enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature and some of the most
delectable local fare imaginable. Only blocks away, the
annual Central Washington State Fair draws visitors
from around the country. Whether you are here to get
away from it all, or for a special event or tournament,
allow our staff the privilege of making you feel right
at home. We are within walking distance of the Regional
Valley Mall Shopping Center. Recently remodeled guest
rooms provide a touch of luxury, allowing guests ample
amenities and all of the comforts of home. A daily,
full hot breakfast is served just like a restaurant,
and it gives guests the hearty, all American start they
need. From freshly made waffles, eggs and meat, to a
cereal bar, pastries and yogurts, the meal is completed
with fine 100 percent coffee, and fresh juices. Our
outdoor pool and large enclosed grass courtyard area is
a favorite for families, large groups and sports
tournament teams. WIAA State High School Championship
Tournaments also take place in Yakima, and we welcome
many golfers to town for the many tournaments that are
hosted annually. Race enthusiasts can enjoy Yakima
Speedway, Renegade Raceways, and the State Fair Park
Raceway. Business travelers with the Perry Technical
Institute, Yakima Valley Community College, PNW
University of Health Sciences, and the Yakima Training
Center also favor our Yakima hotel for convenience,

Could get to sleep . Doors banging till 3:00 A.M. Must have been a water heater in the walls. Every 30 min. you could here it running. I think I got 1hr of sleep. "Good but avoid the room next to the stairs/exit"
The hotel room was what I expected it to be - old with a cramped restroom (not an issue for a single night stay). But what was unexpected were the loud noises coming from the constantly slammed exit door and the heavy foot steps on the stairs right next to our room -that kept we awake for most of the night (room #258 if I recollect correctly). The walls […] were paper thin and I am sure it must have reached even the neighboring room. The breakfast was good with a decent spread. I believe there were other hotels in the area that charged the same but without breakfast. At the time I stayed, there were like 100 high school kids staying with their parents and the hotel managed breakfast for all - well done!! The hotel was great! Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great breakfast! Hot coffee and tea always available in the lobby, and cookies and piping hot chili in the late afternoon.
