This is an older hotel in a very nice location that is a bit worn & has all of the nuances of a historic structure such as 3 person elevators, older interior appointments & the like. So not modern (which is a plus actually) but a bit threadbare in some respects if you're used to entirely "modern" facilities. The hotel itself on first impressions looks rather impressive. Located in a very good area. Not far from other tourist attractions. Even by taxi most places are less than 15mins away. However, customer service needs to be addressed in reception. When arriving the room was not ready at 12pm. In my experience in other places they usually are or if not […] have a form of compromise. They were not apologetic instead the answer was this is normal. Concierge were helpful and very friendly. Cleanliness of the hotel was ok. I noticed in the beautiful bar room there was a lot of dust around particularly on the sofa booths. In terms of food, breakfast is good. They provide a good range of food. The service again could be questionned. I had to ask for milk 3 times with my tea. If it is a little pricey for some. There are plenty of cafes located around the block. Overall if you would like something that is good on location that can be a good base. I would recommend this hotel or the area. Just don't expect much from customer service. 더 보기

A very nice hotel with excellent service and first class food.

I booked the hotel through hotel.com, and I got a room right behind the elevator, could not sleep all night, however the staff did everything to fin dme a better room, which happened on the second night, they were cordial, understanding and helpful. a great location, however a little tired. very large rooms and baths however.

This is an old-world Paris hotel in a grand peripd building, but it's not for business travellers or discerning tourists. Rooms are microscopic and aircon is old and noisy. TVs are old and low def, lightbulbs blown, and light seeps through curtains in the mansard rooms. The decor is outdated and ceiling corners are sharp and painfully low near the lift. […] Don't expect an iron or shirt pressing facility if you arrive late. You have to shame them into this! The exhorbitant rates reflect the Place Vendôme location, but not a quality hotel in my view. The two positives were that it's quite on the courtyard side and checkin/out was speedy. 더 보기

Lovely hotel in a great location; exceptional service from the front desk and door staff, who went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome; discrete and luxurious

The hotel was well located, but we felt it was poor value for the rate charged. In addition, we had booked a room for two adults (king bed) and a 7 year old. When we arrived there was no bed for our son in the room. The hotel said they would put one up but upon returning at 10.00 pm there was still no bed for our son (despite the room being turned down). […] In addition the 'king bed' was two single beds pushed together, there was only one set of towels/shampoo etc for the 3 of us and our key cards didnt work the seond day. All in all disappointing for what, even by Paris standards, was an expensive rate. Not recommended. 더 보기

The hotel building is old and dusty; dirty A/C ventilation system; the floors and walls are made of wood- noisy and can hear everything your neighbor says or does. Not a 4 star hotel- way too expensive, except for good location.

The location is awesome. The second room they gave me was great,, the first not so great, but they accommodated my change. They shower had some rotten wood which was vile. The staff was OK. For the price I would say it's a good deal.

We stayed in late May during the French open only because other 5 star hotels like the Ritz and the George V were fully booked. We selected it because it was central, the rate was reasonable (about 50% of what 5 star hotels were priced at) and we were only there for one night. The bell staff and reception staff was very kind and spoke good english […] which was appreciated. The room was a fourth floor courtyard view. It was quaint, but clean, and had a bar - it was by no means 5 star, but good. Then the problems started. The walls were so thin we could hear the conversation the annoying american couple were having in the room next to us. What made it worse was when they arrived back at 3:30 and apparently got lost in their room, opened the door that connected our rooms (it turns out the lock was broken) and proceeded to party until 5 am. We asked the front desk to get them to quiet down but either they did not, or did not do so effectively. The icing on the cake was after 1 hour sleep we awoke to find the handle that held the shower faucet in place broken which meant we had to hold it while showering. All in - it was a combination of bad luck and marginl service. Either way, not worth the price per room, even given the location. 더 보기

Stayed at this lovely hotel again seems like I am back here every other week which I am. Something about this hotel that keeps me and my co-workers coming back. The people are very friendly, hotel is nice but not a five star but then it has the location. What a great place for a hotel to get around easy or people watch. You need not go farther than […] the front door to see the beautiful Parisians stroll by all day. This is the street to be on in Paris and I think this is the reason we go back all the time. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff cant do enough to help you. Great stay. 더 보기

upea vanha hotelli, netin kautta tilatessa ei aina osaa hahmottaa huonetta. Olen tottunut hieman suurempaan huoneeseen jossa oma istumaryhmä/olohuone. Hotelli oli täysi joten huoneen upgradaamiseen ei ollut mahdollisuutta

Toujours très bon Hôtel. Central et très pratique. Accueil agréable. Il était une fois: J'avais réservé dans cet hôtel. Une conférence américaine avait été annulée, l'hôtel était vide. Les avions des armées anglaises et américaines avaient été autorisés à survoler la France (Paris) pour se rendre à la 1ère guerre du Koweit. La réception m'a alors très […] bien accueilli en m'offrant une suite alors que j'avais réservé une single... Dans cette actualité particulière, j'étais le seul client à avoir conservé sa réservation. Un très bon souvenir (!!!) The best located hotel in Paris! Absolutely great price/value

2011年8月末に、家族3人で滞在しました。 ツインベッドの部屋にエクストラベッドを入れてもらったので、部屋はかなり狭くなり、辛うじてスーツケース２つが開いて置けるくらい、反対にバスルームはゆったりとしていて、お風呂は大きくシャワーも取り外せて使いやすかったです。 防音性はあまりなく、隣のテレビの音がよく聞こえました。 ヴァンドーム広場やオペラ座は歩いてすぐですし、マドレーヌ教会やコンコルド広場、ルーブル美術館へも十分徒歩圏内です。オペラ駅から地下鉄も乗れるので、いろいろな場所へ行くにも、とても便利で良かったです。 ピラミッド駅そばの観光案内所や、マイバスツアーのバス乗り場も近くて楽でした。

En kostbar fornøyelse uten valuta for pengene. Rommene er slitte og svært dårlig lydisolert. Her kan du risikere å høre naboens samtaler, ivertfall bruddstykker av den! Vi fikk besøk av 2 mus mens vi tok en drink i baren... Dette forventer man ikke på et 4 stjerners hotell i denne prisklassen. Dog er beliggenheten perfekt.

パリ市内観光には最適。どこへも徒歩圏。 建物は立地条件のため、老朽化はやむを得ない。 パリの古き良き時代を楽しみたい方には最適。 排水や、給水が若干ではあるが難あり。 インターネット、電気にストレスはなし。 タオルはやわらかい物にしてほしい、少し匂いもあるように思えた。 宿泊当日にも、撮影があり、歴史ある建物らしい。 カルティエの本店も同じビル内にあり、ステイタス的にも価格以上に価値があるかも。

殆どの主要観光スポット、百貨店、ブランドショップが近くにあるため、とても便利な立地条件だと思います。 アメリカナイズされた近代的できれいなホテルではなく、昔ながらの欧羅巴風の雰囲気もとても気に入りました。 サービスも星の数相応で不満はありません。 特に短期滞在であれば、「ホテルをのんびり満喫する」と言うよりは「観光で疲れた体を心地よく休める場所」になるでしょうから、そうした方々にはお勧めだと思います。

Emplacement exceptionel, hall d entree, bar raffine, service a la reception, conciergerie tres aimable et efficace. toutefois les parties communes ne sont pas en adequation avec avec le lobby.. j ai sejourne a 2 reprises depuis janvier, la premiere fois dans un chambre superieure et aucun commnetaire negatif a faire lors de mon deuxieme sejour l etat […] de la chambre etait deplorable : moquette/ rideaux / tringle a rideaux/ plinthe / salle de bain / robinetterie. je considère que le rapport qualité prix pour le dernier séjour n ai pas en adéquation et que l emplacement est important mais pas au détriment de la qualité du produit 더 보기

Meget sentralt, bra service, slitte rom.

歴史あるホテルなので、部屋は古い。 床鳴りがして、壁が薄く隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。椅子も擦り切れている。 ただ、水周りはリニューアル済みなのか新しくてよかった。置いてある家具はアンティーク調。 パリにしては部屋が広く立地がよいのが最大の利点。 コスト面から考えるとそんなに期待しないほうがいいかも。

Les chambres qui se trouvent au dernier etage ne sont pas restaures. Le rapport qualite prix est deplorable rideaux dechires, tringle a rideaux mal entretenues, plinthes en mauvaise etat, papier peint defraichi, robineterie .... ayant ete loge il y a 1 mois au deuxieme etage je veusx confirmer que les chambres etaient en trs bon etat les parties communes, […] le bar, le restaurant sont tres bien ; acceuil y est exceptionnel 더 보기

Perfekt hotell i rätt omgivningar för en weekend i Paris

Отель хороший, но номера небольшие, качество обслуживания номеров не очень понравилось(мы заказали чай в номер, нам принесли его через час!), ресторан в отеле очень дорогой, с претензией на "шик", но есть абсолютно ничего, поэтому лучше есть не в отеле. Местоположение отличное. В 5 минутах пешком находится Галлерея Лафаетт(предоставляется скидка отелем), […] в 10 минутах ходьбы находится Лувр, в 3 минутах находится Опера. На ресепшене все были вежливыми и исполнительными. Все французы, в том числе, и в отеле любят говорить по фрвнцузски, поэтому, если есть такая возможность, то лучше совершенствоваться в этом языке. 더 보기

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge nära operan i centrala Paris. Gångavstånd till det mesta och nära Metron för den som ej vill gå. Hotellet har en trevlig atmosfär och hög standard. Rummet vi hade var välstädat, gemytligt och hyfsat stort med ett stort badrum. Personalen hade ett mycket trevligt bemötande och god serviceanda. Se till att utnyttja […] fitnessavelningen som var väldigt fräsch med bra maskiner och både ångbastu och vanlig bastu. Om ni vill äta på hotellets välrenommerade restaurang bör plats dock bokas i god tid. Området kring hotellet är tämligen exklusivt med Cartierbutik som närmaste granne varför priser på såväl mat som annat är tämligen höga. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet för den som vill upptäcka Paris. Det enda negativa vi kunde konstatera var att kuddarna inte var så sköna vilket dock till fullo kompenserades av hotellets standard i övrigt. Flygbussen från CDG stannar precis vid Operan som ligger ett stenkast från Westminster Hotel 더 보기

Maravilloso hotel, muy bien ubicado, limpìsimo y con una atenciòn inmejorable.

Hotellet gjorde vårtParis tur uforglemmelig. Fantastisk flott og arverdig vestibyle, med stilfulle salonger, blomsteroppsatser og små nisjer med kontor møbøer og gode stoler hvor man kan lese en avis eller koble seg opp på internett. Hotellrom med sjel, med god plass til bagasje og kofferter. Vi hadde hotellrom mpt bakgården, og det var helt stille, […] fantastisk til å være i Paris. Beliggenheten ved Operaen er helt topp, det er gang-avstand til det meste, og et veldig trygt område å ferdes i både på dag- og kveldstid. Prisen på hotell-frokosten var rå, men så viste det seg at restauranten har en stjerne i Michelin guiden. Det finnes plenty av små, koselige forkost restauranter i strøket rundt, så vi valgte å innta frokosten der i stedet (til 1/3 av prisen). Bar-prisene på hotellet var også stive, men hva gjør det når det vrimler av koselige barer, restauranter og cafeer rett utenfor. Dette hotellet kommer vi definitivt tilbake til, og vi anbefaler det mer enn gjerne til våre venner. 더 보기

Mooi gelegen, vlak bij de Opera. Mooie fitnessruimte met prive-douches. De bar in het hotel is een echte aanrader, mooie engelse stijl, lekker eten.

Perfect place for people hwo is planing to see Paris by feet. Relatively close to most that is interresting to see. ( and thats a lot...) The room was not rehabilitated yesterday but good bed and clean. Even got a bathtub! Nice staff and excellent service.

La camera st. Honore' non e' gran che come estetica, ne' come grandezza. Il personale del Westminster Opera e' cortesissimo, gentilissimo, sempre disponibile. Essendo reduce da due notti al Ritz di Place Vendome, ho potuto constatare l'enorme differenza tra un servizio veramente pessimo al Ritz, e un'atmosfera di efficienza, gentilezza e cortesia che […] vige al Westminster Opera. Il Westminster Opera ha molte zone carine, come la Hall, il Bar Duke, il ristorante Celadon. Insomma : mi sono trovato bene 더 보기
