Fantastic view. Pleasant stay.

Incredible hotel- we were upgraded to a suite without asking because they were out of non smoking rooms. The spa was really incredible, heated pool, work-out facility, steam, sauna etc... Room was clean and very comfortable, the view was spectacular! Amazing buffet lunch. All round terrific service. Great location. Highly recommend Swissotel!

This our last stay in this hotel, we used to love the hotel and comfort of the rooms, but quality and maintenance of the rooms is coming down.

For the excellent service provided by the staff The rooms could have been better as they need Renovations, but overall I had a super experience,

They charged me 20 Euros, 30 Dollars for 1 day of internet. The room was nice and big, but the bathroom needs a renovation. The shower is one of those cramped bathtub/shower combos. It's completely open, not enclosed, so you freeze while you're taking a shower, and the floor gets wet.

Great hotel. Amazing rooftop bar/restaurant.

The hotel was ok clean, polite staff, and amazing gymnasium facilities. But it was not worth that amount of money we paid. I think it needs renovation.

The Swissotel offers stunning views of the Bosphorus from the lobby rooftop bar and restaurant and some of its rooms. (Other rooms overlook the pool and park area.) The hotel housekeeping is excellent. The many onsite restaurants are a tad expensive, but one is paying for the service, convenience and real estate. Hotel has a FABULOUS spa. We attend an annual conference at a local university on the outskirts of Istanbul. During the conference, we stay in the dormitories on campus. This is a really nice and comfortable hotel and I will definately stay there again

The hotel is not located at the most convenient place; however, the room is very clean and spacious. The bed is somehow soft. It also has a world class spa facility packed with various amenities which is worthwhile to visit. The hotel is outstanding with excellent location, comfortable rooms and a very good service. The only thing was the price did not include breakfast and internet connection, the latter cost 29 Euros per day (greater than $40) which is more thank what I have paid at any hotel in the US. Hôtel magnifique avec de très belles prestations. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et surtout très propres. Si je devais retourner à Istanbul, je reviendrai dans le même hôtel. Cependant, ils ne parlent pas le français, ce qui est dommage pour ce type d'hôtel. La situation géographique oblige à prendre le taxi mais ils ne sont pas chers. Хороший отель высокого уровня. Есть одна проблема-нерассторопность официантов в ресторане и лобби-баре. Закладывайте 2 часа на утренний кофе или питайтесь во вне. Но кормят хорошо или я просто так долго ждала?))

Fantastic SPA - higly recommendable, never seen such detailed luxuries service and therapists are great! The hotel is renovated and looks like new, fantastic view and breakfast)

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einer super Dachterrasse mit Panorama Blick auf den Bosporus. Frühstücksbüffet ist seinen Preis (35,-€ p.P. ) absolut wert. Schönes Schwimmbad und gut ausgrüsteten Fitness Raum

Es lohnt sich ein Executive room zu buchen. Frühstück und Happy hour ist inbegriffen, im 17. Stock mit toller Aussicht.

В целом мы очень довольны отелем и его расположением и SPA центр хороший - один минус платный доступ к интнернету - не достойно 5 звезд. отеля при развитии высоких технологий . Все остальное прекрасно, как и сам город.

Leider ist das sehr gute Hotel ein "wenig" abgelegen. Wenn man am Abend zurück will, muss man immer das Taxi nehmen. Ich hatte drei erfolglose Versuche, da es für die Taxis wieder zu wenig weit weg war, und sie dadurch ein bisschen weniger verdienten. Sonst ist alles sehr 5 Sterne mässig. Ich bin nun schon zum zweitenmal hier gewesen.

one of the best 5* hotels I've ever stayed. We really enjoyed our stay there and will suggest it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Do not forget to experience the excellent wellness center with the spa,hamam,salt steam bath etc. The best! Two negatives that still do not affect our positive overall experience: 1. rates for room service or at the restaurants […] are way too high and 2. internet is not complimentary and even if you pay is not as smooth as it should have been.
