I actually took pictures of the poor condition of this room with my cell phone. I was disappointed. I returned to Mason the following week but definately did not return to the Clarion. I booked because I thought they had a better reputation than what I found here at this hotel.

The night we stayed in this hotel it was very windy and 26 degrees outside. When we first entered the room, it was freezing and did not get better after having the heat on 86 for hours. The hotel attendant was nice and tried to give us extra blankets but stated that he could not fix the heat as this was common for their heating system.The hotel attendant […] offered another room however that room was cold too. In addition, it was evident that there was water damage as the ceiling was saging and there was a large space of yellow discoloration. When calling down to the front desk, I realized the phone system didn't work because the phone would ring and then go dead. The attendant advised their phone was broken so we had to physically go downstairs when we needed something. Although the room was inexpensive, it was not worth the inconveinences. 더 보기

Our stay at the Clarion Inn Suites was fine. However, the traffic from the freeway will keep you up all night. Can you get sound proof windows /doors?. Check-In was great, the guy at the desk was very nice and very customer servies oriented.

Good beds/pillows. Room was clean. Clock was broken, they replaced. Lavatory drain broken, fixed next day. Breakfast carb-like: waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, etc. There were hard boiled eggs and sausage patties, but no fruit. Staff was nice, tho didn't keep b'fast area well serviced/supplied. Seemed to prefer surfing to catering, go figure. Some rooms […] updated, others not. Very convenient to KI. Roads in immediate area poorly laid out with lots of local traffic. 더 보기

The rate was extremely affordable. The location was great and vey accessible to the highway. Plenty of eating establishments in the area, and the hotel breakfast was great. The staff was very pleasant, and extremely accomodating. I would stay there again, and certainly recommend to others.

The “the non-smoking” room smelled of smoke the first night. The refrigerator at the foot of the bed made a loud noise that would keep you up (turned it off, problem solved). Brought the issues to the front desk who wrote it down and said it would be addressed. Quiet and clean otherwise with very courteous staff. Spent two nights there. Service was terrible. Ceiling had a leak, yet it was inconvenience to move us. Moved rooms 3 different times. I have never moved rooms in any hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel before, but this time, I found bed bugs in the room and had to leave immediately. I even left some clothes that I had dropped on the floor in fear that bugs were on them.

As a recent guest of this establishment, I found certain conditions alarming or unacceptable. The young front desk staff was not in any uniform or desigantion as employee, one of them who appeared to be a girlfrined behind the desk with them at certain times, and was often seated in the lobby watching television rather than sitting at the desk or in […] the office. The bathroom did not flush properly and it was evident had not been thoroughly serviced recently. The bed linens were clean but there was an odor that filled the room that was unpleasant after the steam of a shower hit the rest of the room, something like activated mildew or mold. It's proximity to the area I had to conduct business and the restaurant/bar across the street is this hotels only saving grace for me. I would recommend a star rating reduction to one or one and a half at best. 더 보기

Hotel was close to Kings Island, not bad for a two night stay. Hotel staff was friendly as well as accomodating, my only suggestion would be to update the decor.

Our 1st room had some sort of bug on the bed could have been a bed bug but not sure. The front dest changed our room with no problem and that room was very clean but had a broken toilette seat and the tv was going out.

I was pretty much satisfied with my 5 day stay in this hotel. It's close to shopping areas and easy to reach. But there's one negative point where it's close to the highway and you may hear noise in the room, especially early in the morning just when you're about to wake up. Other than that, the amenities provided are satisfactory for this price.

This was my first time staying in a hotel alone, and I was very satisfied except that I arrived fairly late (around 11 pm) and the window to my first floor room was both unlocked and open. It would have gone unnoticed behind the curtain if I weren't extremely cautious. The window led to a back parking lot, and left me feeling very uneasy for the rest […] of the night. Nice Hotel.... Everything was very up to date..... Very clean rooms..... Also next to many restaurants and shopping malls.... Would recommend to anyone staying near the amusement park or cincinnati.

Overall, my hotel experience was good. The room was neat and clean. Check-in was a breeze. My problem was on my last night there the hotel lost power [not the hotels fault] however, my room was plunged into complete darkness and I had to use my cell phone as a light to get around the room. Accidents and unplanned events happen, however, I was not pleased […] with the hotels response. The hotel was not packed and no one from the staff came around to check on hotel guests. No flash lights to prevent people from walking into furniture or room security lights were provided. During check-out nothing was mentioned by the staff. I left frustrated thinking: I could have gone to the hotel down the street ... at least they had electricity all night. 더 보기

I lived in Clarion for 3 nights, the bed was clean, nicely done, however, I had trouble with Refrigerator and TV. They did replace it right away, but for TV I didnt request, as I didnt have time to watch!! Breakfast was no great, but manageable. For 2.5 star hotel it is good in that area for the cost I got!!

Never stay here the service is bad. Room keys didn't work. 1st room I checked in was dirty. Ask for more towels and the front desk told us to come get them... It's close to kings island but this hotel is not worth it....I would rather have me and my 2 kids to stay and sleep in the car.

The room was great and very clean. The breakfast , not so. The sausage was cold, there wasn't any coffee creamer or waffles. We had to wait ahwile to get what we needed. I would stay again but get breakfast elsewhere!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. 20 minutes from the zoo and 10 minutes from Kings Island which was perfect for our weekend. Excellent location! near kings island, restaurants. Room was clean :o)

Our 5-day stay was comfortable, the facility was very clean and quiet during our visit. The price was also right. The only thing I would suggest is to expand the breakfast to a couple of more items, or at least change every so often. Every day the hot item was ALWAYS sausage. Change would be good.

Hotel service wasf riendly and efficient. the room was comfortable. The only negative comment would be that the exercise equipment was not in working order during our stay and the guest book stated that the pool was open at 8AM but in actuality it opens at 10AM. This meant we had to find another place for exercise workout.

Good hotel, great location if you are going to kings island amusement park. the only tihng is could have had a better breakfast, other than that it was a good place to stay and we would stay there again.

Stayed there during the Cincinnati Masters tennis tournament. Great location with easy access to interstate. Easy check-in and out. Room was perfectly clean and good size. Didn't spend much time in room other than at night but it was perfect for that.

Don't bother with the complementary breakfast, but other than that, for the location (near the Lindner Tennis Center) and the hotels.com price, an acceptable deal.

Nice hotel .. nothing fancy .. just a place to stay. Tub fills with water while showering. Doors need to be slammed to lock. Beds are very comfortable although I seem to be allergic to whatever detergent they use. Decent breakfast with waffles and sausage. Nice pool.
