Pleasant stay; breakfast was good. The room seemed a little old and like it was due for renovation/makeover. There was a musty smell in the room when we first arrived but after we got the air conditioner on, we didn't notice it as much during the night.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the beds are extremely comfortable. If you are looking for a cheap hotel night with a comfortable bed to sleep in, then this hotel is for you. If you are looking for anything beyond that, then keep looking, this hotel is not for you.

We wanted to be near Old Town Scottsdale, but stay at a place that was reasonable in cost. Got our monies worth! Would definatelyrecommend this place. Will stay there again. The only drawback is that the pool is inside.............no sun porch.

They said by going through an Internet service I was not guaranteed a room that hey told me I would have . therefore indid not have a sofa bed

Sorry, but I expected so much and got so little. The twisted directions made it hard to locate. When we checked in we were inconvenienced by have to come back to the front desk to retrieve bedding that was not in our room, as they would not deliver it to us. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned prior to our stay. The room was not vacuumed and there […] was a film of dust all along every baseboard throughout the entire room. When I confronted them they said that they were understaffed and booked full so they did not have a way to help us with the issues I had. Would NOT stay there again. Good hotel, convenient to Scottsdale Stadium. I left an item in the hotel and despite a $20 tip for the housekeeper, the item appears to have disappeared. Other than that, a good experience for a low cost hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Scottsdale Stadium. It is clean; the wifi internet worked great and the breakfast was good. I gave the Comfort Inn an overall rating of 4 because they shut breakfast down at 9 am on weekdays--if it had been 10 am i would have rated them a 5. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel was really nice. The only thing we didnt really care for is that they put us in a room that looked into a maintenance yard, not very appealing. Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was very well located for our field: Papago sports complex. It was also well located for Scottsdale old town. We walked up and down Scottsdale Road for food and shopping. I will definitely consider staying here again next year at the USASS World Series.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. At the price it exceeded our expectations. Lovely room, very clean. It is in short walking distance of Scottsdale Old Town. We would always use this hotel when in Scottsdale

Great Suites for our big family, loved the indoor pool with the door open - not hot and steamy like some indoor pool areas can be, and no worries about sunburn on fair skin.

I must say that I was thoroughly pleased with my stay. My son, who stayed with me for free, also had a great time. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. Everybody had a smile, and the place was spotless. Also, the pool was great. Old Scotsdale is just up the street and it was beautiful.

SO upon check that was very speedy and she even let us pick the room we wanted. One of the best parts about this stay NO SMOKING all the way around. SO the A/C was perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and the T.V is older, but volume very good. Now the sleeping arrangements, there were two over than average sized queen beds and a pull out couch. […] The mattress needs to be updated, but over all a restful sleep and 2 people can sleep on that. The bathroom was old, but no mildew and the floors were kept up well. When i had to ask for more towels,pillows, and coffee for the in room maker, the guest service gentleman went out of his way to ensure we got EXACTLY what we needed(no sarcasm). Now the indoor pool was so clean and the doors lock all the way around so you feel safe when you're swimming, there's also an indoor spa and fitness center. For the breakfast there was you make waffles,3 diff types of cereal w/your choice of whole milk or 2%,fresh fruit, 3 diff types of juice, ham and egg circles(weird), English muffins, and pastries. The only bad thing you have to leave the channel on CNN unless you're the only family in there. All round a great price for everything they offer. We will totally stay there again. 더 보기

It was hard to find the motel without a sign visible from the 101 entrance, by way of Wells Fargo way. The divided road is a problem. We kept missing the turnoff.

The staff were very helpful and personable. The only problem is that Drinkwater Blvd is a divided street and so the first time driving there is confusing; but afterwards, it is great.

Great location, clean, large room, clean, would stay they again or recommend it to all.

It was girls night out, so we just wanted to get a room for 1 night so none of us had to drive after a night out in Old Town Scottsdale. Very good location and price for what you get considering we stayed around Spring Training, where all other hotels were expensive. The only complaint I have is the check in. I was the only one in the lobby when I got […] there. No one was at the counter to help me check in. I even kept saying hello in attempts to get someone's attentions. It wasn't until at least 10-15 mins later when the lady came out and said "Oh I didn't even see you". After that it still took at least another 20-25 mins to complete my check in. She said she had to check with the cleaning folks to make sure they had a room ready. Then she comes back several minutes later and said "Oh I have to check again because I called the wrong people". Overall it took almost 40 minutes just to check in the room. I can't imagine how much slower it would have been if there were other people waiting in line. 더 보기

Hotel exremely close to Scottsdale stadium and Old town. Very well maintained. Great free breakfast every morning.Will stay again next time in Scottsdale.

Walked into the room and it was larger than expected which was great! Everything was nice and put together. I asked if I could have a late checkout and the lady did give me a late checkout! Thanks!! Wonderful stay.

staff friendly and we like the indoor pool. kids and us played for 3 hours in it.

Our hotel stay was mostly fairly normal, but the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us up half the night. They need to get that fixed! If you don't mind that, this hotel is fine for a fairly inexpensive stay.

The staff was great. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service, and everyone was very friendly. Everyone from the manager, front desk rep, grounds keepers, and maids seemed to go the extra mile to make the hotel a very welcoming place. Would definitely stay there again.

I had trouble getting the hair dryer to work and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. Please extend my thanks to the young man on the housekeeping staff for helping me to get the dryer to work. I was running late and he took time to help me. Many thanks!

I stayed in the area for 3 days, 2 nights and for that short stay, the hotel met my needs. The price is competitve and the hotel is conveniently located in old downtown Scottsdale AZ, which is a very nice area. It's an older hotel so please don't expect a flat screen tv in your room. The jacuzzi jets weren't working and the fitness room is real small. […] But, other than that, the complimentary full breakfast is da bomb (compared to other hotels I've satyed in lately)! Also, the front desk person who checked me in and the lady who took care of breakfast gave me great customer service! Thanks, hotels.com. 더 보기

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and we both thought the hotel was great. Room service and cleanliness was excellent. The pool was clean and had it to ourselves almost the entire time. Would definitely stay here again.
