체이스 스위트 호텔 더블린 (Chase Suite Hotel Dublin) - 더블린

하나의 빌딩안에 룸만 따로 되어 있는 것이 아니고, 일반적인 미국 아파트 형식으로 건물이 동마다 따로 독립이 되어 있는데다가, 주방 시설, 거실, 룸~~모두 공간이 넓은 편이라 머무르기 너무 좋았습니다. 청소하시는 분도 너무 깨끗하게 해주시고, 디브이디가 대여 되어서 아이들한테도 좋았고, 담에 또 갈 예정입니다~~^^

Everything was nice. I missed the waffles and oatmeal at breakfast, but it was fine. I liked that I had a 2BR 2 bath suite. It was nice.

Suite needs updating...especially tv's, dinette/kitchen, and front door. King bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Dining area is nice and quaint. I had two suites reserved and then cancelled one. I had requested ground level but that suite was the one cancelled. So 85 year old mother had to walk up to second level as there are no elevators. […] Why would anyone prefer second level to first level...so why would the ground level have been cancelled? Even though the location is good for us, we prefer Homewood Suites the next time. 더 보기

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in they're the best in the Columbus area, if you don't stay here you are missing out.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable; the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty spartan and not so very tasty (scrambled eggs not always cooked all the way). It was also laid out awkwardly, which meant multiple trips up to the bars, which was a pain, because the seating was cramped, too (I felt like I nearly had to climb over people […] to get to where I was going). Even so, there was always a choice of cereal, milk and juice, so we weren't gonna starve. Overall, for the price, not a bad place. We went to visit the zoo, therefore, the location was very good. If I were to go back, I would try one of the other two hotels right next to it (Quality Suites and Hampton Inn, I think). 더 보기

Nice comfortable place to stay, while an easy drive to many attractions in Columbus. Sad to see the retail businesses in shopping center across the street closing up.

Great staff...great location. Extremely clean and friendly. Beds were awesome. However, property is showing its age. Exterior needed paint, outside carpets need to be replaced. Room was spacious. Furniture a little worn. Bathroom tub and shower needed to be totally redone...although everything was functioning. A great deal for the money!

The Hotel was great, awesome staff and very nice spacious rooms with all the amenities. My only complaint arises from the Cafe Courier business that delivers "room service" to the hotel. Their prices are way out of whack from their in hotel advertisement, and the person who took our order was very very rude over the telephone. All in all I would recommend […] this hotel to anyone . but I would also recommend you visit the grocery store nearby and take advantage of the kitchen in your room. 더 보기

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The decor seemed a bit dated, but in good condition for the most part. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed that the safety bar on the door was broken. We phoned the front desk about the matter and the maintenance staff replaced the mechanism while we were out to dinner. The staff was friendly, professional […] and courteous. The hot breakfast was nice -- scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes -- along with cereal and bread selections. There was fruit, a canned variety, so not fresh fruit. The coffee was good and they also offered juice and hot chocolate. We were a little disappointed that the indoor hot tub was down for maintenance the morning of our departure as we would have liked to use that. However, when I asked at the front desk about it, I was told they decided to drain and clean it since there were quite a few people in it the evening before. I was not too disappointed after hearing that since I was at least assured that they kept the hot tub clean. They had a nice selection of DVD movies that you could borrow to use in your room. We did not have time to use this service, but I thought it was a nice amenity. 더 보기

Stayed here with my husband and 6 month old. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice hotel, free dvd rentals. Overall a good stay! We needed a couple of nights away from home and this was a pleasant way to spend it. The bed and bedding was nice and comfortable. There was a small amount of mildew in the bathroom, but nothing major.

Very comfortable two room suite with kitchen. It's near the expressways to easy to get anywhere in the area!

Nice, clean room. Functional, decently equipped kitchen. Liked french doors separating living area from bedroom. Bathroom had grout that had dried on tiles after repairs and not cleaned off. Looked dirty. Good bathtub. Comfortable couch and chair in living room. Good grassy spaces for dog walking just outside. Great dog park nearby.

We had a wonderful recent stay. The staff was very courteous, the rooms clean and it is very easy to get to. The pet friendly option is also very helpful! We also liked the free DVD availability at the front desk. We will be back!

I've stayed at this hotel many times for a party I try to get to once a year. They are very accomodating, convenient and very affordably priced. Highly reccomended!

Nice roomy suites that need updating. Peeling wallpaper and wobbly chairs with a goofy TV that has step by step intructions to turn on. Who still serves melon with rind on, scarey?!! Chase seems to be one of those places that "'used to be the place to stay".

Everything was good. The room was clean, roomy, quiet, and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in an area close to shopping and attractions. It is 10 minutes from the zoo. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were on top of it making sure everything was fresh and well stocked up.

While the bathrooms need an update, the rooms are clean, and the space afforded by the suite arrangement is quite nice for the money. If you have an extended stay, you could do a lot worse.

The hotel was great. very clean and beds extremely comfortable. was great having a separate living area to lounge and watch TV without having to sit on the beds. great hot and cold breakfast in the morning at the clubhouse. tasty and friendly service. The only complaint is that hotels.com turned in our reservation as a "one-bedroom suite" when in actually, […] our reservation confirmation printed directly from hotels.com specifically stated what I asked for AND PAID FOR which was a "TWO-bedroom suite". The gentleman at the front desk said that happens frequently with a "third-party" reservation service such as hotels.com. The hotel did not have any 2-bedroom suites left for the night, but gave us two one-bedroom suites for the same price. Sort of inconvenient, but they did the best they could do. Great place to stay! Would absolutely recommend to others!

My only problem was upon check-in. I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1 with a king and 1 with 2 doubles. They claimed I reserved 2 standard rooms (1 king each). I needed 2 doubles as that room was for 2 grown sons. They could accommodate my request for the first night but not the second. Breakfast each morning was delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom showed some signs of age, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nothing negative.

This was a wonderful weekend get away. We were in town to see Jersey Boys and just have a relaxing weekend. What a joy this hotel was. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced in a regular hotel. The pool was comfortable and the hot tub comfortable although a little too hot for me. Our room was truly a suite with full kitchen and was so bright […] and comfortable. We felt pampered all week. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. Provides excellent complimentary breakfast, actual hot food. Free food and drinks called a Manager Special on certain nights. Suites means all the rooms have a living room and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Shuttle to and from zoo/water park at certain times.

This hotel was above and beyond our expectations. For the price we paid, we expected mediocre but it was far from it. The desk clerks were more than happy to help with all of our questions about the local area. The rooms were extra clean and the added amenities that were offerd were more than we could have expected. We wil definitely be recommending […] that all of our friends and family that visit the Columbus Ohio area stay at this hotel. Very close to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were having a social time in the evening when we got there and I was able to immediately feed my very hungry son.

First off, I didn't expect the hotel to have outside entrances to rooms. I generally try to stay away from hotels like this for security reasons. Second, the air conditioning was way too difficult to control. We ended up freezing to death on a very hot night. The hotel could really use some maintenance....wallpaper coming off, paint chipping, railings […] loose and dented. The pool was closed for maintenance on arrival, and it was 101 degrees outside. We had planned to take a swim before we headed to our event, but......oh well. The parking was horrendous and we ended up having to park in the hotel parking lot next door when we arrived back later that day! Breakfast was horrible! Beautiful hotel. The rooms were way bigger and better than what we saw on the internet site. Great evening reception too. Real food and drinks! the only drawback is that the lounge where you went to eat breakfast and the evening reception is centrally located outside in the middle of the complex of suites. At the time we stayed it was around 98 degrees […] outside. In the morning we missed the breakfast buffet because it was over at 9:00! We thought that was a little early because we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in. Plus no one wanted to walk in that heat to get breakfast. Overall a lovely place to stay. THE ROOM WAS NICE BUT COULD USE SOME MAINTENANCE. WALLPAPER WAS PEELING IN SOME SPOTS COULD USE SOME PAINT BUT OTHER WISE A NICE ROOM. BATHROOM FLOOR WAS ALITTLE DIRTY. POOL RATHER SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF GUEST THAT WERE USING IT. VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE I GOT THE ROOM FOR.
