공항에서 가까워서 좋았지만, 주변 타운에 가기는 거리가 상당히 멀더군요. 차를 렌트하지 않으면 불편합니다.

오랫동안 머물렀습니다. 그래서 많은 것을 보았습니다. 기본적으로 쾌적하고 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 아침 식사는 개선할 필요가 있는 것 같아요. 호텔의 좋은 점을 깎아 먹는 것 같습니다. 너무도 단순하고 메마른 음식입니다. 조금 더 다양하고 개선하여야 할 것 같습니다.

"HORRIBLE BED!"
The room was very clean and in a nice location. However, the bed was HORRIBLE! It felt like we were sleeping on a box of wood with a sheet on it. I don't understand why RI does not invest in good beds. I have been in 3 lately and the beds have been a nightmare! My back was killing me to the point that I slept on the sofa for comfort. "Great Hotel - Close to everything"
I loved the hotel. My only concern is that I had to stay in a wheelchair Access room. I booked my reservation way in advance and could not quite understand way I was given this particular room. I called and asked for a regular room, but none were available all 3 nights that I was there. I was also charged an additional $30.00 on my bill. Not sure why […] but will inquired. Overall, I would stay there again. Near Southpoint Mall, WalGreens, Wendy's. McDonalds,The waffle house, etc you name it!! 더 보기
hotel, everything was newly renovated, the staff was excellent and any time in the area I will select this hotel to stay in. Highly recommend
"Not as Nice as Expected"
Unable to check-in upon our arrival at 3:00 pm. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour until our room was ready. The front desk clerk, an older black gentleman, was very unfriendly, as though we were inconveniencing him. We were never offered any compensation for the delay or even an apology. The room was nice and clean and good quality sheets. The […] mattress, however, was old and completely worn out and should have been replaced long ago. Very uncomfortable. "Recommended"
I was verysatisfied with the courtesy of the staff. There was close access to the freeway and nearby restaurants. Comfortable stay and reasonable price!
The stay was very peacefull and pleasurable. The breakfast was great!!

This was an excellent location. All of the amenities of home including complimentary internet access.

"at check in"
at check in, though we had requested to be booked in rooms next to one another on line, my friend and I were going to have to stay in separate buildings. The hotel not only made sure we were next to one another, they upgraded our rooms so that we could be next door to one another.

"Durham Motel"
Excellent Motel accomodations, Breakfast was excellent.

This was like staying at an inner city housing project. Very loud due to basketbal court, older teens shooting hoops all night, maid woke me up at 7 am to deliver a coffe pot, at 11 at night a group of teens were sitting on my car!! Complained but got no where. Breakfast area was not clean. food offered was nasty. Overall I'd rather camp in a tent. "Residence Inn RTP -- great location, nice room"
I've stayed more than once, and it's generally a very good experience at a good rate. This stay had a couple of quirks -- when I got into the room, the coffeemaker, heat (in North Carolina in May!), and, as I discovered at 5am, the alarm clock were all turned on.

"Great room for the price"
I love the room and enjoyed the staff. I would not hesitate to come back on my next visit to Durham...
"Great room for the money"
We stayed five nights visiting family in the Durham area. We had a studio room with small kitchen and refrigerator, better than just a hotel room. The pool and spa was an extra treat. Breakfast in the morning and happy hour at night made our visit very pleasant. We would stay here again.

The Residence Inn at the Research Triangle Park area of Durham, NC is an amazing property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpfull. The complimentary internet far exceeds that of any other lodging property that I have ever stayed at.
