Upon arrival I was told that there was no room that I paid for available. However, the management went out of their way and actually provided two rooms at no additional charge. The rooms we stayed in were on the 2nd floor and were clean and smoke-free, but the 1st floor and the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. The floor and carpet in the hallway […] on the 2nd floor needs to be replaced and/or repaired. There are spots in the floor that feel like you could fall through the floor and the carpet is stained. It appears that the hotel is also a long term stay hotel ,where alot of the guests have been there a long time. The smell in the whole place is of stale cigerette smoke. My room was only surface clean and there was dried feces on the back of the toilet bowl. The towel rack fell off the wall when I reached for the towel after my shower. Comfortable large room. A bit stale smell in the hotel. Bad pillows but nice kitchen area. Good value for the price if you aren't spending much time at the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious, have kitchens, dining bar, office area, livingroom space, and bedroom space. It's great for individuals with small kids who need space to play. We stayed two days, and were pleased with the value. It does need some thorough cleaning (dusting and scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen areas) but it wasn't horrible. The front […] office is awkwardly set up, and if you plan on staying an extra night, plan on not being able to renew with the front office. They told me I had to go back through hotels.com, then return to the front desk when I'd finished to finish the booking. Which meant I had to buy internet (4.99) to hook up the laptop. They said it was easier to book it thru hotels.com than to book it directly through them (even though I'm sure they are paying a third party to do their booking?). Odd. The pool looked great (3ft-5ft) but we didn't get a chance to use it. (Not too busy, either! We never saw anyone use it during our stay!) The pull-out couch is convenient, but there are no sheets for it, just a blanket in the closet. It was quiet and peaceful while we were there, no noise complaints. Great place. Got really good deal and deluxe had plenty of space. Bed was small for us as we're used to king. It was queen but somehow seemed smaller. Otherwise great.

What you would expect for the price but if traveling for just business and not staying long, it's a good place to land. Neighborhood pushes this one up the list as it has everything needed and on the same parking lot as Meijer. Room had slow toliet and lacked toliet tissue completely.

FIRST THE A/C DID NOT WORK AND IT WAS DAMP AND STUFFY IN THE ROOM. I HAD ONLY ONE PK OF COFFEE FOR TWO NIGHTS AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MORE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY..... ONLY DECAF. VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS ALSO;

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the stadium and the aquarium in New Port. The room was clean only issue we had was the smell of the cigarette smoke. Ohio has no smoking rooms more readily available. But all and all the stay was great.

everything was great except the cleanliness of the hotel. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly, didn't look anyone had touch under the ceramic rim when they cleaned it. Hairs were found in the bed as well as the bathtub and a bottle cap was found behind the end table and it looked like it had been there for quite some time which means the room was vaccumed […] properly. 더 보기

Hotel is great for the money, if you are cooking in instead of eating out. Nice size rooms with all cups, plates, ect.. you need.

Everything was fine in the hotel. However, the room was not very clean. The kitchen was a bit dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the toilet seat was soiled underneath. Also, the couch had long white dog hairs all over it that were plainly visible. So, I cleaned the things listed and chose not to use the couch, which I couldn't clean. Staff was very friendly, room was clean but aging, quiet, convient location.

The room was very roomie for my husband and I and 5 kids. The kitchen could of been a little cleaner. The top of frig was pretty dirty. Our room was non smoking but I think all the other rooms next to us were smoking. Our room did not smell but when you went into the hall you were overwelemed with smoke.
