아름다운 객실과 아주 멋진 실내. 직원들은 저녁식사, 여행 추천에 매우 도움을 주었다. 다음에 다시 머물고 싶은 곳이다.

사진을 보고 품격 있는 가구와 훌륭한 분위기의 멋진 큰방이라고 생각하도록 하여 속았다. 내가 그랬던 것처럼 속지 말길 바란다. 방은 작고 정상적으로 작동되지 않는 형편없는 화장실과 오래된 가구가 있다. 나는 2개의 울퉁불퉁하고 불편한 더블사이즈 침대가 있는 방에 묵었다. 5일을 머무르는 동안 하루 하루 요통이 심해졌다. 호텔은 그래도 아름답고 구내는 넓고 그림 같았다.

이 호텔의 장점은 LA 동부에서 최고의 호텔은 아니지만 주변지역이 호화롭고, 구내가 아름다우며, 전구들로 좋은 분위기를 자아낸다는 점이다. 정말 많은 단점들이 있는데 우리가 아시아에서 와서 서비스 비용이 포함된 것에 익숙하지만 이 호텔은 자동차부터 시작해 모든 서비스 비용을 제외하고 있다는 점이 특징이다. 자동차 없이는 이곳에 올 수 있는 방법이 없다. 이곳에는 혼자서 주차를 할 수도 없다. 호텔 주차원이 있으며 심야 요금도 비싸다. 인터넷은 장비 당 하루에 $10다. 베개는 푹 꺼졌다. 수건은 낡았고 세면도구는 불충분했다. 호텔 측에서 내 비행기가 저녁 9시라는 것을 알면서도 체크아웃을 오후 1시로 연장해 주려고 하지 […] 않았다(내가 돈을 냈는데도). 모두가 모든 것에 대해 팁을 기대했다. 우리는 하루 동안 싱글 룸에 있으면서 거의 $20을 썼다. 이곳이 거의 지역의 웨딩 호텔이라는 것이 드러났다. 대부분의 여행객들은 그곳에 볼 일이 있다면 도심이 머물면서 차로 10분 정도 걸려 Pasadena로 간다. 국제 여행객들에게는 피해야 할 곳이다. 더 보기

우리는 좋은 시간을 보냈다. 호텔 내부는 잘 유지됐고 매력적이었으며 방은 티끌하나 없이 깨끗했고, 멋스럽게 장식되었으며 조용했다. 직원들은 정말 친절했으며 협조적이었다. 작은 불평 한 가지는 TV가 낡아서 업그레이드 돼야 한다는 점이다. 낭만적인 휴식을 위한 훌륭한 장소다.

Great hotel, even on Mother's Day with so many people there. Food and beverage was a bit off in the Terrace. There were tons of tables available at dinner and at brunch, but they were waiting people and turning people away. Food was avg.

Lovely place. A truly remarkable escape, even for a night away from Santa Monica like we did. I was not impressed with the billing department though. I booked on Hotels.com and pre-paid for the room. The hotel charged me their full rate, so I was double-charged. I didn't realize the mistake until weeks later when I double-checked my credit card bill. […] I left a detailed message for the accounting dept. at the Langham Huntington. They didn't return my call, so a week later I called them to check the billing situation. The lady saw that it was marked "third-party" charge right away. It was that obvious to here when she saw the bill, so it didn't make sense why they would double charge. Anyway, she did fix it in the end without any hassle. Overall, it's a nice place for big events, but I wouldn't pick it as my first spot for an "intimate" getaway. 더 보기

Love this hotel. I stay here everytime I am in the Los Angeles area. If you are a guest at the hotel you get to use the showers, hot tubs, and sauna at the Huntington Spa!

Loooved this hotel! It has so much character and history. Crown molding galore! Cozy hallways, the entrance/foyer is incredibly beautiful!! The foyer had a huge table covered in tall clear vases filled with beautiful stalks of white orchids! To top it off the chandeliar was breathtaking!! We couldn't believe how friendly the staff was (I was thinking […] they'd be a bit snooty! But they weren't in the least!) We didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but they looked inviting. The grounds were so pretty and well looked after, and very big! We spent most of our time in Old Town Pasadena and admiring the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods! This trip was 2 nights, it was for our 17th Anniversary. This is an extraordinary, resort-like hotel in lovely gardens. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, very wealthy, and perhaps a bit dull--but it is actually possible to walk to a shopping street for breakfast. For a quiet, retreat atmosphere inside LA County, this is perfect.

This is a California legend. It is gracious in every way. Beautiful setting and excellent service. It's a great getaway spot , especially if you sign on for the 1865 Club floor...fabulous.

This hotel is amazing for the price we paid. For less than $300, we got a room that could easily go for $500 a night in most hotels. The hotel grounds are immaculate. My wife and I felt like we were staying in a European palace for the night!

We were only here one night, but were charmed by the beautiful gardens, decor, and history of this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, and all was spotlessly clean. I loved how quiet it was, and that beautiful classical music was playing in our room when we went in. Also, my husband remarked, "Hm, no smell of perfume […] in the air: a very good sign that there is nothing to hide!" Since we are not usually luxury travelers, we did not know the protocol of using the very well-stocked liquor cabinet in the room, and were afraid to touch it!! A bit of written directions as to cost, etc, would have been helpful. The floor lamp didn't work, but once again we were there such a short time we didn't want to bother anyone about it. Beautiful old time hotel with luxries aplenty. Restaurants have delicious food - perfect to sit outside by the garden and have brunch. Pool and hot tub are open early and stay open late. Wonderful service.

Seen improvement in your hotel staff service attitude since took over time ( that was the worse , right after took over). Still maintain an outsatnding hotl standard! Stayed for the wedding and it was a bad idea. We could hear the water running at night. The bellman took forever to bring the luggage and almost late for the event.

It is a grand old hotel. The Royce is completely redone and is under a new chef. However, my room needed referfurbishing. The matress was old and the furnature and drapes were worn.
