The only negative is the that hotel is challenging to get to. Area layout/route is not easy to get TO the hotel.

I have been to this HI Express before, so I expected quality. It's an ideal location, even without a restaurant for late night arrivals and departures for airport, the HI across from the parking lot has a restaurant for a basic meal. I was, however, counting on the business center to be readily available, as that is one of the reasons I choose HI Express. […] Printer was malfunctioning (I called ahead to check on the facilities), computer had problems, although I had my own laptap but I needed to print boarding passes. Not only was it disconnected by another guest, but the individual on duty for the night had no knowledge of the numbers or passwords to open up their system again, said only the manager could do that - no manager available. She was also unable to assist with the printer, other computer was not hooked up. Advice to HIE, educate your employees at desk. Their lack of concern, effort, and knowledge could cost you some business. P.S. lamp switch on my side turned on lamp on other side of bed, Light switch at door turned on an off TV (couldn't turn out light w/o turning off TV), clock didn't work. No one at desk in a.m. and I was in a hurry to catch a flight so couldn't wait around to discuss issues. 더 보기

Beds were a little hard, not like other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed in. Otherwise an overall good stay.

Great place to stay and great service

The staff, both checking in and checking out, were very friendly and efficient. The only complaint is the walls are thin. Someone checked in about 2 am next door and we were awakened by their talking. But other than that, very good value and good location for the airport.

This is a fine Holiday Inn Express that is extremely convenient to the Colorado Springs airport. I stopped by to get some work done before flying out in the morning and found there was virtually no wireless signal on the second floor. When I called to inquire I was told to come down to the dest for an Ethernet cable. Rather than being apologetic for […] the inconvenience, I was warned to be sure to return the cable or I would be fined. Back in the room, I found that the internet did not work well even when hard wired with the ethernet cord. My only solution was to get up early and head to the airport and take advantage of the free wireless at the Colorado Springs airport. As I was checking out, I wanted to tell the desk clerk about my experience, but she was busy talking on the phone, simply handed me a receipt and waved. She didn't seem interested in having a conversation. I was sadly disappointed because I've stayed at this hotel before. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I'd be nervous about signing up for another try. 더 보기
