The room we were in was dated and the housekeeping staff did not take care of our room over the 2 nights we were there. When we returned from the Beaufort Wine & Food Festival, at 6PM,and discovered the room was not attended to we were told the staff had gone home for the evening. Disappointing to say the least with a Hilton Brand Hotel and my husband […] uses Hilton exclusively when he travels for business. The front staff did send someone to empty the trash and bring us a few towels and tissues. Front desk staff very friendly however and the breakfast was better than most. 더 보기

The hotel was very nice! No disappointments! And the breakfast was really good. There were hot scrambled eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy that were really delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They need to have someone spray for bugs. We had a roach crawl on my husband's arm for our wake-up call.

Room was not ready when I arrived after driving from Philadelphia. Lights and outlet didn't work between the beds. Overall stay was good.

We just love staying here , everyone waas so nice and friendly, couldn't have asked for any better.

I was surprised how nice this hotel was. Very clean room(did not even see a hair left anywhere) staff were all so friendly. Very nice breakfast and coffee was available all the time. Only problem was the bed was not very comfy to me. But we were only there a short time so didn't matter. I will be staying here again.

we checked in at 4am tuesday morning and already had issues with the hotel. i reserved a king/ocean view and ended up with two full size beds, and ocean view, not to mention on that same tuesday and the next day (wednesday) . we had to keep going down to the front desk, because our room keys would not work in the door four(4) times, not to mention the […] frige would not get cold. my husband and i had to sleep in seperate beds.we where moved to another room. i was not a happy camper!!!!! some of the staff was a help, but for the most part i was not happy to have gone thru so much in two days...... 더 보기

Loved the view of the Sound, the breakfast was excellent. Abbie was great at the front desk and very friendly. She gave a recommendation for dinner that we enjoyed. The room was very nice and comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a smoking room, something we avoid at all costs. This was not the fault of the hotel, according to them, but the announcement on the Hotels.com website that all rooms were now non-smoking. We were immediately switched to another room and upgraded from two double beds to a king-sized bed. The bed and bedding, […] with the exception of the pillows, were not up to Hampton Inn standards, The mattress was old, and the duvet was astoundingly lumpy. The chair and ottoman were stained and just not clean. The manager told us that they were going to redo the rooms next August. Everything else was fine. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a good location, right on the sound, with restaurants nearby. Weather did not permit spending much time outside. We will not have occasion to stay at this hotel in the near future, but we would recommend it with the caveat that your bed may not be as comfortable as you would like until these renovations take place. 더 보기

We stayed at the hotel for the purpose of visiting my wifes parents who live in Morehead for the last 35 years. We have been coming down there from Long Island for that long. This is the first time we stayed at this Hampton Inn, we have stayed at others before. We found the staff, especially the front desk to be exceptionally accomodating. The rst were […] very polite, efficient and accomodating as well. My main and only complaint were the bedding and pillows. The lumpy bed spread was the worst and very cumbersome to sleep with. It seems the pillows were also terrible. Another note was that the refrigerator was very noisey we had to shut it off at night. With that aside we enjoyed the stay. 더 보기

This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would most certainly stay here again.

Wonderful staff...great view of the sound and clean rooms. Breakfast is free and good and there's a full service restaurant only steps away from the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the only problem I had was that my room was close to the side of the building and I had to walk through the lobby everytime I returned to the room. The only door was a fire exit one that was locked from the outside.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Perfet place to stay overnight for business. Plus I was randomly selected as the "Guest of the Day"! ITs a good place to stay. I will stay there again when I go back.

the furniture, bed, sheets and bathroom were old and need updating and replacing. the sheets were really in poor condition and the mattress was very old. staff were really nice and accomodating however it is hard for them with the outdated furniture. water pressure in shower was poor. view of the sound is great. good breakfast.

This is fairly good location on inland waterway. We had water view but large tree blocked much of the view, still was acceptable since we were out or hotel most of the time. Great restaurant just across the parking lot. I think was called Coastal Bistro. Had baked oysters and they were great.Wife had shrimp and grits and were good also.

we visited Morehead city during the seafood festival so the rates were over inflated. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable.The only drawback was that our room was billed as a water view room but there was a large tree that completely blocked any view of the water front.

Very nice and comfortable. Great view of the intercoastal waterway. Only a few minutes drive to bridge to get to Atlantic Beach, NC and ocean access.

Hampton Inns are top notch and this one is no exception. The facility is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient. The Bistro By The Sea restaurant (in the same parking lot) was a wonderful bonus.

This was an exciting time for my wife and me. We have not had a real vacation in 10 years. Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very pleasing. The staff was very helpfull. Went out of there way to help you. The hotel was one of the cleanest that I have seen. Food was hot and a lot of it. Good location. Ten to fifteen minute drive to all the attractions. […] Towns people were very nice and willing to help you. I realy believe that you will enjoy yourself. If you just want to relax, this is the place to come and Hampton Inn is the place to stay. 더 보기

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, cooked eggs, biscuits, yogurt pastries, cereals, nice mix of coffee and teas. Lobby and dining area had wonderful view of the water. Close to Atlantic Beach and the NC Aquarium, and Fort Macon. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was pretty good, and enjoyed the "water view ", double queen beds, microfridge and cleanliness of the room.Relatively quiet .Attentive cleaning staff .Receptionist was friendly and helpful.We would probably stay here again if we are in the area. Maybe a bit pricey, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was at tail end of construction. Breakfast was served in several hotel rooms-- very unapetizing. The gym was closed (very important to us we excersize daily). We were never informed of the construction and the breakfast (the way it was served, microwavable items) and the closure of the gym. The main lobby was torn up for remodeling. We drove to the back, and that entrance was not it either, so we ended up on the side we had already passed- a sign would have been nice to indicate where to enter.... Lots of noise on the ground level had me worried, but we were right above it on the 4th floor and didn't hear a thing. They did come around […] with a cart full of goodies and told us to take whatever we wanted as a means of compensation for the inconvenience. Spent several nights in several different hotels, and this was fine except we paid extra for a waterfront view, only to have a horrible blaring light right in our window that made it so we had to close the drapes! 더 보기

Hotel was undergoing renovations of the reception area. Check in was via a side door and then in a guest room, bfast was set up bench style in a guest room, reminded me of a boarding school or barracks, bfast food was in an adjacent guest room. Staff were nice and friendly but said I had to check out by 12p (usiually 11a) and no late check out available […] even though there was no where comfortable to sit while I waited a couple of hours for my husband to finish his business meeting. I feel that when a hotel is doing renovations and guests are going to be inconvenienced - no matter how nice the staff are it would be more responsible to be aware of the status prior to booking. Once you have booked and arrive late evening there really is no option but to just make the best of it. 더 보기

Our hotel stay was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very good for the price. Many restaurants very close by! Staff was awesome and all around helpful! Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, and the glassed-in breakfast room overlooked the water. Hot breakfast was available, albeit in a prepackaged, nuke-it-yourself form (there was a very helpful attendant present to assist).

We had high hopes for the hotel but truthfully we were disappointed. The front desk staff seemed more concerned about discussing personal family problems and chatting about how much fun they had at work. Now I think it's great when people enjoy what they do, but perhaps telling guests about the silly things that go on is not the best way to make a favorable […] impression. Our room was very clean, and was quiet which were definite pluses. The bathroom was a bit smaller than I was expecting, the complimentary toiletries were good quality and the detached hair dryer is great. The water pressure was quite poor though, we were on the 3rd floor but we were underwhelmed to say the least. The thermostat in the room may have been faulty as well, either too cold or too warm; it seemed that the room could not stay a steady temperature. The pool area seemed well kept and there was a grassy area where you could walk down to the inlet which was nice. Breakfast items were good, pastries, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt and some microwavable items such as sausage biscuits and french toast sticks. We traveled around a 10 mile radius of the hotel and it was the furthest west we went while in the Beaufort, Atlantic Beach area. Next visit we would probably stay in Beaufort. In summary, the hotel was average, and we would probably chose not to stay there again. 더 보기

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They accommodated our last minute changes and felt bad that we would have to change rooms. The room we changed to was ready by 7:00 am the next morning. Thestaff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome.

we waited for our room to be ready past check in time. After we went shopping we came back and it was ready. The staff was friendly and our two year old loved the pool and breakfast. I was pleased with how clean and comfortable the room was! We WILL DEF. come back when we visit agian!
