2012년04월26일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기출장으로 방문하였습니다. 피닉스 공항에서 30분 소요되며 택시비가 비싸므로 이동이 쉽지는 않은 단점이 있었으나 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔이었습니다. 다만 길가에서 가까워서 자동차 소음이 많은 문제는 있었습니다.

2012년04월04일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기인터넷과 호텔닷컴에서 찾아본 정보를 토대로 예약했다. 예약할 당시 싼 가격의 호텔이 없어서 그나마 가장 저렴한 편인 이 곳을 예약했는데 정말 만족했다. 객실도 매우 청결하고 아침도 괜찮았다. 데스크에서도 친절하게 맞아주어서 좋았다. 매일 낮 12시에 다시 공항으로 셔틀서비스를 해줘서 다시 공항으로 손쉽게 갈 수 있었다.

I stayed at this hotel because the conference hotel down the street was very expensive and also fully booked. The room felt almost brand new - furniture was very nice, 40" flat screen, and very clean bathroom. Would put it right up there with a Hyatt or Intercontinental in a central business district. Great location. Close to all shopping areas in North Scottsdale, but a short distance to Old Scottsdale and downtown. Generally clean. Rooms are excellent. "Nice service; noisy doors and showers"

The staff was wonderful, I was able to check in early. The room was very comfortable;.....however, at 6 am the next morning the showers started and the doors started slamming. Considering there were only a few doors around me, I was surprised to hear a dozen doors slammed between 6:- 6:15, when I officially woke up. Very nice stay! This place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Some of the extra little touches are very nice: good breakfast with wide variety of food, cookies and lemonade in the lobby in the afternoon, lamps with 3-prong outlets, attractive pool and spa tub, good wireless internet service. For the price, this hotel is hard to beat.

The hotel was very nice and simple, but at the same time it had everything we needed. The rooms were really nice, clean and very sharp looking with all the amenities needed...including a mini fridge. "Not New As Advertised"

I thought I was going to be staying at a NEW (as advertised) HIE. Instead it is an old building that they are desperately trying to make look new. For the price I would have expected a better property.
