출장으로 방문하였습니다. 피닉스 공항에서 30분 소요되며 택시비가 비싸므로 이동이 쉽지는 않은 단점이 있었으나 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔이었습니다. 다만 길가에서 가까워서 자동차 소음이 많은 문제는 있었습니다.

인터넷과 호텔닷컴에서 찾아본 정보를 토대로 예약했다. 예약할 당시 싼 가격의 호텔이 없어서 그나마 가장 저렴한 편인 이 곳을 예약했는데 정말 만족했다. 객실도 매우 청결하고 아침도 괜찮았다. 데스크에서도 친절하게 맞아주어서 좋았다. 매일 낮 12시에 다시 공항으로 셔틀서비스를 해줘서 다시 공항으로 손쉽게 갈 수 있었다.

The room was beautiful and very clean. So comfortable too, very relaxing. Just small issues; the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, the bathtub drain was slow. They forgot to clean our room the second day but after reporting it they took care of it within the hour. We lived in the Phoenix area for over 7 years and we feel that this probably one […] of the safest areas. Also, by interstate/loops it's easy to navigate to surrounding towns/cities. "Residence Inn in Scottsdale-a comfortable hotel"
This was an official "overflow" hotel for a conference that was held at a related 5 star resort nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very pleasant and the location was just right. Good 3 star hotel.

Room is very large with kitchen that actually works and has utensils and enough to actually work. Property is very nice and right on Scotts road, can walk to nice restaurants.

"Wonderful staff lead by an exceptional General Manager"
Upon check in I was greeted by the General Manager, an exceptional manager, truly putting the client first and the desk clerk. I was make to feel most welcome. My stay upon check out was even extended at no additional charge as my plane was leaving later than check out time. My room was better than I expected as to size and amenities, especially considering […] our current economic state. They hair dryer was great! The hospitality staff in the morning and evening were very accomodating even filling a couple of special requests. The evening attendant even anticipated my need for a tray before I even realized I needed one! Great attention to client comfort and convenience was noticeable at both breakfast and the social hour. Additional kudos go to Muhammed who found my missing flip flops and nicely wrapped than and turned them in for me and then very patiently and kindly helped me when my internet wasn't working during a webinar I needed to attend. I was somewhat distraught and he and the front desk jumped in to help me right away. Internet was upgraded the next day and worked beautifully. Again, my compliments for a very effective General Manager as her skills have obviously flowed down the ranks. Tho' I did not have resort views from my window, the care and attention of the entire staff and the quality of the service and food will have me coming back on my next visit to Phoenix whether business again or pleasure.
