There were not as many dining options in the vicinity as I had thought, and the affiliated restaurant was average quality for an above average price. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable, the exercise room spacious with good quality equipment, and the staff was attentive, friendly, professional, & helpful.

My hotel stay was magnificent!..The desk clerk was very polite..I was checked in a matter of minutes. My room was lovely & modern...not to mention cozy(bed)..I love the way they incorperated "Memphis" art on the walls,I think thats what really made me reel comfortable. My overall stay was wonderful..I give them 5 stars!!!!!

My daughter and I stayed here while we were visiting Rhodes College. Our room was very comfortable and stylish. The location was within easy driving distance of every place we wanted to go. For the most part, I would say that the hotel was accomodating, The staff was very friendly - even the customer representative over the phone was courteous and professional. There were only two drawbacks, the room temperature was very cold unless you decided to keep the heater on which resulted in poor ventilation; the hotel parking was not the greatest […] accomodations - small area. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly. Be careful on the sidewalk on the side and rear of the hotel if it is raining....very slick. Great restaurant in front of the hotel. VERY GOOD work out facility with free weights and lots of machines.

I live in Memphis, but needed a night away to escape some construction chaos at my house. I chose this hotel because it is quieter than others in the area. Downside: No restaurant in the hotel, though there is a very nice one that shares the same parking lot, and you can buy snacks and drinks in the lobby. Breakfast is about a ten dollar option, but is cooked to order. (The breakfast area was empty on Saturday morning when I went down, so I went somewhere else.) Rooms are adequately sized, but not really roomy. The staff...nice, personal, caring, but not the most professional I've experienced. Poplar Ave where the hotel is located is not walkable. You have to drive to go to a restaurant, even though there are several that are close. I would stay again. I still think it is the best deal in that part of east Memphis. 더 보기

This hotel looks and feels brand new. It's in a good location and very affordable compared to other hotels in same class. Customer service is truly amazing. I've never been treated better, even when I stayed at 5 star hotels. The hotel staff gave us a brand new 16GB usb flash drive as a gift, due to an issue we had with the computer in the business […] center. It really wasn't even the hotel's fault, but they were very nice about it, and brought us this gift. Overall, everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. The good parts - staff was really nice and friendly., bed was comfortable. What I didn't like about the facility was... - windows had greasy smudges all over. Didn't appear they had been cleaned in a long time. A little windex maybe! - Shower tiles had stuff stuck to them. Hair, dried conditioner or shampoo, fuzz, other particles of stuff. - Shower […] drained very slow - tub filled so you are always standing in soapy water. - Hair - in the sink, shower, on a towel, on the floor. - desk chair way too short for desk table. - refrigerator compressor was rattling - had to unplug it at 4am to get back to sleep. We stopped in as we were passing through Memphis for a night. The Hotel is easily accessible from Memphis highways, though Poplar street is a bit hard to navigate at first. Left a wake-up call at 11 pm and clerk repeated the time and room number but i did not get a call and missed my early appointment. Hotel was quiet but is located in a median of extremely busy Popular Ave. To go east on Popular you must first go west over I-240 and turn back left to go east. Didn't enjoy room to small

fine hotel, execptionally friendly staff. Not on a central location, but close to the interstate, so you can reach everything you want fairly quick by car.
