We asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. There were 3 or 4 dead bugs on the bathroom floor!

My only complaint with this hotel is that in our room, when I turned on the hot water, it came out brown. In my experience this is probably because of a high iron content in the water, so it was harmless, but it was too gross for me and I didn't want to take a shower there.

At check-in we requested a room with no one overhead and were sent to a section of the hotel in the back. The room smelled musty and damp inside so we asked for another room. Needless to say, we ended up on the ground floor. The guests above us checked in after 1 AM and woke us up making a lot of noise. The front desk person was no help, so we ended […] up having to call ourselves and politely ask them to quiet down. We only stopped for one night on our way to our final destination. We did not avail ourselves of any of the amenities. We chose this hotel based on price and average reviews. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room obviously had smokers in it previously as there was a stong tobacco smell in the room. We did not request a different room because […] it was late and we just needed a place to sleep. The hotel room was clean, but the color of the accent wall was horrible. When you walk in it is the first thing you see. If it was painted correctly might not be so bad. The clerk abrupt when speaking and alittle hard to understand. Over all it was okay for a one night stay in a pinch.

this hotel also has free breakfast the waffles you make your self

We went to a Jenny Finch Camp in Radford Virginia. We chose this location for the price and the fact it had an INDOOR pool. After arriving we found the hotel was overall "OK" nothing exceptional, I was never asked to sign anything or show ID, I was given cards to a room, no other instructions on where to find anything. We asked about the pool and was […] informed that it was "torn out" they havent had an active pool in 2 years!! They refused to refund any moneyu so I could find another place even though they didnt offer what was advertised.! The staff wouldnt even get out of their chair when you enter the lobby.
