The room we received for 2 single beds was redicuously small. We couldn't even open doors or change clothes without leaning on something because their was literally no space to do it. How could this place be a 4 Star. The location near Termini was "seedy" as well. The staff was courteous and helpful but the rest was unpleasant for us.

So close to the train station, and my room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had a tub and shower. Could not ask for more for what I wanted, especially for the price!

We wanted to be close to the train Rome Teminial trainstaion. this hotel locating was at the most 6 minutes away. Many resturants on the street as Hotel. The staff knew where everything was and would gladly draw on the city map were to go!!! Room was not spacious but met our taste for two nights!!!!

The hotel was as expected - rooms were small, elevator was tiny, but staff was helpful and nice. We arrived in probably the hottest week of the year and the AC in our room was not great. My friend's room with AC down the hall was bigger and seemed to be much cooler, so maybe we just had a bad AC. Excellent hotel, definitely when I visit Berlin I will stay in this hotel allways

Hotel in a very undesireable location, poor ventilation system and loud.

Location is good. One block from StazioneTermini. The staff on the floor tries to be friendly but the staff at the desk is polite but not the most friendly. The hotel is clean. Rooms are clean too. Except our toilet was leaking a bit. Not a big deal for us. My big complaint are the rooms. REALLY SMALL. The photos on Hotels.ca are not representative […] at all. We compared our room with the floor plan and all the rooms are about the same size. There was about less than 12inch (30cm) between the end of the bed and the wall... It's really not a 4-stars hotel as said on this site. Very disappointing considering there was cheaper hotels for the same room sizes around that neighbourhood. I know hotel rooms and apartment are smaller in Europe, I've been there many times. But the photos are just misleading. 더 보기

Nice hotel beautiful decoration close to everything I would recomend this hotel!

Not a good hotel. The rooms have a wall covered by a old red carpet. Very dutty and dusty place. The elevator box was just beside the room...really noisy. The shower didnt work, the bathroom was in a really bad condition. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant. I am sorry to say but was a really bad idea. Pay a bit more and stay in a better hotel. The hotel was very nice for what we needed. The rooms are small (just like everywhere else in Europe) but was just what we needed. The hotel is two blocks from the Termini station. The area around the hotel isn't great but I never felt unsafe when we were out at night. There are plenty of choices for food around the hotel also. Beware! We booked thru this site and thought breakfast was included but it was not. They wanted 5 euro just for a cup of coffee; that comes to approx $7.50. Family room was like a tomb so small.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Hotel Morgana. It is located a block from the Termini train station where they have a cab stand which is great for going to specific areas of Rome. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Colliseum. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful with any needs we had involving Rome.

Our room smelled of sewage the entire stay. Our shower ceiling and the wall behind the bed were both covered in mold. We used the safe for valuables, but articles of clothing were stolen from our room and an extra room key was stolen. We tried to approach the situation in a positive manner, suggesting that maybe things were accidentally mixed in with […] laundry. The manager and receptionist were extremely rude and inconsiderate. We spoke with other guests who also had things stolen from their room the night before, and another couple complained of someone entering their room with a key during the night while they were sleeping. Unfortunately the last week of our honeymoon in Europe was completely ruined due to this hotel. I'm an extremely considerate person, and I always look at every aspect of a situation before I react. I have never been treated so poorly; people with this much disregard for others should not be in business. 더 보기

The hotel was great for the price just be careful when you book your room because there is a lower price that does not include the breakfast so we had to try to find a place that served something other than pizza at 8am. The bed was decent the shower was SO small. The shower doors didnt close all the way so water got everywhere and the floors were really […] slipper and cold. The room was a decent size, I think as far as the average hotel room goes in Rome. It was a lot farther from everything than we originally thought but the subway was a great easy and inexpensive way to get around. The staff was really helpful with anything we needed. The elevator began on the 2nd floor and was SO small we literally had to sit on our luggage to go up to our room and we are not big people at all. Pur giudicando confortevole l'hotel e in generale di buona qualità ho trovato un esagerato atteggiamento di diffidenza in fase di accettazione, forse legato all'acquisto su Hotels o al fatto che mia moglie sia straniera, comunque il check-in ha visto una serie di verifiche e lungaggine ed è terminato con la richiesta di firmare in bianco una nota di […] credito per eventuali spese extra. Cet hôtel est situé dans un emplacement idéal lorsque l'on souhaite se déplacer avec le métro ou les bus pour visiter Rome. Il ne mérite peut être pas les 4 étoiles mais il est bien entretenu. Hyvä sijainti Terminin (rautatieaseman) vieressä. Rauhallinen hotelli, siistit (melko pienet) huoneet, mukava henkilökunta. Aamiainen hyvä. Ilmastointi ei ollut päällä (joulukuun alussa), joten huoneissa oli turhan kuuma.

Fyra stjärnor i Sverige motsvarar uppenbarligen inte fyra stjärnor i Italien. Små rum för att vara s.k. Executive. Inte riktigt den lyx som utlovades. Ligger i lite skumma kvarter, utevistelse efter mörkrets inbrott i kvarteren rekommenderas icke. Ypperlig service och god frukost, inget fel på detta.

Bra location nära centralstation. Helt ok standard om du letar efter ett trestjärnigt boende utan guldkant. Bra frukostbuffé.

Super hôtel, personnel très accueillant. Chambre confortable et propre. L hôtel est situe a cote de tous les transports en commun train, bus, métro ainsi que les navettes en direction de l aéroport. Le prix est plutôt faible par rapport aux prestations.

Very nice hotel. Rooms as good as on pictures. Breakfast very good, with a lot of choices. Friendly personal. WE recommend it.

Koselig hotell som ligger greit og sentralt til like ved Termini jernbanestasjon og Busstasjonen. Hyggelig rom med delikat bad. God frokost i hyggelige lokaler. God service i resepsjonen og til rommene. Hyggelige betjening. Savnet en takterasse der man kunne nyte været og utsikten over byen.

Veldig hyggelig hotell. Flott rom, hyggelig betjening, god sevice og rengjøring. Grei frokost. Dyrt med internett.

Hotellet har en dejlig beliggenhed og venligt personale. Værelserne er set større og morgenmaden på det jævne.

Et hyggelig hotell med sentral beliggenhet - ikke langt fra 'sentralstasjonen' Termini. Noen av rommene er litt trange, men badene er romslige og vel utstyrt. Rikholdigt utvalg til frokost. God service.

Dette hotellet er unikt - vi hadde med oss en av hotellets resepsjonister i mange til den lokale politistasjonen da en taxisjåfør stakk av med bagasjen vår! Resepsjonisten hjalp oss med å anmelde taxisjåføren og tolke informasjon til politiet. En kjempetakk til dette hotellet og spesielt servicen de ga!

O Hotel Morgana é uma boa opcção em Roma, pois fica próximo da estação Termine além de ser bem confortável, só falta ter adaptadores de toma para carregador de celular ou Note.

憧れのローマ、 胸躍らせて空港バスから降りた私達夫婦は 愕然としました。 駅前立地の地図なので利便性、サービス等 大変期待していましたが、 ホテルモルガナの道くらいからガラの悪い街並みになり、 雰囲気の悪い道にモルガナはありました。 チェックインから衝撃的で、 フロントのお姉さんの感じの悪いこと…。 見下した感じの心のない表現で私達の前に並んでいた人に接客していたのを数分眺め、 テンションの下がっていく自分を抑えつつ 嫌な感じのお姉さんに見下され、 命令的な表現で滞在税のようなものを払うのに必要だとパスポート、クレジットカードを取り上げられ、（すぐに返してもらいましたが…） 部屋を告げられ部屋に向かいました。 日本人には考えられないような小さなエレベーターを 教えてもらえず、 渋々ボーイ […] さんに聞き、 部屋の扉を開けたとたん 排水溝のにおい…。 風呂場を除くと映画ソウ1のトイレを少しきれいにした程度の風呂場で、 試供品でもらった香水を排水溝周りにふって なんとか難を逃れました。 ホテルは旅行の楽しみの１つですが、 私の感想ですが、このホテルは楽しくありませんでした。 더 보기

La habitacion extraordinariamente pequeña y muy incomoda para ser una habitacion doble, al igual que el baño tiene muy poco espacio. No me senti comodo.

Hotellet var trevligt men jag bokade ett delux rum, dessvärre låg detta rum i ett annat hus (i ett vanligt bostadshus längre ned på gatan.) När jag ville in i rummet var jag tvungen att säga till i receptionen för att de skulle följa med mig ock låsa upp grinden med deras nyckel. Detta var VÄLDIGT frustrerande jag kände mig bara till besvär och tillslut […] ville jag inte gå ut. Herlig beliggenhet like ved jernbanen - ta toget fra flyplassen og gå 4 minutter til hotellet. Bygningen ser heller ordinær ut fra utsiden, men inne var det meget bra. Fine, koselige rom. Bad med god plass. Safe på rommet. Praktfull frokost i særdeles koselig frokostrom med meget serviceminded betjening. Terningkast 5,9!

Et koselig hotell med fine rom og en flott frokost. Heisene er i minste laget, men dette er jo et fenomen i utlandet. Koselig resepsjon og vennlig betjening. Sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til de viktigste severdighetene. Greie restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet, det samme gjelder gode handlemuligheter. Hôtel propre , proche du centre historique et de la gare. Nous regrettons la décoration de certaine chambre qui laisse a désirée et le manque de sens du service car nous avons réservé 7 chambres que nous avons réglées car nous invitions des amis pour notre mariage et l hôtel n a pas du tout le sens du service . Tout particulièrement une certaine Maritza […] qui a été franchement désagréable . Les lits bébé qui étaient prévu ont été oublié dans les chambres. Pour un 4 étoiles nous espérions un autre service. De plus l hôtel prétend avoir une salle de sport alors qu il s agit de celle d un autre hôtel ( ariston ) qui est a proximité . This hotel was a very happy surprise! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we were travelling with a small baby and they helped us with a baby cot and to prepare food for the baby. The room was clean with a big bathroom with jacuzzi. The breakfast was a big buffet and lots to choose from, pies, bread, fruit, cereal, juices, cakes, scrambled […] eggs, bacon etc. they even had different coffee types made to order. Many people seem to recommend others to avoid the Termini area but actually we found this to be less touristy than other parts of Rome. We had some awesome Indian and Chorean food close to the hotel (after two weeks in Italy we were getting tired of eating pasta and pizza) and it also a good base to explore Rome as both the metro lines are connected to Termini. This place is a great find and if it´s fully booked try their sister hotel "the Ariston" shich was just across the street and seemed to similiar but with a more modern touch. 더 보기
