The room was not as clean as it should be. Soap scum on the tub. Dirt, etc. on floor in corners and other out of way areas. Juice drink left in refrigerator. My room was very clean although it was a bit worn. I requested a non-smoking room and it wonderful to be able to tell that there was no tell-tale smell of a sneaky-smoker.
