I was pleased with almost everything, except the bed was very uncomfortable, and the air didn't work.

My daughter and I were in Muncie to see my grandson play football at Delta HS. Our stay at signature Inn was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, our room was very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was easy to find and easily accessable.

There is no elevator - and half the rooms are the second floor; so be prepared to lug stuff up the central staircase. The reservation system is a dinosaur - only one computer was working, and of course they do things primarily by fax. Breakfast was a cramped little room with no windows, almost nice. The rooms are large, but tired, the staff is defensive. […] Parking is adequate, location is great for access to Ball State, and there are restaurants nearby. i was put in a "non-smoking" room. when i walked down the hall, it smelled like smoke. the room was worse!! after an hour of trying to convinvce myself to not switch rooms, i couldnt stand it. my head hurt and so did my eyes. i called the front desk and Karen accomodated me immediately by giving me a different room. if it werent for her understanding, […] i would have been even more upset. it was gross. i wish there was the option of a no-smoking hotel!! 더 보기

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere, even in the non-smoking section. I had to keep the windows open and had a headache.

My stay there at the hotel was very nice after a long drive from Louisville Kentucky. I like the fact that we was close to Ball State where my son was. The only thing we don't like was the room next door made noise all night long making it hard for us to sleep and the phone in the room was not on. Beside that the stay was nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel was sub par. The room had an awful odor to which we were supplied an industrial cleaner for us to take care of. The sheets were at least clean. Bathroom floor was sticky. At least it was near an IHOP and had a fridge and microwave. I survived the night there.

A little hard to get into and out of at this location.

Our past experience with this hotel was good, so we weren't worried about staying there again. We should have been. We were given a smoking room when I had requested a nonsmoking room. To remedy the problem, a room freshener was hung inside the lampshade. The bathroom appeared to have been used since the room was cleaned. Blanket had burn holes. Dead […] bird hanging over the edge of the entranceway was still there the next afternoon after we told management about it the evening before 더 보기

Not bad overall. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed one night and there were some minor issues. The pool was closed for the weekend, "due to circumstances beyond our control." We also found out there was no phone service at all, not in the rooms or in or out of the hotel itself. The front desk clerks said it had been that way since Thursday and seemed […] irritated by it (perhaps management was slow in getting it fixed?) The front desk clerks were courteous, however. The rooms were clean and very basic with few amenities. The mattress was extremely firm and the pillows were very soft. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked adequate. 더 보기
