Friendly staff, comfortable beds, bathroom was not the cleanest I have seen. They allow dogs and one was barking all night. Decent stay for the price.

I stayed a couple nights for business and found the room was quiet and cozy. I was able to sleep well both nights. However, there is musty odor about hotel. The location is very close to I-71 and has several places to eat near-by. Unfortunately the internet didn't work, both the LAN and wireless. Actutally caused my Internet Explorer to crash and needed […] reset. Overall, if you need a place to stay with bare minimums, this'll work. 더 보기

Really smelly room, chemicals. The sink was backing up. The toilet backing up. Terrible night.

I found the staff to be warm welcoming and very helpful

the rooms and hotel was very clean. the room was alot nicer than i expected. they never had bed bugs and get check twice a month to make sure they dont have any. the staff was really friendly. the breakfast was good, you can make your own waffles or have bagels. the neighborhood it was in was convenient, many places to eat at not far from the mall or […] stores. the only thing i would recommend would be to put your do not disturb sign on your door if you sleep in past 8 am cause room service likes to clean the rooms very early. also we got two double beds in the room cause there werent any queens, but one double was enough room for two people. there is also a pool and a fitness room on the third floor that is open at all times. the hotel has smoking rooms and honestly i could not tell that they did i couldnt smell any smoke at all. for the rate i got this room for it was more than a bargain. 더 보기

Despite the ongoing construction on Bagley, this is a class hotel. My stay was enjoyable, and the breakfast was good, too.

This facility has three floors. The third floor is a non-smoking floor. I had booked two rooms The two rooms were at opposite ends of the building. The entire floor was filled with cigarette smoke. It was so strong that the individuals in both rooms were awakened during the early morning hours. I would not recommend staying at this facility if you are […] a non-smoker. It was very unpleasant. We were just in town for two days, one night. The hotel was close to downtown Cleveland and a good price. The hotel is cute from the outside but has a funny smell on the inside, not in the rooms though. The room was really spacious, bathroom rather small but worked for what we needed it for. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The surrounding was quiet. Overall, a very nice hotel. I would stay there again when I am in the area.

I booked this hotel, from a family recommendation, specifically to get an early morning shuttle to the Cleveland airport. I was told at check-in that the shuttle could not take us early enough for a 6am flight. We had to pay for a taxi.

We stayed for 2 nights. Had breakfast one morning which was really impressive as it was free and choises were many. The room was clean, accessable, quiet. Reservation desk was efficient and friendly, more than willing to answer all our questions. Caught a ride to the airport at 5AM, driver was relly helpful. Thanks for the great time.

Easy access to the airport, rental car return, several mid-priced restaurants and a clean, inexpensive, quiet place to sleep. What more could you ask for a an in-transit overnight stay?

We had a quick stay and all was satisfactory.

hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the bed was VERY comfortable!! slept like a baby after a long day...

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience, the hotel staff was very friendly and the room and hotel was very clean and quiet. The only thing that could have been better was the noise room service made when cleaning rooms near our rooms. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the money. The front desk staff on day of check in was great and was very nice. I would recomend staying here for sure

I enjoyed my stay at the comfort inn at Clevleland Airport. The service was great. It was convient to Downtown Cleveland and surrounding areas. The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of firmer pillows. I had a difficult time sleeping with the very soft pillows they provided.

No frills but meets all basic needs.

Simple amentities but had everything I needed.

Excellent shuttle service to and from airport and town. Warm and friendly desk clerks. Easy computer access. Clean room. Who could ask for anything more

Although it seems that the airport hotel is in an inconvenient area, the shuttle service was excellent. The shuttles were on time and the drivers were cheerful and accommodating. It was easy to reach the Rental Car Center, the Airport and the center of town. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a nice room for a night stay. I was on my way to New York. Internet connection did not work, but did not bother to call front desk because I had to leave early.

Comfortabel and clean. Staff very friendly. Close to IX Center. Nice breakfast room, but no fresh fruit
