My family and I came into town pretty last minute and got this hotel for a pretty good price. I was very impressed by the staff who were really kind. The room was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. It had snowed at the time and the parking lot wasn't the cleanist because of it which caused a major shortage of parking spots one night (some […] jerk had taken up two spots) The area was really nice but not much in walking distance so I was glad we had a car. Other than the fact that the room did not come with a microwave or a frig, the bed was cozy and the room was overall nice. They do not have more than 6 of the movie chanels and you can see all the other shows and movies in the Guide, but you can't watch them. I would have preferred only having the option to see the channels which I could watch. The […] bathroom toilet was not 100% clean which I wasn't that thrilled about and I was hoping that the staff would notice it without me saying anything. Top rim of the bowl and a few hairs. I was able to clean off the hairs with some toilet paper, but the toilet should have been clean before my arrival. Other than the tv and the bathroom the location is great. Your a few minutes from the freeway and you are down the street from Hannafords and the other restaurants. Also the coffee shop "Coffee on the Corner" is really good. The Days Inn in Dover was fine. The rooms were spacious, roomy, and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but most importantly it was clean. The price also includes breakfast that is enough to get you going in the morning. They served waffles, bagels, bread, boiled eggs, cereal, juices, and fruit. We got in late and left pretty early so I can't comment […] on the cable or internet since we didn't use either. The person who checked us in was friendly and offered great advice on the local area. This was a business trip so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hotel very long

This is not a 4 star hotel but the staff tried hard, the room was clean, and I had no problems. I stayed there the night before the Pumpkinman triathlon in nearby South Berwick, Maine and it was everything I needed. I'll happily stay there again next year. Check in and Check out... simple, quick easy, wish more hotels were that fast! Room was a little out dated, but ok. Some small ants in the bathroom was a little strange & didn't really give me a warm fuzzy feeling though. It was your standard inexpensive hotel, not the worst and not the best, simply "ok". The room had a slightly "stale" smell to it […] that most inexpensive hotels have. Overall it appears that the housekeepers did their best to keep an aging hotel room as clean and fresh as was possible. Breakfast was not very good, the milk must have been "shelf stable boxed" milk (tasted horrible)... and the other food wasn't very good either, we ate somewhere else the second day. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean, & well maintained. No problems there. The weeknight stay at the hotel was nice and quiet, the weekend night stay at the hotel was fairly noisy (a lot more people were there that night) with traffic, and "people" noises most of the night. My stay was only supposed to be for one night and due to a bad winter storm it turned into a two night stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and quickly resolved an issue I had the first night with a knock on my door at midnight. The knock turned out to be someone looking for another guest. This hotel is in a great location. Arrived after a long drive. Staff was great, the lady at the desk suggested a restraunt right arounf the coener that we could walk to. IT was wonderful. The only bad thing was the breakfast in the morning they were out of stuff and or the machines were out of service.

Although the hotel had a great location in Downtown Dover, with plenty of shops and food nearby,. The beds were stiff and the sheets were scratchy. The smell in the room was smoke covered by some powery floral scent. There was no use complaining as they were booked full and the room was paid for in advance. The ice machine sign suggested limiting your […] ice use to your room and not to fill small or large coolers because other guest would have none. Also stated that the place is under closed circuit tv. Here's a idea -- BUY a better ice machine or have 2 or more on premises. I wouldn't stay here again, stayed becasue family was here and nearby. The room cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and entered the room while we were gone, adding fresh towels. Good intentions, but I didn't need any and no respect for privacy. 더 보기

Was very convenient to the golf cours I was playing for 3 days and being able to walk downtown for dinner! This a great little place in Dover!

It has a heated pool- what more could you want?!??! you have to pay for the itnernet but there is a free computer in the lobby. big parking lot- the bathroom is small and the room is crammed with furniture but overall it is pretty nice. It is located in downtown dover so there are many places to eat within walking distance but traffic makes it a pain […] to get to. 더 보기

Good staff; hours could be longer for pool/spa; rooms need a DEEP cleaning

The carpet was very dirty. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The eating area for the continental breakfast was too small when the motel was full and it was very limited.

Newly remodeled, very clean. New beds and mattresses. Very comfortable rooms. New baths.

Exactly what we expected for the money, if not more. Clean room, ok breakfast, no problems at all. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean but not immaculate. The continental breakfast was good but not enough tables and chairs. When we checked in, the woman at the counter let us know that there was a little league baseball team staying there and theat if they were too noisy to let her know (they were never noisy), it was thoughtful to let us know. This hotel was located in the middle of downtown Dover, a very cute town. We walked to dinner each night and were able to get anything we needed by foot, which is nice when you drive a lot. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pool looked nice but unfortunately we had no time to use it. Breakfast room was small and crowded, but food was ok. Coffee cups were […] too small! The Days Inn had a perfect location, right in the heart of Dover. We could walk to restaurants, shops, places of interest, etc. The hotel, however, was older and had that "old hotel smell". we stayed in a nonsmoking room, but could tell it used to be a "smoking allowed" room.
