Everything was perfect, however when we were online checking out this room we expected a MUCH bigger room. For the price and the fact it was a corner king, we expected a lot more than what we got! Otherwise, everything was perfect! :-)

The pool but clean. The hot tub was large but could have hotter. The sauna was nice and I liked that I could see the kids swimming while in the sauna and working out. The room could have been cleaner upon our arrival. We found a wine bottle top and earring on the floor. The service was good but my daughters meal was given to someone else and she had […] to wait 15 minutes to eat while everyone else feasted. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would book again when we go to Cleveland. Oh, yes, Cleveland needs more Philadelphia Flyers fans... But that's not the hotels problem. 더 보기

Convenient to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other downtown sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. However selections for dinner are limited.

Great hotel in town and near everything..we walked to everything. ONly thing is that all of the food, room service, drinks were 3x as much as anything I have ever seen...$28 for 2 ice cream desserts. Instead my son and i grabbed a ice cream sandwich from gift shop for $4. Can't charge that much for food and drinks!

The Marriott was very easy to find, room was comfortable (except I think it was haunted!!) Hotel looked like it was in great shape..... chose the 'free breakfast' package - I wouldn't waste your money on it.. had to wait 15 minutes for a table for 2 when there were over 20 tables available - buffett food was terrible... cold, tasteless... so tried an […] omlette for something warm and they made it incorrect even after we repeated the TWO ingredients!! We went to this hotel for a wedding and it was a perfect event. The Hotel staff was great...Everything was perfect. Would love to stay there again.....

great location and service. Only gripe: when staying at a near luxury hotel, I expect some decent toilet paper. Hell, I would gladly pay the difference cost.

The staff could not be better. We arrived and were told that because both the packers and the twins were staying at the hotel, our rooms would not be ready until about 6:30. I was charged for breakfast even though the reservations stated breakfast was free. When I inquired at the front desk about the free breakfast, I was told that I could order off the menu or get the buffet. The waitress asked if I had a free breakfast with my room and I said yes. She said I could only get the buffet if I was receiving the free breakfast […] and it was a pretty pitiful breakfast. We stayed here on a family trip to a baseball game and this hotel is very well maintained with a friendly staff.

We ended a 10 day trip (hotels stays in 4 locations) with our overnight stay at the Marriott, and it was the best. The staff we encountered were courteous, competent and cheerful. The beds were comfortable, and the shower head was terrific. The hotel is in walking distance of main attractions and the growing nightlife in the downtown. It has easy freeway […] access, as well as access to RTA. The view of the lake is gorgeous, and we were not disturbed at all by the major construction project going on across the street. disappointed that staff sould not deliver an "roll away bed" to the correct room. Staff showed up @ 2:00 at the wrong room with the bed, then never delivered it ti the correct room, my teen age son slept on the floor of the room as an result of this lack of guest service.

They are doing construction Right next to this hotel. On ground level you cant here a thing but on the 9th floor on a Saturday morning at 7AM sharp they whipped out a huge track hoe with a huge jack hammer on it and acted like my alarm. After a night of being out on the town and staying in a very exspensive hotel I thought this was way over the line.. […] I would recoumend staying somewhere else for the next few months. We stayed at the Marriott recently for the NCAA Tournament that was played in Cleveland. The hotel is a short safe walk to the stadium(s) and other nearby bars/restaurants and the RockNRoll Hall of Fame. We did not need a cab for any of these locations. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, especially the valets, doormen, and the […] bell hop. The Bell Hop told us everything we needed to know about the area/places to see/hotel services while helping us with our bags. The room was very comfortable and perfect for the weekend stay. It was actually hard to find where you self park your car, but since valet parking was the same rate as self parking during our stay, we let the staff handle that for us. The hotel has everything you need for a short stay: bar/restaurant/gift shop-convenience items/Starbucks in the attached office building if you are staying during the work week. This is a well situated hotel. Service was good, fitness center was good enough for a reasonable sweat (not great--a little small given the size of the hotel) and I think the rooms have been renovated.

I was very impressed with my experience at the Marriott - the hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Every staff member I approached during my stay went above and beyond to meet my needs from extra room accommodations, to providing information about the surrounding area and even recommending a good pizza delivery service. […] I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Cleveland area. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was within walking distance of the Warehouse District, my destination for the evening. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer to fully enjoy all of the great amenities that the hotel had to offer. And I have to mention that it was the best shower of my life! 더 보기

The hotel was very nice and the room was very comfortable. Best night sleep. The view from room was great of the city. This was a great business stay and would recommend to anyone who ask.

Our hotel recomended we park in the parking garage adjacent to the hotel. After a nice weekend of football in Cleavland we go back to our car to come home to Toronto to find our window smashed. The hotel did absolutely nothing for us except say it was not their problem. Whether they own the lot or not it is their problem as this is where they tell their […] guests to park, further, there was no offer for assistance and compensation provided. At minimum guests should be told it is at your own risk and that their is no cameras down in the parking garage. We are appalled that they showed no compassion or customer service towards us, lets just say the Marriott and this weekend left a bitter taste in all our mouths. 더 보기

VERY nice interior. The restaurant and bar, while on the more expensive side of things, was better quality than normal so I felt the higher prices were justified. ($14.00 for scrambled eggs and bacon, however...) Location gets a "3" only for these reasons: for one, it was impossible for my GPS to find. Took quite a few extra turns to actually arrive […] at the hotel than what the unit thought, probably due to it being in the Key Center and not a stand-alone building. Not really a negative, just something to be aware of if you are a GPS user. Location was great for proximity to ballparks and shopping areas, but I have to knock it down a few pegs because it's not recommended to be a place to walk alone. Plenty of cabs available, but I personally like to stay in places where if the logistics support it I'd rather walk than take transportation for saftey reasons. 더 보기

I was disappointed in the coffee maker in the room. The coffee was of no taste and there were one regular and one decaf coffee for two that drinks regular coffee. Upgrading the coffee machine is a must.

Great Hotel. Very modern and very clean. We could see the Cleveland Browns Stadium from our hotel window. The St. Louis Rams were in town and they stayed at our hotel. We saw a few of the players, that was really neat. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff at this Marriott were so helpful & friendly, it just made for a terrific stay. The hot tub wasn't hot & there were old (used) towels on our bathroom floor when we arrived but other than those things, no other complaints. The hotel is within walking distance to most everything--lots of restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, the Browns Stadium, […] The Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame...I would recommend this hotel & plan to stay there again when in Cleveland. 더 보기

Only minor problem was that our basic room (two double beds) was a bit small to accommodate 4 people.

This hotel is perfectly located for any athletic event in downtown Cleveland - within a very short walking distance of both football and basketball venues. Also only 3 blocks from the Warehouse district for great food, drink, and partying.

This was a great place for business. The fitness facilities were outstanding and the hotel is linked to Key Tower. The pool is nice but small and the hot tub needs an update, and some hot water. This neighborhood is great for a […] few blocks but then becomes a bit dicey. Pick up gas and other items prior to arrival as using the hotel is expensive and no other options are close. Parking seemed very expensive at $25.00 to self park. I am not certain how much valet was as I parked my own car. I saw other lots for much less so I am assuming the hotel offered something more, except they had a huge disclaimer for damage for theft. For $25 for 20 hours parking you would think I could depend on safety. 더 보기

If you're going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an Indians game, or a Browns game, the hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from any of those sites. Overall, it was one of the nicer Marriott's that I've been in at a while. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was really nice as well. I picked the Key Center for its location. It was nearby the Goodtime 3 where I was meeting up for a class reunion. It is also very close to the warehouse district. When I arrived at 5, the room was not ready and I had to leave for the boat at 6. Around 5:40 the room was finally ready and I could get changed.
