Breakfasts were great. Our room had a wonderful view (we requested an ocean front suite). The staff was meticiculous about cleanliness in all the outer areas; pool, lobby, restaurant, walkways, etc.

The buffet was pretty good but I would suggest having more specialty cooks like the one that made the omelets. For instance there could be one that makes french toast or one that makes waffles. Just an idea.

Our stay at ES was phenomenal. The location was perfect. Although not a private beach it was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were roomy for 4 adults and two very active toddlers. We will definitely recommend ES deerfield beach.

Very disappointed. The first 2 nights up all night due to parties in the hotel in the rooms next to ours. Called several times about the noise and told they would ask them to leave the hotel - but they never did. We purchased an "ocean front room". The initial room we received was so low that trees blocked our ocean view. The room we settled for had a very narrow view of the water due to columns and a wall. It was not the room we thought we were buying though it was very comfortable. Overall we did not receive value for price paid.

This resort was perfect! The rooms were clean and very nice, complimentary breakfast was unlike any other hotel breakfast and the pool area was beautiful. Staff was amazing. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

Our stay was very nice. The staff and guests we're friendly. The pool was heated so that made it even better for us seeing how the Atlantic was cold. The hotel had a Very good breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times in the last 2 years, and I would definitely stay there again. I like the pool environment and the breakfast selections. I have been disappointed by the computer availabilities. I have used the computers often, but always I have to call for assistance because the computers ate not working, the printers are […] not set correctly, there are not sufficient computers for guest demand. Also, this last time I was at the hotel, the cleaning service did not empty all the trash cans (which were v ery full) and the service was just not the same cleanliness level that I experienced in prior stays. Great location with beautiful beach just across the street - large rooms. Unforunately the rooms were not what I would expect for such an esteemed hotel. We stayed at the Embassy Suites because other family members were also staying there. It was really larger than 2 people needed, but nice to have 2 full baths when getting ready to go out. The pool was really nice, and the full breakfast, especially the omelets and waffles, was excellent.

great location and staff were extremely helpful. the pool had been completely updated - I stayed at the hotel almost exactly one year ago, and the pool was so much better. The compimentary breakfast is so convenient and very good.
