The hotel was ok. I stay at Embassy Suites for the room and the free Breakfasts. But the Breakfasts were just ok and the hotel was worn down. It is just a high traffic hotel and the hotel was showing it's wear and tear....

probably one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in great for families everything top notch including outstanding front desk service highly recommended

Though some of the staff was very nice, the hotel felt it had seen better days. The breakfasts were mediocre. I would expect a little more from Embassy Suites.

This was really a perfect stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed and tasteful, really magnificent, The amenities were perfect in every way, and it was quiet for sleeping, the bar very convenient, and the dining and lobby area beautiful. The only problem I had was I tried to call ahead to guarantee late arrival, and had a terrible time getting anyone […] to pick up the phone! I called and called, when I finally got through there was one of those confusing phone trees, but at last a very friendly and helpful gentleman answered. Whew! He apparently also had a tough time checking the reservation, because he had to put me on hold for an extended period of time. But once I arrived, it was the best stay I've enjoyed in years!!! I usually enjoy my stays at Embassy Suites but I found this hotel to be in need of updating. The furnishings looked old, the bathroom door didn't lock and the picture on the TV in the bedroom was snowy and blurry. On the other hand, as usual the breakfast was good and the staff was attentive.

had a (well-behaved) girl's sleepover party for my daughter here, and they loved it. the pool was nice and not too cold or crowded, and the complimentary breakfast was great. will probably do it again next year.

I've stayed there before, and at other Embassy suite hotels as well, and always enjoy my stay. No surprizes, great rooms and amenities, excellent breakfast included. Just how it should be!

Unfortunately, I am pretty sure the room we were in had bed bugs. I was sleeping on foldout couch and went home the next morning with several bites. Otherwise hotel was fine. Perfect location for easy access to airport, and a good breakfast.

They have a set temp for rooms, u will have to ask for a space heater to stay warm during cold nights, shouldnt be this way for a four star hotel

We visit San Francisco a lot and use the hotels in the area to stay before we fly out or just to stay for a few days. It is one of the best we've stayed in. The breakfast is excellent. It is also close to the highway, so you can get in and out fairly quickly. Our room was very large and the price was excellent for everything we got. Extremely happy with our stay. The staff were all very good and when we did have a problem, they did everything they could to fix it (which they did). Breakfast was exceptional and only recommendation that I can give is that if/when we go back to San Francisco, this will be the first hotel I contact to get a room at. The temperature in the room was too warm and we were unable to control it from the controls in the room. I have never had this issue at this hotel. Staff indicated that the temperature was centrally controlled, therefore we had to leave the door open which seemed illogical.

EXCELLENT INCLUDED BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR. GREAT POOL AND SPA. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE FACILITY WAS COLD THROUGHOUT. WE HAD TO CALL FOR A SPACE HEATER IN OUR ROOM. HOWEVER, MAY BE A SIGN OF THE ECONOMY AS THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

This hotel is pricey and no free internet and they charged for parking. I would go somewhere else.

Loved this hotel and will look for Embassy Suites wherever I travel in the future.

Close to the airport and BART, the Embassy Suites came across as a great value for the price. Service was responsive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was actually quite good, considering it was complimentary. The main issues tended to come from the building- some minor plumbing issues, a railing that fell off in the elevator, etc. It's clear […] the building was originally meant for a lower quality hotel than what it has become, and is really the one item holding the hotel back. Even then, the other factors- comfort of the room, quality of the staff, overcame these. The hotel is a bit far out of central San Francisco for an easy business trip, but if you're their on leisure, the free parking and easy access to Highway 101 definitely help. 더 보기

The staff at the hotel are amazing. The breakfasts were wonderful and there were 11 in our party of 3 rooms. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay were much. If the hotel was in San Francisco, it would be perfect. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Pull out in living room was consistent with a 1970s bed. Definitely not for adults. Young kids are ok - but that is marginal. Be aware that there is a $17 a night parking charge - which is crazy for its location.

Our family is pleasantly surprised that the hotel is not noisy at all even though the airport is near by. Location is convenient, it being close to the freeway. Staff is courteous and friendly. Selection of breakfast is extensive. Just one concern about the cleaniness of the cutlery in the dining area. Complimentary breakfast was great and rooms were quite nice. Only inconvenience was a broken elevator which left only one elevator to get up to the rooms at the front entrance. We later found out there more elevators in the back of the atrium.

Did not get a restful night sleep due to ruckus in the middle of the night outside in front of lobby that went on for a long time, and mattress was too hard.

Mistakenly believed I was reserving the Embassy Suite south of the SFO airport....this Embassy Suites is in an industrail park with no water views. While the room/suite was adequate and maid service good, the food was terriable and the hotel charged $17+ dollars a day for parking and another $14 dollars a day for internet connection....when I complained […] the hotel desk clerk said management had just decided 2 months earlier to start charging for parking. When I asked why I was not advised of the fee the desk clerk said they would REVERSE the charges.....very sad and what I feel is a very bad business decision.....to charge for parking or to charge for internet service is something you expect in a third world country not in a 1-star hotel which is what this hotel chain derseves. 더 보기

Atrium was very nice. Room was nice except the bathroom needed to be upgraded, Rust marks on the door frame, bathroom counter looked as if it was glued on the wall after dropping down a 1/2 inch. considering the rest of the room looked good, it was a little off putting with the bathroom needing to be revamped.

First things first, we were not told about construction until we got to the hotel, entry was being remodeled, no valet parking, no assistance with luggage and incredibly dusty when entering the hotel or sitting in the lobby or restaurant. Evening reception is worst yet at any ES hotel I've stayed. Breakfast was no better, minimal availability and kitchen […] was not able to handle the need. However the staff was the most helpful and pleasant staff I've experienced at any ES hotel. They would have to get a 5! Pool area is moldy, dirty and overall just unkept. Water in pool and jacuzzi was cloudy. Pool deck was not clean. Wouldn't recommend anybody utilize the pool or jacuzzi. If it wasn't for the staff, this place would get a 2 rating. 더 보기

This hotel standards are average. Carpets on the floor look very old. The week end we stayed was very crowded and there were people above our room made too much noises till 4am. we had to complain to the front office. Even that didn't stop them. We couldn't sleep. This hotel was great, wonderful breakfast, large room with seperate living room from the bedroom. Sofa bed for additional sleeping room. 3 sinks. The location for us wasn't great because we had to drive at least 20 minutes to get to where we were going every day. I really liked this hotel, just didn't like the drive.

Other than the remodeling that took place during our stay (even though our rooms were located directly above the construction, we couldn't hear any of the noise unless you were in the lobby) the stay was great! Everything was nice, clean and comfy!
