The reason i place the 2 for comfort cause the cough for the pull bed.. Isn't a bed anymore.. U May wanna get new ones.. But other then that good service and good price.. Thankz..

I stayed at your hotel last saturday as I had a wedding in Widsor, everything was fine until to my dismay when we were packing up to leave in the morning we found used condom rappers on the floor next to our bed, these were not ours, It turned me right off, who knows what other cleaning duties were missed. cleanliness of a hotel room is not something […] I take lightly, I will not be returning to your hotel again. 더 보기

Such a great place. Hospitality was amazing. Service was awsome. Room (suite) very clean and cozy. Over all, very, very satisfied. Would come back any time. Thank you for great service!!!!!!!

It was delightful. The staff in particular in order of association - Jody, Chrissy, Cara, Jen - were all very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My visit involved a very stressful situation (we were researching real estate) and the Quality Suites, Windsor hotel staff certainly helped to alleviate a lot of the emotional upset by […] their very pleasant attitudes and consideration. Loved the hotel. I shared a suite with my brother, I had a king bed with doors that closed and gave privacy to the main room which had a kithcenette and coffee service. We had dinner at the sports bar down stairs and the wings were OK all though they boast 100 plus different kinds. We had to change our room as there was someone cooking curry next to the first room. The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were a little tired but fine for the the money spent.

Started out fine then turned into a nightmare.

Everything would have been fine if it wasn't so cold in there i had 2 wear gloves and socks 2 bed. I was also dissapointed that even though they had my credit card on file i was locked on making long distance phone calls. And 2 top it off the whole hotel was cold from the foyea to the elevators. They need 2 invest in some good heating!

The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful but that doesn't make up for the room experience. The location was good but there are plenty of hotels in the same area. This hotel is in need of much renovation/remodeling! There was such a bad odor on the floor where our room was we had to request a change. The rooms were descent size but the furniture […] (couch and chair) was in very poor condition. Actually caused one person of our group to have allergy symptoms. Luckily no one needed to use the sofa as a sleeper!! Carpeting was in bad condition in room and hallway carpeting was very well worn. There was a bottle of water at one bedside which was a nice touch but it had a tag that said it cost 2.99, not such a nice touch! Bottom line -- won't stay there again!! This hotel is in a excellent location if going to a detroit hockey game. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The room was great, it was very clean. I would rate this hotel a 10. I would recommond this hotel to anyone. I would stay there again. The room had everything you need.

Great location and price The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would suggest when booking reservations, guest should be advised that parking is not included and is not part of the hotel property.

We chose this hotel because it has good reviews by other people, but our experience there was not so pleasant. I chose a smoking room because my boyfriend would sometimes smoke, but I didnt expect the entire floor smells like cigarette, and the room was soaked with the smell. There are cigarette burns on the washroom sink, blanket, and the bed has been […] used for so long, you can see the shape where people slept at. It was uncomfortable for me to sleep in because I am kind of small, and I would sink into that "hole". The most annoying part was the noisy heat system or whatever it was in the room. It turned very every 10 sec, so I was waken up after every 10 sec of sleep, and I was very tired. I had to sleep in the sofa, which was in the living room, afterwards, but was waken up by the noise in the hall way in the early morning. However, the room was spacious, and they have very friendly staff; the free breakfast was not bad either. The hotel is well situated.We were recovering from colds,but if we had been well,it was a short walk to the Casino.The food & service was very good &the room was spacious & the bed was very comfortable

Place is dated... Bad furniture old curtains that kind of thing. Staff was amazing and you have to pay for parking. If you want to get something really nice. Look for something recently upgraded.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant didn't get off the phone to check me in. After waiting 5 minutes, she quickly gave me a room key and took my details without hanging up her call. She was extremely rude. Later that night, I called down for a 6AM wakeup call that never came, so I was late for my appointment in the morning. Service […] at this hotel was absolutely terrible. We went to visit the wineries in the county and stayed over a night in Windsor. The hotel suite was nice and clean. The breakfast was adequate but don't forget to take your voucher down to breakfast which were given at check-in. You can easily walk to dinner, the casino and the river front from this hotel. The suite arrangement with a separate bedroom was very nice and the bed was about the most comfortable I've ever slept in. TV's in both the living room and the bedroom was nice too. I didn't like having to pay for parking. The breakfast buffet wasn't all bad, just far too crowded into a small corner without sufficient room to move around.

Was a little disappointed the restaurant was under construction. Look forward to staying again and sampling the quisine.
