Excellent for cost

Despite the minor disturbance between jilted lovers in the hallway, it was a quiet getaway. Close to all the food chains and close to the highway if you wanted to just get away and explore.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Casual sports restaurant right next to it called "Tullys". Worked out well for dinner when we arrived.

This was a great place to stay on my 2 night stay in Syracuse. You are minutes from downtown and campus. Room was clean, beds were sooooooo comfortable and very clean. Had NO problems with this hotel at all. Would stay there again for sure. Breakfast wasn't much. But all I need is a bagel in the morning to make me happy. Very happy with this hotel.

1. Hotel was right off the highway, so we did not have to go through traffic (although there is hardly any traffic in Syracuse) 2. Quick check in and decent breakfast 3. Check out time = 11am. We reached late on Saturday, so asked if they would let us stay a little late - Front desk gave us an extn. of 30mins (until 11:30am) - well... house keeping […] knocked the door twice between 10:30 and 11:30 and both the times we asked the lady to come back after 11:30 since we did call the reception for an extn. As soon as we opened the door to leave at 11:30ish, the housekeeping lady was standing RIGHT OUTSIDE which did make us uncomfortable. 4. Our room was right next to the elevators, and there was a LOT of noise with kids running in the hallway. 5. Hotel is in a safe neighborhood, although there is practically nothing to do (has a few fast food restaurants around) 6. The Room was a smoking room, however it had a very bad smell. The room we had was right across from the elevator, which you could hear the bell sound every time the elevator stopped at your floor. Not to mention the walls were like paper, you could hear everything that was said next door, as if you were standing right in front of the people speaking. Though the hotel was conveniently located near I-81, the bed was terribly uncomfortable (we both woke up each morning with back and neck aches) and the cleaning staff was quite loud at very early hours, waking us around 7:30am.

I was put in a smoking room when I requested non smoking and they could not switch me. It was awful! I couldn't even switch hotels cause there were some big events in the area and everything was booked. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. I accidentally left some clothes there and tried to get them back the next day, but they gave me the […] runaround and I still haven't heard anything from them. 더 보기

Nice clean room

They tried thier best, but the hotel is old and has issues. Breakfast was pleasant

The Quality Inn in Liverpool, New York, is in a great location, convenient to stores and highways. I did not like the toilet and bathtub (which was not cleaned properly, I cleaned it myself when I checked in) not in the same room as the sink, with its own door. When we went to the breakfast room the next morning, there were bugs on the food counter […] and the table. We ate at Denny's restaurant the next two days. It's a two-star hotel for a reason. Housekeeping left to be desired when we found an old Subway sandwich in the fridge and a partially eaten waffle in the microwave. The second incident prompted my husband to complain and the manager did apologize and give us a decent discount on the room rate. The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired when compared to the other two hotels we […] stayed at during our trip to Washington. The room was sort of dingy and the selection sparse. Very nice room for the price

we booked the hotel while visiting the state fair. we really enjoyed our stay the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice . the staff was extremely nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for two night stay. Convenient location right of 81. Restaurant and Dunkin Donuts next door. Other hotels right there as well Super 8 and Hampton. This hotel was a great value. Clean room and bath, comfortable bedding, even bath towels that were not postage stamp size. Will stay again next trip.

We were only there for one night but it was a pleasant and the free breakfast was great!

This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and the least satifying. 1: The remote for the TV was broken, the batteries held in by scotch tape. 2: The alarm clock was broken, could not set the alarm. 3: At 8:00 there was NO HOT WATER. The shower was likewarm for a few minutes, and then cold. I submitted the complaints, and the clerk said, "sorry". It may be […] time to find another hotel. The dr\iver's were picking up at a school in Liverpool, NY and found the hotel to be near this location.

Stayed at this hotel 1 year ago, They then had some problems. Now very much improved, room was very clean and the staff seemed to know what they supposed to do. Would go back in the future.

I found the bathroom in the room dirty. And the room was not what I tought. When you entered in the room the first things you pass is the sink (outside the bathroom) I didn't like this setup. The breakfast was ok but not like they said in the site...hot breakfast, you have a little waffle baker and nothing else is hot...and the eating area is too small […] for all the clients. 더 보기

The room still had garbage from the prior guest in the waste bin. Called the front desk and got no reaction at all, not even a sorry. So I took the garbage down and placed it on the front desk, the girl at the desk said she was not on duty when I called down. This was a lie because I'd already spoken to her when I checked in. Room was clean, area was quiet, and location was strategic for our stay.........near shopping and Syracuse University. Continental Breakfast was average....... ran out of some supplies.... ladies servicing area were loud.... acted like we weren't there. Hotel let semi-truck drivers fill lot with there trucks.......... no place to park. Front desk had […] no area maps and front desk personnel could not tell me how to get anywhere....... hmmmm. Had to use elevator on second floor....... could not find stairs for first floor exit....... inconvenient. Overall a positive experience..... will stay here again. 더 보기

We had stayed at this hotel when it was the Clarion and it was fine. Maybe the transition to Quality Inn hasn't been completed, but the best I can say is that it was shabby. Littered parking lot, standing water on the floor of the elevator, stained carpets and mold in the bathroom. The beds, however, were very comfortable and the people were very friendly […] with the exception of the woman supplying the breakfast. Have stayed at many hotels in this area while bringing children to college - I was very impressed with the room, hotel staff, breakfast and they still have smoking rooms!!! Will stay there again!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very neat and clean.

The room was fairly clean but the building itself had an unpleasant odor. We got in late and stayed in our room late the following day. At 10am there was a knock on the door from the cleaning staff and they were told that we were still in the room and did not want it cleaned. After a period of time, a staff member knocked on the door again and asked […] if we wanted clean towels, which we accepted. We thought that that would be the end. Then we received a number of phone calls asking if we were ready to have the room cleaned yet. Finally, we told the person not to clean the room. We left at 12:30pm and returned late in the evening to an uncleaned room. We frequently stay at hotels and have NEVER had this experience before.
