Recommended by travelling saleman who seems to know best places to stay, eat, and be comfortable while away from home. Met family members for dinner and enjoyed relaxing evening while not overpaying for good meal.

I was very pleased with my stay, room was clean and bed comfortable. had an issue with phone not working and desk clerk came up to check and scheduled repair for next day since it was late. was not a problem since there were two phones and the other worked. restaurant was good and location very convenient to the main road connection to attractions. […] overall very nice for the cost and would stay again. 더 보기

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Heritage Hotel in Lancaster the location was very convient the room is clean and neat and the employees were helpful and pleaseant.

The rugs were filthy stained and in need of cleaning. I was in a non smoking room which was not very comfortable. I have COPD and the odor was very unpleasant to say the least.

Went to a conference in downtown Lancaster. This hotel was about 20 min away. Great hotel, clean rooms, updated facility, couldn't have been happier with the hotel! Clean, neat, comfy, and friendly! Definitely would stay again. My only recommendation would be maybe a small free breakfast would have been nice but Friendlys is right next door!

This was an excellent hotel, clean, well-maintained. Attached treehouse restaurant has good buffet breakfast (extra) and bustling nightlife.

We stayed here for a wedding in August 2011. For the brief time that we were there, we found it to be an accommodating hotel and the room was comfortable. There are numerous restaurants/bars on the premises and they seem to be the hotspot for everything in the area. We needed a one night stay at the last minute, and thought we would get a room that was not as neat and maticulate as the others. However, we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again. We were on the second floor, in the middle of the hotel. Clean and very convenient to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre. Can get a little loud if you are near the bar area but the staff will graciously move you if you ask at check in.

Friendly, helpfull staff. Convenient location. Nice pool area.

Heritage Hotel, Centerville Rd, Lancaster was perfect for us. Did wish that breakfast was offered, not just to corporate and groups, even just a partial voucher for coffee and danish. Overall a high quality stay. If in area again would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and a good location for us. Nice room, bar and swimming pool. Asked for an extra blanket, and it was promptly delivered. Ice machines never had ice. Huge youth soccer tournament, and many families stayed at the hotel. We survived and would stay again.

We were only there for 1 night after spending the day at the celtic fling. Check-in /check-out was easy, even though we didn't get to the hotel until close to midnight. Overall very good for a weekend get away. The only problem our room was right next to the elevator which was very noisey. It kept us waking up early in the morning from the noise.!!!

Stayed here 2 nights with a cycling group of 12 in Memorial Day, 2011, front desk was understaff, but she was nice. Rooms seems to be renovated, nice and clean. However, rooms closed to restaurant were noisy.

The hotel was very comfortable. Check-in was very long (took almost 20 min), as there was only one clerk and the party ahead of me apparently had a very complicated transaction for some reason. Good value. Convenient to highway. Well maintained. I have stayed there many times and highly recommend it to others.

We were very pleased with this hotel! For what we paid it exceeded our expectations. The first room we were given did have a cigarette smelly odor, but they quickly changed our room and that one was very clean. They even looked into fining the previous guests for smoking! The room was large and comfortable. Very convenient location.

We stayed at this location while visiting family approximately 3 miles away from the hotel. There is a restuarant on property that was highly populated on all evenings except for Thanksgiving nights. My brother, a local, declares the food at the restuarant as terrific although we did not dine there. There is also a sports bar on premise that was hopping […] each night we were there. the hotel exterior is well-maintained and nicer in person than the pictures on the site present. The room itself was overheated when we arrived, but we could open the windows to let the heat out and cool air in. Being on the ground floor, I was not comfortable leaving them open while we slept. The beds (2 double) were atrocious. They were too small for two people to sleep together and very firm (although if you like a firm bed, this would be ideal for you). We asked if there was a king room available but were told it was not, even though there were only 8 cars on each night in the parking lot.. The shower had good water pressure and there were ample towels in the room without asking for more. The bedding was of good quality without the typical "spread" that one avoids in a hotel. The room featured a flat screen TV with a great selection of choices including the NFL network. A small refrigerator in the corner of the room was a nice feature. We could not find vending machines near our room so we brought water back with us each night. We would likely stay there again, although not in a room with 2 double beds. 더 보기

The hotel was nice; nothing too out of the ordinary. I stayed for a wedding and after we met at Loxley's, which is Robin Hood themed and very cool.

We arrived at the hotel early and were allowed to check in, however, the room we were given was at the very end of the hall next to the laundry and maintenance rooms - not a great location. The first nite there, my son was hurt in the fitness room and we were in for the night. The next morning , we reported the incident to the hotel desk clerk, who […] was extremely helpful. We were eventually told that we would not be charged for the second night because we had tto leave with our son on crutches. An older hotel that was somewhat upgraded recently. All in all not a bad experience. Beware of the restaurant on the side of the hotel; it could get loud on that end of the hotel. We were in the middle and had no issues with noise from the restaurant though. Rooms were clean; beds comfortable; bathrooms were clean and maintained. It has a fitness center who is very important to me when looking for a hotel

After my last visit to this hotel, I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend anyone else stay. While the hotel has has some upgrades which are lovely there were several issues that were extremely bothersome. 1. Only 4 channels on the TV worked 2. The air conditioner would not turn off 3. There was a large group of pre-teen and teen soccer […] players staying at the hotel. They were absolutely unruly at the swimming pool, throwing in chairs, pushing each other in, throwing soccer balls around and just completely overtaking the pool where there were younger children trying to swim and families trying to relax. The management was notified several times, addressed the issue once and then did not return. In addition the same group of guests spent much of the nigth roaming the halls, yelling, throwing things, running, etc. This too was reported to management with nothing being done. 더 보기

Loxley's restaurant is on the hotel campus and it is excellent. My only negative comment is that the desk staff did not know a lot about the hotel policies. For example; is there complimentary coffee offered?

It was evident that the hotel had been remodeled. Comfortable and clean beds. Price was great. Staff was friendly. The negative: *Extremely hard to find Hotel at night time. We went past it twice. *The elevator was extremely small, comfortably held 3 people, it smelled of oil also. *The ceiling molding in bathroom was dirty. *About 8 miles from outlets. Old hotel being upgraded. Bathrooms are really small. Was clean and well kept. Conveniently located to a major highway.

My family and i had a great time at this hotel, although it rained and we didn't get to use the pool. It was very clean and the beds were super nice!

i loved the location it was so easy to find! And the room was clean and comfortable. We had no complaints on anything!

The Hotel was under construction. I would have been nice to know this ahead of time. When pulling in was unsure where the front office was. Also in order to get to the resturant we had to go out side and walk around do to the construction agin it would have been nice if they mentioned this when we checked in. we walked the halls trying to find the resturant […] with no luck. The room itself was fine basicaly what i exspected. Hotel would have been nice it not for the construction but i guess they are trying to make it better. Last thing i would mention is this was a Friday night and there was a band playing till very late into and me and my children had difficulty falling asleep 더 보기

the room was nice and the staff was helpful. Only negative things was the pool was not open until 10a.m. and there was no fan in the bathroom. The hotel was under some remodeling and it was difficult to find your way through to the front desk. I would defiantly stay again.
