I have to be honest and say I was disappointed in my stay. Our room was nice but the hot water situation was unacceptable...we had to run and run the water before we had any hot water. The location of the room was awful, there was unfinished cement outside our door, we were at the very end of the hotel where there was an outside door and although the […] sign said the door would be locked from 11pm to 11am there was people coming in and out at ALL hours of the day/night and the door has a very loud bang everytime someone used it. We hardly slept at all Saturday night because the banging of the door kept waking us up. Our room never got cleaned Saturday. Overall for the amount of money we paid for the room and what we received I would have to rate your hotel 2 stars out of 5. 더 보기

the bed was too soft. there was garbage in a dresser drawer. felt room smelled slightly musty. location of ice machine should be located on inside of room door location of hotel hard to find --brochure could also state hotel is off park street and victoria ave which would help visitors if they know a little bit about regina

there were various things broken down in the room and we were only offered a different room. We couldnt take this as it was difficult to move with a child-I feel we should have been offered a discount. We discovered water leaking from the room above and we couldn't work the air conditioner. Once these were identified this room was immediately closed for repair and we were upgraded to a family suite which was delightful. I would highly recommend the family suite as an alternative especially if you are staying more than one night.

The beds are small but very comfortable. I do 5 trade showsa year in Regina and not having a proper coffee pot and microwave is not good for me. Overall it was pretty good

Overall the hotel is a bit out of the way,However it is in a quite area,The hotel staff are very courteous,one of the legs on the bed gave way and when we called the staff was there and moved us to another room,that was very courteous.So over all we are very satisfied with the accomadations.

While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the TV was not a flat screen as was advertised on the website as well as the fact that the cable connecting to the TV was broken and I had to fix it so I could watch TV in my room. Staff were extremely friendly, hotel service was quick and efficient. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and travel in and out was very convenient.

It was the most terrible night I had ever. I had to sleep early because I was in the flight all night and I had a very important meeting next day but my neighbor room was watching TV with the loudest volume ever and it was like the TV was turned on in my bed beside my ear!!! the hotel smelled,there was no carpet by my room in hallway,spent way to much a night for a king with jaccuzzi and it did not even work.I have slept in better hotels that cost a third of the price per night ,room was full of cigarette burns and couch had stains on it and coffee table was plastic and falling apart!!!!!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Price was great. Room was very clean. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I had to stay here for four nights in March 2012 for business and it was far from what they advertise on their website. It is an old rundown building that they tried to update and while the lobby is comfortable and descent as soon as you go beyond that point it is a total disappointment. Firstly, the rooms have no sound barriers, I heard people talking […] in the hall and above me like they were in my room. The doors slam behind you when anyone leaves or enters the room so loudly that I was constantly woken up at all hours. There were a number of shift workers that stayed and later find out that shift workers stay there often and they are not mindful of the other people that try and get some sleep. The showers were so outdated it took me forever to figure out how to turn the shower on and I never had enough hot water. When I called the front desk about the water shortage he told just to run it for about 10 minutes and it should turn hot again. Little did he know I had done that before I called him. The shower tap also dripped the whole time. They also had their wireless service down for over two days while I was there. Rooms were so dark, very poor lighting and dark carpet, dark covers, and because I was on ground floor I had to keep my curtains closed the whole time as anyone could see walking by and because they didn't have any sheer ones under the light blocking curtains. I felt like a mushroom the entire time of my stay. The floor was very cold and could feel the cold air coming in when I sat by the window (where the desk was). The only good thing that I experienced was that the bed was really comfortable however I couldn't sleep because of all the noise from doors slaming, people partying, water pipes hissing, and hearing toliets flush! In all, I am so sick and tired of hotels posting these fantastic pictures of their hotels and claim to be exceptional in service. It is absolutely fraudulant advertising and I wish places like this become accountable for misle 더 보기

mediocre hotel. wish I'd spent a little more and got something more central. the water was cold, the shower was barely lukewarm. Overall not a great stay.

Booked a non-smoking room. When arriving in room, noticed strong cigarette odor. Called front desk and they came down to check our room, moved us immediately to another room. Front desk staff were very professional.

Hot tub being replaced (one of the reasons I booked) - was told had to deal with "Expedia" about that - asked for an extra ice bucket - they didn't know how to obtain one so they suggested I switch to a room with a fridge (no extra cost so okay!) - the lights were unplugged, the phone didn't work - was told "we don't use this room much so we unplug […] everything"! - asked for code to Wi-Fi - they gave us the wrong Couldn't switch as "prepaid" with "Expedia" You certainly get what you pay for 더 보기

This is an older property that has been renovated, but some of the rough patches still show through. We had trouble with the toilet not flushing properly. There was a plastic-wrapped plunger beside the toilet, so management must have known this toilet was troublesome. We tried to unplug it without success. The hotel staff tried to unplug it without […] success. Then they offerred us another room with a larger bed at no extra cost. All was good in this room except for a stain on the bedspread that the maid service should have noticed. The Smitty's Restaurant attached to the hotel was handy and good. Comfortable and reasonably priced, nice attached lounge, good location, easy to get to, slightly dated and stairways need some repair but room was clean and a good value for the price.

Nice Hotel, good service but hot tub was down and I would have really enjoyed it. Overall it has all you need for a good stay. Place to eat, place to drink both just a walk away.

hotel repairs are not done yet, looks like maybe half. Rooms are clean enough. My room was double booked so was very surprised when someone walked in.

Worst fleabag hotel ever! Avoid it! Because I used this service I was not able to get my money refunded. I was stuck as there was no other place to go, every hotel in Regina was booked solid. I will never use this service again and will never even set foot near this hotel.

I found the room to be adequate and comfortable.The room was quiet and outside noise was not a problem

The price was way too high. We stayed one night and then moved to a higher quality hotel for $30 less a night....to a hotel that also included breakfast in that price. Way too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

The room was average regarding space, comfort and cleanliness but the commons areas (halls, exits, parking lot, etc) were not just dirty but disgraceful. The neighborhood left a lot tp be desired as well.

had a very pleasant stay--I stay in Regina often at the best hotels and will now make this my first choice when in town. Rates are very competative and staff are helpful and friendly.

After travelling 7+ hours it would have been nice to soak in the hot tub for awhile, however, it was closed for maintenance and looking at it, the hotel needs a new one. Rooms were clean and you had to keep the fan on to drown out any outside noises. Good service.

We didn't pay attention to the reviews and we were sorry! Customer service was slow and inefficient and we watched both agents answer the phone, put customers on hold then ignore the calls. The front reception area looks good but that is it; the carpets were all dirty and stained and the elevator was dirty and smelly; my husband and I walked into it […] with another couple and the lady looked at us and said, "it wasn't me" that's how bad it smelled. I mentioned this to a room service lady and she snapped at me that it was small and hot, I thought some pine sol wouldn't hurt. We were supposed to be in an efficiency suite which boasts a full kitchenette including a cook top; we had pre booked it on this site but they booked us into a regular room although the suite cost extra $. We complained and a woman who said she was the manager told us we were right and offered us what turned out to be a little tiny room with a sink and toaster; no cook top that we could see. We booked a non smoking room, and ended up with smoking.... the room had a very poor bed, no glass coffee cups, the air conditioner in the room did not work, and there was no hair dryer... An expensive stay, in a very mediocre King suite...

If you want to stay married don't take your wife here! Fortunately I was travelling alone on business. Never requested a room change before but with the smell of urine & cleaning detergents strong I quickly returned to the front desk. very dated hotel...paint peeling in rooms shower heads and controls wore out and inoperable..as well the pool was out of order beds very old and saggy...would never stay there again..really wasnt worth the discount that hotels.com provided
