I had an early flight out of HAM and wanted to stay close to the airport. The Mercure was a good choice. It was slightly farther away from the airport thjan I had expected, but the hotel provides shuttle service every 15 minutes in the morning, so no problem. Room was small, but ok. We were here for 3 nights. You really need a detailed map of greater Hamburg, or a GPS to find this place. Parking is available, and as we were touring, had a rental car, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Food in the restaurant is very good. Bed too hard. Room 221 (?) lot of traffic street noise all night long.

Great value for the money, very friendly staff, I liked the free shuttle to the airport, a Lidl supermarket is right next door. Will stay there again, especially if proximity to the airport is important.

Great little hotel. Great service, clean room, close to the airport and they have a shuttle serive-call and they are there in minutes.

Good for 1-2 day l/o in Hamburg.

The hotel expected me, everything was paid, and I did not need to provide another credit card. The staff was very courteous, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the saunas excellent, and the food delicious. And transportation to the airport was free.

The Mercure is only 1.5 miles from Hamburg Airport, and has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. The Mecure Hamburg hotel was an excellent bargain. We had an early flight out and were able to ride their shuttle out at 6:30. The shuttle was on-time and clean. The hotel met or exceded our expectations. I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel itself was very basic and clean; had a little disappointment with the Reception but otherwise very good value for money; cleanliness was top standard. It's in a very good location for all driving travellers - a 'tip' - don't park your car in the hotels car park (12 EUR/night) as there is plenty of parking in the surrounding area. From Hamburg airport information desk you can call the hotel for free and they pick you up. Staff was proficient in english, very friendly. The hotel was clean. They even had a computer in the Lobby for checking your email for free if you did not bring a computer, I have not seen that very convenient service in while. this is a nice hotel. the breakfast and parking are very expensive. they advertise free internet but thats only in the lobby. other than that you're paying a lot per night to use their ethernet connection. So, most conveniences i am normally getting for free in most upscale hotels, i am paying out the kazoo for here. breakfast almost twenty euro per […] day, parking almost fifteen euro, internet almost twenty euro. Skulle flyve fra Hamburg tidlig morgen og valgte at overnatte på hotel Mercure da den ligger meget tæt på lufthavn ca. 2km. Vi var 2 voksne og et barn og set i forhold til prisen så var det et rigtigt godt valg. Stor værelse, fin restaurant og fred og ro. Kort sagt: Man får fuld valuta for pengene på hotel Mercure.

Fint hotell med renslige rom og god service. Maten kom raskt opp til rommet etter bestilling. Veldig greit med kun fem min shuttlebuss fra hotellet til flyplassen ved tidlig flyavgang.

Super hotel til en super pris. Rigtig god beliggenhed hvis man mangler et "transit" hotel, kun 5 min til lufthavnen og der er shuttle service.

Ikke nære flyplassen - men helt greit. Standard spisesal - men stor og variert frokost. Ikke gratis løsning for bærbar PC-en på rommene - bare i resepsjonen

leider haben sie erst versucht mir ein schlechteres zi anzudrehen, als ich online gebucht habe, die schreibtischlampe konnte nicht paralell mit dem PC benutzt werden, es gab nur eine steckdose, für abhilfe wurde nicht gesorgt, die saunazeiten konnten nicht eingesehen werden, so das ich morgens um 10 vor verschlossener sauna stand,das essen war sehr […] gut und der barkeeper sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. der shuttlefahrer hat den griff von meinem koffer ( unabsichtlich ) abgerissen und es wurde kein wort mehr darüber verloren. 더 보기

房間寬敞、舒適、乾淨，設備齊全，櫃檯服務親切但有時要排隊等滿久的。飯店提供免費的機場接駁車，只要五分鐘就到漢堡機場，十分方便。

habe das hotel als übernachtung für einen frühen flug gewählt. lage ist ok und ruhig. sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes personal. immer wieder

El hotel Mercure lo utilizamos por una noche. Por la cercanía del aeropuerto. Nos pareció excelente. Comida buena, servicio también. Lo único que no nos pareció es que hay que pagar por internet.

Billigt set i forhold til kvalitet og nærhed til lufthavn. Booking var dog ikke bestilt af hotels.com, så jeg havde i første omgang ikke noget værelse, da jeg ankom. Måtte betale for værelset dernde på trods af at have betalt via hotels.com allerede!!

Alting pænt og i orden. Meget service minded personale. Pris/kvalitet Ok. Det koster extra at parkere på hotellets eneste parkeringsplads, som er i kælderen.

Das Checkin führte bereits gleich zu Beginn zu Ärger, da uns ein normales Standardzimmer als Privilegzimmer verkauft werden sollte.Man sagte mir auch, dadurch, dass ich über Hotel.de gebucht hätte, hätte ich keine Garantie für die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie.Dies ist natürlich vollständig inakzeptabel, da ich ja bereits für die höchste Kategorie bei Hotel.de […] bezahlt hatte. Also habe ich dieses angebotene Zimmer ich nicht akzeptiert, und die Gründe nochmals dargelegt. Erst nach mehrfachem Insistieren bekam ich dann das gebuchte Zimmer, welches , oh Wunder noch frei war. Ansosnte Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit o.K. Lediglich der Service im Hotelrestaurant war mäßig. Die Bedienung der Tische ging nicht nach Eintreffen der Gäste sondern anscheinend nach persönlicher Sympathie -Antipathie des Kellners. Tiefgarage o.K 더 보기

Dank der geringen Distanz zum Airport und gleichzeitig auch zur U-Bahn liegt das Mercure ideal für Ausflüge nach Hamburg.
