up until 4:30 friday april 13 we were fairly satisfied.then the front desk placed at least 3 10 year old children in room 302 the room above us.we complained & were assured they would be calmed down.we returned to our room about 8pm after a business meeting ,& complained two more times.at 10:43 i called again to complain before the desk moved them.

Hotel wasn't bad, it was in a great location for us. The indoor pool was nice but they no longer have the Jacuzzi that they say they have on the website. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. My kids and I reserved this room for a weekend getaway based on the online information...room with DVD player, microwave, indoor pool. We intended to stay up all night having snacks and watching movies after a good swim. Our room had no DVD player or microwave and the nice indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. While […] the kids managed to get in for a bit, several others came down, realized how cold it was, grumbled under their breath and left immediately. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. Our room itself was very clean but the lobby and other areas could use a little attention. We all enjoyed the breakfast bar with a great variety of foods. The location is just off the main highway which was very convenient yet secluded enough to be out of traffic and noise. 더 보기

We arrived late at night when we checked in. The person behind the desk was very helpful. We had 11 people in our party and everybody was sharing a room which was quite wonderful. This is a great place and if I was to stop by again I would stay again.

Overall not a bad hotel. Kinda hard to see from the street. It is back behind some restaurants so we missed it the first time down the street. Anyway we have little kids. 3 & 2 to be exact. The indoor pool is not heated and was really cold but we stayed at 3 Fairfield Inns and they were all the same. They do not heat the pools. We like Fairfields, however this hotel has a definite "locker room" odor throughout the hotel, our room included. We will not use it again to avoid the damp, moldy smell permeating the entire building.

The first night our room had standing water in the bathroom. We told the staff, and we were given a kingsized bed room which was definitely much nicer that the two queen roomand I would stay there again. I would not recommend the two queen bed room though.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and polite. Overall it was a good experience. Very convienient to restaurants and the mall.

they are popping up everywhere, even across the parking lot from each other and they are all the same. I would recommend a workout facility on site, not at Golds and a Hot Tub. Oh, by the way we never got hot wated in the shower. Otherwise it served it's purpose as a place to sleep fro a couple of nights.

With all the competition around this location I would think this hotel would step it up. The lobby was small and uncomfortable. There was black paper up over the windows. I checked in around 5:30 PM and asked the young man at the counter where the breakfast area was located and he didn't know. Turns out it was in an adjoining room, also with black paper […] over the windows. I went up to my room and was overwhelmed by the smell of tuna fish when I opened the door. The floor around the door and in the bathroom was soft (I was on the second floor) and creeked and sunk underfoot with each step. It sloped dramatically. I checked the trash cans for any food trash that was left behind and there was trash left from the last guest, but no food. I tried to turn on the TV and it wouldn't come on. I tried the button on the set and the remote and it wouldn't come on. I plugged and unplugged it three times and it finally came on. The curtains hung down in front of the air unit and completely blocked the air. The furnishings and decor was outdated. In the bathroom there was a big black stain in the tub and in the sink the drain cover was broken and splintered. In the indoor pool area it was apparent that they had a hot tub at one time and had filled it in. I asked the man at the desk for directions on my way out for the evening and he had no idea how to even get to the turnpike or the names of the highways in the area. It was quiet overnight, not a lot of noise. The mattresses were very comfortable with lots of pillows on the bed made with different fillings. The breakfast selection was very good. All sorts of pastries, yogurt, cereal, a waffle maker, toast, fruit, juice, biscuits and gravy, milk, quiche, etc. The breakfast room was very small though and had no television so it was awkward basically sitting at the same table with a stranger watching and listening to each other eat. The staff was very professional and friendly. Accomodations were nice and clean. The environment was quieter. The breakfast buffett had a surprising amount of various choices. We would stay there again.

We were on the first floor and the guests above us paced across the room late into the evening and early the next morning. There was a school group in the hotel which probably accounted for it. I suggest anyone staying here request the second floor!

The hotel was very quiet, parking lot well lit and maintained. Bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast is good, plenty of variety and stocked well. Waffles, yogurt, cold milk, juice, bagels, donuts, biscuits and gravy. Attendant available. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on it, but it looked clean and neat.

This was a standard fairfield inn, reliable breakfast and room comfort and cleanliness. The location is great, close to pretty much any restaurant you can think of and close easy access to the freeway as well. Probably the best thing about the hotel though was the staff. They were unbelievably nice and accomodating. Our trip was a little uncertain in […] length and they were so nice about extending our trip first and then checking us out late on the back end when we had to leave quicly.
