It is a good thing this was a free room for the night. The carpet was sticky, air conditioner only worked on high, but it worked as it got really cold. Towels were thin and rough. The continental breakfast was a joke, it was a hugh space, but there were only 6 pastries, 4 slices of bread, stale cereal. I was using the free internet while waiting for […] my family, I looked up and all the food was gone. The advertised pool is closed through 2012. I called Hotels.com to see if we could be moved to another hotel. The customer service person tried, but was told by a Days Inn employee that the person who could make that decision would not be in until Monday (this was on Thursday). This was not the truth. The owner was there the next morning. Hotels.com […] did arrange for a 15% rate reduction for the absent pool. Because I booked and paid through hotels.com I could not decline the rooms. The place was a craphole. My kids were incredibly disappointed. I would never set foot in that place had I been allowed to view the rooms and could get my money back. The floors were dirty. The windows were filthy. The rooms smelled of some unkown, but thoroughly odious garbage. The pillow cases were smudged with god-knows-what. Unfortunately we did not have the money to pay for four rooms instead of two and had to stay. The breakfast consisted of half-frozen stale donuts, milk from a plastic gallon container and two types of cereal. There was probably some type of juice, but if there was more I was too upset to notice. If hotels.com relies on hotel owners to provide reliable information, perhaps the policy should be changed. The pictures of the hotel provided on the website do not provide an adequate idea of the 'negative charm' the place provides. I had never booked through hotels.com before and was ignorant enough not to read customer reviews. I did read the reviews of another hotel I had booked ahead and promptly canceled the booking. Again, the pictures on the website were alluring, but reviews made it clear that it was an illusion. The only positive is that my kids will have a lifelong memory to discuss, and they have been more than adequately exposed to what can go wrong when a parent does not bother to adequately check the details. Only after we checked in and settled in the room, we found used soap, dirty towel on rack and floor and cigarettes end on floor. Fortunately, the bed seems clean. It was late, we decided to stay in the room and changed all the towels and cleaned the bathroom and sink area ourself. We report to the Manager the next day, she was indifferent. Her house […] keeper was the best and couldn't have done that?! And asked us what we want? We just want an apology and promise to improve!!! The room was o.k. It lacked a microwave. Had older model t.v. Was small for a family of five. Breakfast was cereal and doughnut. The rate was too high for the room.

This hotel should be a one at best. Outdated is ok worn out is another.

I personally will never go to this place again. I am not a picky person but this hotel was disgusting. I specifically reserved a non-smoking room and my room still smelt like cigarettes and urine. Friends of mine got stuck with a smoking room due to there being a football game that weekend and there room smelt AWFUL like cigarettes and mold and urine!! […] The "continental breakfast" was a joke. The neighborhood was pretty run down. There is a family restaurant around the corner that serves beer and is open all night that i would recommend staying at. :) I stayed at a great hotel the next night, a Saturday night, that had a full kitchen in the room and was amazing for half the price of this hotel. Room was not clean. Sink was slow to drain. Electrical outlets did not all work properly. Bathroom door would not stay open. Toilet barely flushed. Carpet was dirty looking and room smelled musty and smoky, overall room was poorly kept up. Free breakfast was terrible. Juice machine did not work and there was basically no food set out at all. A couple […] of pieces of toast and a muffin or two. Check in experience was not good. Had problems with noise at 2 AM and front desk refused to do anything about it. Party in room next door did not stop until 330 AM when I told front desk I was calling the police. The response I got was "Go ahead, I don't know what you want me to do, I can't help you!" Within a half-hour of us checking into our room, we had another couple try to enter our room. They had a key to the exact same room that we did. It was just a good thing we were in there to tell them to find a different room. It doesn't give me confidence in using them again or in recommending them to others.

Room was definately a smoking room (air freshner would be nice!), the bathroom floor and door was dirty, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, only toiletry in room was shampoo, some outlets did not work, no refrigerator in cabinet for refrigerator, wifii internet kept disconnecting. Was not horrible, but was not great either. Would not stay there […] to save a few bucks again. 더 보기

There were some bugs in the hotel room. They never gave us fresh towels, or remade the beds. The t.v. was small and had few channels. The only reason I say it was not bad was that it was cheap for two days during football season. We did not stay in the hotel during the day because it was of such poor quality in the room.
