What a fantastic place. Rooms were clean, food was good and staff were helpful.

Hotel was fine for a one night stop, directly opposite the main entrance to the walled city. We would always prefer to stay somewhere with a bit of character as these chains hotels are fairly bland. Had great difficulty finding the hotel car park, very badly signed and ended up in wrong one and had to pay for that as well.

The hotel was quiet and clean. While the reception staff could have been more attentive, the dinner staff in the dining area were very nice.

Staff in hotel reception could not have been more helpfull. Hotel location is central to avignon providing easy access via bus, taxi or on foot to all amenities. Had food at hotel, breakfast, which was excellant, breakfast bar was very clean and food plentifull and fresh. Price very competetive. However the biggest influence in making me want to return […] was undoubtably the helpfullness of reception staff. Love the location of the hotel as it is just a few minutes walk from the train station. the room is not very spacious but is more than enough for our needs. clean and comfortable as well.

Great location - very handy for train stations and city walls just outside. Room well air conditioned. Very good staff and services.

This hotel was adequate. The best feature was the location, which was the main consideration for our booking. The room was small for two people. It was also relatively quite provided all guest closed their doors (which sometimes was not the case).

Très pratique car il est près des commerces et du fameux pont d'Avignon. Mais c'est légèrement contraignant d'être à côté de la gare, car il y a tout le temps du bruit donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre ! mais par contre le personnel est très sympa, petit déjeuner très bon !

the best point for this hotel is near bus stop. the room is clean and tidy, but no early check-in. the room size is good , but no refrigator and fan in toilet. our view is good, can see the world cultural heritage. security is good, we use elevator by room card. service is just okey. Todo correcto. El trato es bueno, la limpieza buena aunque el hecho de estar en la estación hace que los alrededores estan un poco dejados. La ubicación es buena.

La proximité de la gare est un inconvénient (parking, bruit...)
