This hotel feels a little more like a "motel" to me. It is only 2 stories and there was no elevator. The lobby was complete chaos when I checked in on a friday night at 11pm. Kids and teenagers running around and wrestling on the floor - not exactly what you are looking for after a long drive. It is attached to a restaurant which was also very loud […] at this hour. All of that being said, once I got to my room it was very nice and very comfortable. The amenities (including a lavender linen mist) were very nice. 더 보기

The accommodations and customer service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable, with high quality sheets!

Pillows were pretty flat and need to be replaced. Unconfortable stacking pillows on top of each other

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel; it's near my family and I will continue to stay here when I visit. Staff is friendly and extremely attentive to their guests; on-site restaurant and room service fast and efficient with delicious food at a reasonable price. Location perfect to access all major highways and local roads.

The Cribs I was guaranteed ant requested - this specific hotel was contacted solely to see if cribs were available that night. The man at the desk - Jose was unaccomadating, rude and refused to do his job. He also would not contact his supervisor.

Good hotel overall, with wired internet in rooms, free wireless in public spaces. It's just a 2-story hotel, but we were surprised to learn that the hotel has no elevators. Very convenient to the mall next door.

I stayed 2 nights and regreted the whole time I was there. This 2-story hotel didn't have an elevator, the king size room was the tinest room I have ever been in my life, smelly pillows, no bathroom countertop to spread your toiletry bag, small TV (not even a flat screen), unfriendly front desk staff, no sound proof from the next doors (heard next door's […] porno movie for 2-3 hours) and closet to hang clothes were locked so couldn't use it. One can walk to a shopping mall and hotel also has a good restuarant with reasonable price.

Wonderful clean hotel. Very close to bus stop where we got a direct bus to NYC. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive.

They had a problem finding our reservations, the women at the desk remembered the reservation yet even the manager couldn't find it. The ckeck in took longer because of this. the desk people were very polite and helpful and searched for a room and found one to fit the reservation. Otherwise everything was fine. Hotel is a little hard to find unless you have GPS. Other than that it's a GREAT Find. It's tucked away along (REALLY JUST ALONG) the Garden State Parkway. Easy to miss, off to the right before you enter the GSP. It's in a safe suburban neighborhood NJ. I always felt safe (coming and going various evening times) and my vechicle was too. This hotel […] pleasant surprise, Rooms were very Clean, Spacious, lots of towels & big bathroom. I saw notes regarding the room noise. Honestly I heard hardly anything. The staff was wonderful with all my 100 questions and even allowed a very late check out time of 2pm. Breakfast was worth the extra cost. Big selection, including pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, bagels, at least 7 different types of freshly cut fruit and more. HOWEVER, make sure you have a print out of your reservation from Hotels.com with the breakfast included on your receipt. They don't honor it all travel sites. We visit NYC often and usually stay in Middletown, which is futher away. Now, we can be a lot closer and there are a lot of things to do in Paramus.

great location, about 10 miles from Meadowlands and within throwing distance to nice mall and Rt. 17 where there's lots of restaurants and shopping

The walls in the rooms are paper thin. I have not stayed in a hotel in years and experienced being woken up by people talking either in the room next door or above. I believe something needs to be done to curb the sound. You set high expectations about wanting to please your guests. However it doesn't seem to me that the facility has the ability to […] do that because of the structure. In addition the aircondiioner made a squeaky noise every time it automatically shut off during the night. Again, something I would expect in a cheap hotel not something I would expect from you. We reported the problem. There did not appear to be a elevator near the front desk to access our room. I think we were in 209. In today's world, while I didn't have a problem carrying my bags up one flight of stairs, it seemed odd to have to climb stairs at a hotel. We checked in around 9pm. We left our room to check out the next morning about 8am. The dirty plates from people ordering room service were still sitting in the hall that we had seen when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, although at breakfast it was confusing because we had been given gify coupons for breaksfast. We were greeted pleasantly upon arrival and given a nice reception gift which is a nice touch. A bottle of water is also supplied. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast included in the booking package is one of the nicer buffets we've enjoyed.

Very nice and good restaurant on site...great price for nice hotel and it included an awesome breakfast as well!

This hotel is solidly mediocre. It is very convenient to the Garden State Parkway, Rte 17, and surrounding NJ communities. The room was perfectly adequate, although on entry it smelled of sweet disinfectant or cleaning solution. Everything worked in the room. We could hear the TV next door through the wall. We've stayed here a lot int he past, but the restaurant was not a highlight. The new restaurant, "Bonefish" (a chain I think) is really excellent. We liked it so much we ate there two night in a row which we never do. Staff was very nich, but they could do a better job cleaning the rooms.
