It was okay. Beds were small. Other than doors slamming continuously @ 2am, it was a place to sleep.

The room was neat and clean. The beds were very confortable and Tv was clear! Overall highly pleased and if in area again will book a room at Hampton Inn- Willow Grove.

With a little bit of reconassance you can find essestials that you have put off getting to.

Hotel was fine, except for three things: no pool, no laundry facility and satellite TV was horrible!!! Any channel over 20 didn't come in for more than 20 seconds at a time, and then the screen would go black and a "no feed' message came up. It was a great place at such a fair price.. i would definitely stay here again. front desk staff was excellent throughout the whole stay. Only a couple small issues. Second time staying at this location. Close enough to all areas needed, specificly West Oak Lane, Cheltonham, and Mt Airy as well for the Willow Grove area itself.

Was looking for a hotel in Northeast Philly, but there aren't many. Hotel was very clean, well priced and typical of the Hampton Inn standards.

I enjoy spendng time at the Hampton Inn. The beds are always comfortable.I wish they would have microwaves in the room but other then that, I would return there again. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed myself there; not to mention the free breakfast!

Extremely friendly & helpful staff. The hotel was immaculate. We would definitely stay there again!

I was pleased with the security - plenty of lighting in the parking lot for my late arrival. Very professional staff at front desk - room was very clean!! The location was just off the access ramp to turnpike - easy to find.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and I was permitted to check in really late. One thing that alarmed me was the building was locked at 11 so I had to call the front desk to open the doors for me.

i am always satisfied with this hotel and with every other Hampton Inn i've stayed in.

Our only complaint was that, after a late night, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am and woke us.

I would have love a mico wave and a fig for my beer

This is a lovely, newer Hampton Inn with a friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and a varied complimentary breakfast buffet with particularly good coffee. I've paid twice as much for rooms in hotels of less quality. The location worked out great for us with a minor exception. Signs and walls had pen scribbles on them. Fixtures were mismatched and generic. Sheets and towels were damp as if they had not spent long enough in the dryer. Double bed was oddly lumpy. This is a clean, recently built/renovated hotel at a reasonably good price (for Philly), with a good breakfast, which appears to be located just off Interstate 276. Unfortunately, on many maps, this is referred to as Interstate 276, while on many other maps, it is referred to only as the Pennsylvania Turnpike. My wife and I lost nearly two hours of […] our lives (rather late at night) trying to figure out why we couldn't find Interstate 276, while bypassing the Pennsylvania Turnpike, because it couldn't possibly be part of the Interstate system. In fact, it is simple to get to this hotel if you simply get on the Pennsylvania Turnpike system and pay to get off again at the appropriate exit in order to reach this otherwise lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Love that the duvet covers are always changed. We've always had a good experience with Hampton Inn. Breakfast was great, too. I was having trouble with the waffle maker but the attendant came right over with a smile and offered to make me one.

Hampton inn is the safe choice. Always clean and nice rooms, and a okay breakfast. This hotel does not have a great location though..

No complains, just one suggestions: please expand the area where breakfast is serve.

When we arrived late in the evening to check in there were groups of teenagers hanging out who had come for athletic tournaments. They were appropriately loud. I asked if we could have a room where we would not hear the groups. We got a great room at the end of the hall with not noise. Only two gripes would be that there were double beds instead of queen beds, which was stated prior to my purchase, so that was my error. Also, I would have loved had there been a kitchen to order room service, but the free breakfast was very good. Beds were VERY comfy!

staff is friendly, all services expected are supplied reasonably and efficiently. No issues.

Pretty nice breakfast, but they were overwhelmed with a full house of guests and ran short on a lot of items. Waffle irons and toasters had long lines waiting. Half an hour drive from Central Phila. - more in traffic. Overall it met our needs. Wish they had a pool!

Of all of the hotels in which we have stayed, this hotel had one of the most comfortable beds. The heater/air conditioner did not come on and go off all night long. The fan stayed on constantly (not too loud) giving a nice "white noise" for a nice sleep. We will stay at this hotel again.

As a teacher, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels travelling. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Great room and great breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The room and hotel itself was very clean as well.

quite and good stay

This hotel was one of the best for the money. Everything was new and updated, and the hot breakfast was great! Can't beat it for the cost.
