didn't think they were very compfortable. the safe was already in the locked position, so i couldn't use it. about 11 a. m. the maid asked if i needed anything. i said no and told her i was leaving about […] noon and would be gone for the day. when i returned that night the room hadn't been made up. 더 보기
