The staff was very nice - breakfast very good. My only complaint was the wifi - didn't work well. Connection in the business center was fine though.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel looks to have some age on it & in need of a few repairs. The toilet was not flushed when we arrived, not so inviting. The breakfast was good. Zthe room was very comfortable.

We came to see our grandson swim at Villanova University. We chose this hotel because of its excellent pricing and two bedroom two bath suite. This permidtted my daughter and her husband to stay with us for one low price which included a very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel rooms were of an adequte size, comfortable, and clean. This "hotel" is really in a state of disrepair. The staff we encountered seemed to be indifferent that some features advertised were unavailble. The poorly lit secluded parking areas were a security concern.

The hotel reminds me of corporate apartments than a hotel. Maid service is limited to 'lite service' daily if staying less than 7 days or weekly if staying longer. The 'lite service' includes making the bed and changing our towels, as best I can tell. There are no ice machines around the property, but a full refrigerator with ice machine in each room […] is available - of course, you have to start the cycle and wait before you actually get ice. The televisions are 'old tube style' with the picture quality typical of older low-def televisions. A VCR/DVD combo unit is provided (if only I had thought to pack up some of my VHS tapes). The Internet service provided is PAINFULLY SLOW. According to speed test run from 2 rooms at the hotel, we rarely had speeds beyond 100k -- or roughly twice the speed of dial up. My Internet connection at home is 2000k-2500k most of the time (sometimes spikes higher). This caused very slow downloads, VPN connection times and even disconnects at times. The hotel's website and literaure in the room boast that all rooms have a direct dial number and 2 or more 2-line phones. I did have 2 phones, but no where did it list the direct dial number, and the front desk was unaware -- they said that if I someone wanted to call, they just called the hotel and would be connected. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate. The thermostat has no heat/cool switch, and seems to toggle if you press the temp up/down multiple times. Trying to drop the temp 3 degrees could turn on the A/C, up trying to warm your room a few degreess could activate the heat. But at times, it seemed to switch on its own. Several nights I went to bed with the heat on, only to wake up hours later shiverring with the room 20 degrees colder and chilled air blowing full force. Again, the front desk did not know how to control this any better than I had determined. This place is excellent. The suite was great as well as the price.

My family stayed at this suite hotel over the Christmas holidays for the second time in 3 years. We were part of a large family gathering and this was just a few minutes from my mother's house. Went to Malvern on business. It was nice to have a place with a full kitchen and served a free full breakfast. The folks at the front desk recommended some great local restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. It was my first time staying at a Staybridge but I will stay there again.

Overall the Staybridge was very nice with this exception....we brought our little cavachon dog with us and were required to pay a pet deposit. Hotel.com says 10 a night but the hotel required 15 the first night and 10 for the following nights. Not a big problem but the website was wrong and the hotel would not honor it. The room was very nice but I […] resent paying a pet deposit and then staying in a room that smelled clean but had stains on the carpet! Although my room was very clean and spacious, it had one significant problem -- the drain on the tub was broken, which prevented me from taking a bath. The staff was extremely accomodating, even going so far as to give me the key to a different room so I could use that bathroom (I didn't want to change rooms because I had already settled in). Don't go here if you need the internet. They promised wireless yet I had 2 or sometimes 1 bar. The signal dropped completely several times. I went to the lobby and got the same result.

This was a great hotel. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms full kitchen and livingroom area. This was great for our family. Wish these hotels are in every area that I travel to.

We chose this location as it was near family. However I think it would make an excellent base for someone exploring the area around Philadelphia. The hotel was clean and convenient. We had a two bedroom suite and it was fantastic. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The price was quite reasonable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.

we ve stayed at this hotel a few times now...love the location.. quiet and convenient..the kitchen accomodations are excellent..beds are comfortable and bedding in good condition..everthing is clean and staff is accomodating..will continue to stay here and recommend it highly...in a perfect world...the bathroom/shower area would be bigger..but its clean […] and thats the most important thing 더 보기

We used the suite for 4 of my family members, including my 95 year old grandparents. They had to evacuate from a New Jersey barrier island due to hurricane Irene. The separate bathrooms and bedrooms were wonderful; the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen allowed them to eat their own food. This place is nice for the simple fact that it's more like a little apartment with all the comforts of home. Nice buffet breakfast, well stocked snack store, and very friendly staff. Everyone there was very pleasant.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting and very quiet. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, and the Sundowner Reception was much appreciated. The only negative was that we were in a supposedly non-smoking room, but when we walked in, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke.

The Suite was very clean, comfortable and their free breackfast was superb! I would recommend it to all my friends.

My wife and I have stayed in Staybridge Suites before and have been very happy. However, with this stay we were disappointed. The room needed a few small cosmetic repairs, but was ok overall. Our problem was that neither on hotels.com or on the hotel's website did it mention that the hot tub was under repair. After our day, we looked forward to spending […] time unwinding in the hot tub. We got in late (after midnight) but desk clerk was plesant and took care of use quickly. The wuite was more spacious than anticipated.

lovely hotel. rooms are spacious and clean. creative layout.

Great stay. Staff friendly and helpful. The suite was organized so that it was like having 3 rooms. The breakfast was one of the best offered and "Included" in the room charge. Plan to stay again when in the area this fall.

I enjoyed staying here, staff was very friendly and solved one issue (wireless) I had with internet conection without hesitation. Always frendly and and cheerful. Very nice to see happy faces while on the road.

Their 2 bedroom suite is perfect for two work colleagues traveling together because the two be suite is way less expensive than two separate hotel rooms at neighboring properties. We needed two nights for 6 (four adults and two tall teenagers), which usually requires two rooms. Even at suite hotels we would have trouble fitting 6 and would have to pay extra for a fifth. The Staybridge Suites were perfect for us, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms plus a full kitchen and a full living area. The weather was bitter cold and […] it was always warm inside. The breakfast was full; the exercise room was passable; we obviously didn't use the pool or hot tub. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. Since I was paying less than the cost of two rooms at Motel6 (i.e., very cheap accommodation) I was extremely happy. La atención de la recepción muy buena, sin embargo las habitaciones están deterioradas, se ven viejas y la limpieza de la habitación pésima, únicamente hacen la cama, cambian toallas y retirar basura, no son para barrer toda la habitación y cambiar la cama continuamente, además de que solamente hacen el servicio de lunes a viernes.
