가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다. 기차역에서도 가까우며, U3/U6 가 가깝게 있어서 시내나 다른 곳으로도 이동하기가 매우 편리 했습니다.

It's near Westbahnhof where you can reach other cities around Vienna. I had a difficulty to find out hotel for the first time, however, it was not bad.

The Location is good with walking distance to westbahnhof and Maria Hilferstrasse. The room was clean but would benefit from a renovation. The tv had surely seen better days but the free wireless Internet was fast and reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful, at least to me. Overall good value for money I'd say.

free internet and smoking rooms but car park cost money... but it is still a good hotel for the money... I will stay there again...

The ibis here is a disappointment. As a regular Ibis-client, I am so displeased with this hotel's condition and maintenance that I'd tell you to stay elsewhere. THE PROS 1. Location is great, right by Westbanhof subway (and the metro is cheap, so you can buy a 72-hour ticket and go anywhere you want) 2. The staff was very efficient and nice. 3. The […] room is an okay size, not tiny but not luxurious. 4. Free internet! THE CONS 1. The room doesn't have nice hardwood (or fake hardwood) floors. It's done in an old, disgusting carpet that doesn't look like it's been updated in 50 years. 2. The room has a dusty, kind of old feeling and frankly, I feel dirty sitting in here although I can't actually see any dirt. 3. No kettle!! Every Ibis usually has a kettle and some cups to make tea and coffee. 4. The lobby stinks of smoke because they let them smoke inside (I think). It makes me ill every time I walk through it. 5. Elevators are horribly slow and outdated. Overall if you can afford to be somewhere else, go there instead. This is not like any of the other international Ibis hotels I am used to. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is excellent. One can get a tram from across the road to the nearby underground station. Very close to Mariahilf Strasse. Only turnoff was that aircon is swithced off during the night! I raised this point with the reception, who were to gentle to offer me a fan or to open the window. Suited us very well for our 3-day city break. Easy access by public transport to city centre and airport. One drawback only: room was too hot - no separate temperature control and hotel aircon system apparently cut out in view of 2 days of cooler outdoor temperatures (late Sept). Ibis is the value brand of the Accor chain, and the Ibis Wien Mariahilf adheres to the usual high standards of the chain. You can expect a clean, no frills room. In my case, I received excellent service. I took an overnight train to Wien (Vienna) and arrived around 6:30 AM. My 10 year old son wanted to know why there was a notice in the room stating that under age sex between an adult and a minor is a criminal offence. This led us to wonder exactly who frequented the hotel. Although the room was clean, I would not recommend the hotel because of the notice.

Great service experienced from the staff at this hotel. They spoke excellent English, gave us advice on how to get around and provided a really useful map. The ground floor is really nice, modern and bright. When we got to the lifts, however, we were surprised to find probably the oldest and slowest lifts we had ever seen. This theme continued when […] the lift finally pulled onto our floor, as the dim lighting, very dated carpet (I think it was actually new, but looked terrible) and general mustyness hit us. I actually visited other floors to make sure we hadn't just been put on a bad one. It's all the same. The "air conditioned" room (think one small vent in the wall then makes a non-stop heavy breathing noise) was very disappointing. Stained carpet, ancient TV (how hard is it to upgrade a TV when you're charging so much?) and very dated, lime green features. The bathroom was nice, however, and very clean. They had only provided one single duvet for the double bed, so I had to dig around in one of those "spare blanket" bags to find another one. Maybe this is just me, but I really hated doing that and felt a little uncomfortable at first. The location is brilliant - can't be faulted. Really close to Westbahnhof, from which you go anywhere. There are also loads of shops and cafes nearby, which is great for relaxing when you're not sightseeing. Overall, an OK hotel. Not worth the full price, but I got it at a discounted rate through hotels.com so it wasn't so bad. They really, really need to upgrade this hotel though. It is hardly 3 stars! 더 보기

Room facing the road is noisy, air conditioner stopped in the night so was hotter night in August. Restaurant and auto vendor is available, staff are very friendly and well trained, so pleasant. Laundry service available, this is a value-for-money hotel indeed.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Vienna. It is very centrally located (close to the westbahnhof station). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet connection was complementary and the connection strength was good. The staff was very friendly and ever ready to help. Close to the main train station and the subway. Only 15 min walk to the old city. Accomadation was good great American buffet breakfast, would recommend.

Close to railway station with trams just outside the door. Great hotel. Possible the best value one we stayed in in a 8 week Europe trip. Breakfasts are exceptional.

The Ibis Hotel chain is very reliable. It's affordable, simple, and predictable. We were traveling as a family (4 people), and wanted a reasonably priced, clean hotel. It was fairly close to the main train station (5 - 10 mins). All Ibis Hotels are standardized so if you've been to an Ibis before, expect the same or similar. The only negative side of this hotel is that there is a live sex show club across the street from it.

Zentrale Lage, Mariahilfer Straße ums Eck, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vom Kntoenpunnkt Westbahnhof in alle Richtungen.Nachteil: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Gürtel, mitunter laut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist unter dem Durchschnitt. Gut für Geschäftsreisende.

Boa localização, perto da estação Westbanhof e metro. Hotel parece mal conservado. Preferia ter escolhido outro.

Drei-Stern-Kategorie ist angemessen. Älteres Bauwerk jedoch sauber. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn u. Maria-Hilfer-Str. ist optimal.

das Hotel ist super gelegen, zum Raimund Theater nur 150 m, Shopping Meile Mariahilfer Str. nur ums Eck, U4 und U6 sind auch nicht weit weg, U4 2 Stationen weiter = Naschmarkt, da gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken, Sa immer Flohmarkt, würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden, Parkhaus beim Hotel mit angemessenen Preisen, Lokale und Bars […] ganz in der Nähe, es war ein tolles Wochenende in Wien 더 보기

Sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht dichten! Kingsize Bett nur mit einer Decke für zwei Personen! Überdecke vom Kasten stinkt nach Staub!!! Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Aufgrund der Lage am stark befahrenen Gürtel in Wien leichte Lärmbelästigung durch LKWs und Straßenbahn, jedoch erträglich. Ansonsten gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und erstklassigem Frühstücksbuffet. Im Zimmer hatte es dank Klimatisierung trotz 38 Grad Außentemperatur eine angenehme Temparatur. Fint hotel med IBIS kæden's sædvanlige kendte standard. Hotellet ligger tæt på offentlig transport, hvorfor det ikke gør noget at den ligger lidt for centrum. Da vi gæstede hotellet var der 35 grader, hvorfor vi var glad for det airconditionerede værelse. Vi vil absolut anbefale hotellet på alle måder.

Para ser un tres estrellas cumple de sobra. Un poco alejado del centro pero en la zona que está hay buenas comunicaciones y sitios donde salir a comer o a tomar algo.

Hotel bien tenu comme on s'y attend pour un groupe international. Pratique le bus Wien Airport vous dépose à 5 minutes à pied. Proche du métro pour se rendre en centre ville et à Schönbrunn

Die Anfahrt war bereits beschildert und somit leicht zu finden. Die Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig) erwies sich als äusserst praktisch. Obwohl es am Gürteel liegt war das zimmer total ruhig. Nur wenige gehminuten zur U-bahn bzw. Mariahilferstrasse sind eine weitere Bereicherung des Hotels. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Das Hotel liegt super zentral und fußläufig ca. drei Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof und der bekannten Shoppingmeile "Mariahilfer Straße" entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Optik des Hotels scheinen aus der Mitte der 80er Jahre zu stammen (das Baujahr des Aufzugs ist 1984 und bestätigt diesen Eindruck). Das Zimmer war sauber, wirkte allerdings etwas abgewohnt. […] Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist aufgrund der Geräuschbelastung durch den Straßenverkehr kaum möglich. Das Personal in der Hotelllobby war überaus freundlich. Die angrenzende Bar ist ein Paradebeispiel an Ungemütlichkeit und darin kaum noch zu übertreffen. Sie lädt keineswegs zum längeren Aufenthalt ein. Der Barkeeper schien etwas überfordert zu sein. Das der alkoholische Cocktail Alkohol enthielt war nur zu vermuten. Alles in allem gibt es für den gleichen Preis (auch bei der gleichen Hotelkette) bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. 더 보기

Allting var bra utom en otrevlig person vid frukostkontroll, vi har betalt frukosten vid ankomst och visade kvitton men han underkände pappret, efter kontakt vid reception har allting ordnat sig på några minuter, personalen vid receptionen var underbar, trevliga glada, hjälpsamma.....stor plus

Die Belüftung im Zimmer war über die Nacht so, dass ich morgens gereizte Schleimhäute hatte. Ein Hotelgast im Fahrstuhl berichtete über das gleiche Phenomän.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs und ist mit der U- oder Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. An das Hotel grenzt ein Parkhaus,wo man sein Auto preiswert (Hotelrate!)abstellen kann. Dadurch kann man seinen Wien-Aufenthalt bequem ohne Auto verbringen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer- eins zur Straße, eins zum "Hinterhof".Geräuschempfindliche Gäste sollten […] darauf achten,kein Fenster zur Straße zu haben, da ist es Tag und Nacht recht laut.Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.
